The room was clean & in good shape. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good. All round good value. The restaurant was a little worn & tired and in need of an upgrade.

Very helpful lady on reception. Although checking-in early she spent time finding us a room that was ready. Music playing in breakfast room.

We were accompanying elderly parents who were attending a funeral. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, rooms were exceptionally comfortable and the food served at the adjacent White Horse pub was good value with loads of choice. The parents were really impressed with the level of hospitality.

Toilet was very small and the wash hand basin was directly in front of the toilet leaving very little legroom. My room was dirctly over the entrance door to the rooms and I was woken at 1.10am by someone continually banging on the entrance door trying to get in, This went on for nearly 25 minutes. It would appear that the night staff had fallen asleep or left the reception unattended.

easy for meals and very reasonable. found it difficult to find as it is situated behind a pub and your photo of the premier inn looks if it is on the road it needs a bigger sign or should be infofmed when booking.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. They dealt quickly and professionally with issues we had. In general the rooms and facilities were comfortable and adequate. We had booked a double and a twin room but were allocated two doubles. There was a leak in the bathroom of one of the rooms. The above required two changes of room within half an hour of check in. We were charged for breakfast twice, but this was noted and rectified by the excellent staff.

Friendliness of all the staff. The night we arrived the kitchen closed unexpectedly early but they managed to find something of us to eat - Egg and chips (my husband's absolute favoriate) it made his day.

I was attending my Fathers funeral in Sutton so it was purely location. We asked for a `quiet` room as we were attending my Father`s funeral and this was not provided. We were given a room overlooking the busy main road which was noisy hence we were kept awake by traffic until the early hours and then woken up by the early traffic. Not a good start to what was a fraught day.

Nice, quiet location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good quality, freshly cooked and very plentiful. Liked having a thermostat in the room so that we had some control over the temperature and could open the window if necessary without compromising the quietness. All towels, coffee, tea replaced daily and rooms very clean. Having extra pillows was a bonus. Would have been nice to have a lift - my elderly husband found the stairs difficult. Might be helpful to mention online that there isn't a lift. Room was a bit cramped and my tall husband banged his head on the slanted ceiling. The bathroom facilities were a bit cramped which made showering difficult. The shower floor was leathal - I slipped and bruised my leg on the frame

It was close to Drayton Manor Park which was the purpose of our visit. The kingsize bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious and it was great it slept up to four people and was very good value for money. No Air Conditioning in the room so had to leave a noisy fan on all night as leaving the windows open would have been even noisier. Also very hot in the restaraunt as there was no Air Conditioning there either and we asked a member of staff three times to open one of the windows as it was locked but he didn't oblige so we had to suffer the heat.

Very comfortable and clean as Premier Inn always is. Charlie the young gentleman on reception was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast staff very helpful but maybe talking very loudly about the fact you are losing hours because you have an operation isn't too good when people maybe be hungover from the wedding reception the night before.
