The welcome, the staff, the room all perfect.
The staff are helpful, friendly, and always accommodating. The facilities and location A+
More tea/coffee in the room. A plug socket at either side of the bed instead of on just one side
Friendly, efficient staff. Spotless comfortable room.
The staff were superb and were very friendly and couldn't do enough for me and that isn't something you get in other hotels, the accommodation was clean tidy and comfortable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone oh and the breakfast was excellent. Thank you for making my trip special.
met with a smile when we checked in and we were advised where everything was which was a big help
The happy, effervescent very kind young womenon duty in the dining room at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for her, at a time when she was also having to cope with"Have Breakfast with Santa" and many young children
The receptionist on duty when we rang to say we couldn't find the Premier Inn, she obviously didn't know where it was either. The same person next morning who continued with her personal phone call whilst we waited to speak to her.
Room size. Cleanliness. Staff.
Service for dinner in the pub attached was slow. 4 bed for our youngest was not the most comfortable but other beds were very cosy.
the staff is the friendliest, nicest crew ever. darrell was especially wonderful and helpful. the room is basic, but has all you need - except lotion. i also bring my own shampoo, conditioner & soap because their stuff is very harsh on the skin, but it's comfy, has 1/2 hour of free internet daily and has a great pub (w/free wifi) right next door. just know they are closed from 10:30-11:30 for breakfast or lunch.
i'd like it if they offered hypo-allergenic rooms for sensitive people like myself. we had to ask them to not use the cleaning products because they are very strong smelling & gave me breathing issues, but i'm sure they are fine for most people.
like most hotels it would nice to have free wi fi as prices of hotels are not cheap and that would help in giving value for money as I am disabled I could not get the toilet paper out of the machine so a member of staff got me a roll of toilet paper which I thought was amazing please go back to rolls of paper as it helps people who have difficulties with their hands xxx
Bedrooms, location and staff.
Having to pay for WiFi.
Staff comfy bed full ensure facility .. Good stay
Children running about in the corridors
Clean, good night's sleep, very hot bath. No problems at all.
At £89 per room it seemed a little pricey
Darryl on reception is an excellent member of staff. All the others were friendly and helpful too.
Comfortable and friendly staff.
Food was not great at the restaurant in the evening. Shame the WiFi has an additional charge.
The hotel was immaculate and the staff-every single one we came into contact with were amazing-nothing was too much trouble. Bed was lovely and comfy! The pub next door was superb-clean and reasonably priced. Just around the corner a huge Sainsburys, Boots and Tescos for any extra bits you need.
Breakfast-overcooked bacon and sausages-but this was rectified.
Pillows Beds Staff Room Size
The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable - very comfortable bed, slept like a log! The lady on reception was lovely, very friendly and welcoming and showed genuine interest in the quality of our stay
Seemed like quite a long way out of Bishop Auckland and is in a strange location on the edge of a sort of businesss park next to wasteland!
Helpful staff attitude. We had had a long journey (190 miles) to get there. The staff could not have been more helpful. The recommended a Meal Deal each night at the local Brewers Fare where food and service were similarly excellent.
Nothing comes to mind!
The friendliness of ALL the staff from booking in to eating next door, everyone had a smile and took time to ask if we were enjoying our time there. Maybe it is a northern thing ? Very close to Locomotion... our reason for the visit.
Carpets starting to look a bit shabby, but as we only walked on them this was not a big deal.
It's location is ideal for us.
Cannot think of anything I did not like. If there was anything I would stay at one of the many other places in the area.
The bed cleanliness
A little tired The restaurant serves up pretty awful re-heat food and cold chips
Clean tidy and warm rooms .
