This 4-star country house hotel looks out over quiet park lands and the Moor Hall Golf Course. It has free Wi-Fi, free parking, 2 restaurants and a spa, a gym and an indoor swimming pool.
Score from 240 reviews Very good

In 5 acres of pastureland, this guest house is situated in the pretty rural village of Bickenhill.
Score from 113 reviews Wonderful
Staff were excellent, nothing was too much hassle and they accomodated my request for a quiet room happily.
I stayed in room 36, which has a bad draft and the room radiator wasn't enough to heat the room properly so I had to request an additional heater.
Clean & efficient.
A bit dated now
Good location for where we needed to be.
Only 2 towels for 2 adults when we arrived. Room not cleaned, bed not made, no towels & no refreshment of tea/coffee one day. Creaking floorboards from room above ours. Needs more attention to detail and building needs upgrade. Not up to usual Prem Inns standard.
Staff polite and helpful. Comfy beds
Everything a bit tired and it's obvious that Premier Inn are extending the building to then upgrade and refurbish the existing building. Not impressed with the Flaming Grill pub - that has certainly seen better days (breakfast Manageress very helpful!). Come on Premier Inn - give us guests something a bit more up market!
Everything Staff is very helpful and supportive All good
Used premier inn at Lichfield Central last week. Paid less for more. Room bigger, bathroom larger, coffee in room
One coffee sachet in room
Comfortable bed (Very!!) Really hot water
Prefer a bath rather than shower. Prefer tablet (however small) of soap rather than the liquid stuff. We now bring our own!
Loved the pub restaurant, that works well
The room was a little bit cold, took a long time to warm up.
I liked the hotel was in good location to what I needed helpful lovely staff great breakfast
I felt for what it was £96.50 was well overpriced for a night and where it is
The staff were all lovely , very attentive ,and nothing was too much trouble Breakfasts were good , you could have as much as you needed . Rooms were clean and lovely big double bed
slight smell in our bathroom
being able to get a ground floor room,
food next door at pub, not good ,would never eat there again.poor .shame it spoiled the stay.
Chap on reception was very pleasant and helpful even though we checked in so late at night. Staff were on hand to advise and help us when we needed it. Rooms spacious and clean.
Darren is the perfect manager in his friendly attention to detail & delivery of customer service. His staff carry his message into action. Well done Team!
Nothing really but could have done with some handrails in the shower for us older folk. Bath has them but too low to be of use in shower. In Australia these would be an OH&S requirement And of course the absence of a lift. But I guess that's a limitation of the building and Darren was always there to help with the bags.
Poor preparation for morning breakfast no side plates no cereal bowls no glasses just slow in replenishing these items
Staff were very friendly & helpful
Pub attached was a little tired in appearance. Bed was very uncomfortable & there was a sewerage smell in the bathroom.
Staff excellent and very helpcful
During the night you could here what sounded like fans, possible from the pub but may not even be connected to hotel.
Clean, comfortable and good size room as always from Premier Inn. Plenty of free parking.
Efficient, courteous staff. Good breakfast. Quiet, clean room.
everything to do with the hotel side of the business was good and very typical of a Premier Inn. All the staff I encountered were extremely friendly
The restaurant attached was tatty. My breakfast was meant to be cooked to order but it was in fact reheated to order. Definitely not worth £8.95
Service and cleanliness was excellent
No bottled water or green tea in the room. Night staff at 1am was quite rude.
The staff were very welcoming and pleasant at all times. Checkin/out was fast and hassle free. Plenty of parking. Spacious rooms.
Not many food options after 10.30, unless you have a car to travel. We were woken early both mornings as our room was under a store room so from 6 on there was a lot of noise.
Flaming Grill - excellent valve & good food
wasn't advised that to pay cash you needed photo ID!!!! Most uncomfortable bed ever
The pub attached to the hotel, brilliant food and service. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Quiet even though on busy main road. Have not been dussappointed by premier inn accomodation yet!
Very overpriced for a very basic hotel. But we were at a wedding at a nearby hotel and did not really have much choice in staying. For just over a £100 a night this a very expensive hotel in a tired looking building.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our needs as an overnight for travelling to Cornwall.
Restaurant food was good and staff pleasant unfortunately the surroundings (tables and chairs, mismatched) made it look tired and unwelcoming.
