Breakfast was excellent service was really good very helpful staff.

There wasn't a mirror at the dressing table to dry your hair. There were a couple at the door but ladies need one to dry there hair sat down!

Room light airy and spacious. Quiet, slept well.

No shaver point in the bathroom. Kettle slow at heating water. Not enough milk for drinks. No soap in the dispenser above sink.

When it is cold and rainy a bit of a pain to have to wrap up to brave the outside elements for breakfast.

Hotel rooms are always dark. When I switch on the main lights, I want to see. You couldn't read a newspaper except under one of the side lamps.

I have stayed here a few times now and have no complaints. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and it doesn't cost a fortune to stay there. What's not to like?

Having the restaurant next door with associated promotions for hotel guests. Rooms were comfortable clean and modern. Location was good as only few minutes from motorway connections. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Most comfortable beds and pillows ever and we normally stay in 4 star hotels.Staff on reception all friendly and helpful will definately stay again. Only bugbear premier advertise £29 per night if we ever got that it would be a miracle how many people are able to know weeks in advance that they will be staying somewhere certainly our reason for stay is when my mother is ill and we have to come up straight away.Have stayed at Newton Aycliffe p Inn when bp was full but much prefer Bp

Great location -- perfectly placed for those like us looking for a stopping off place between Hull/York and Scotland. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient -- the hotel clean and smarlty run -- we also liked the fact that food was available next door (the breakfasts are excellent!).

When booking in, staff seemed a bit confused about the price. Was told that the booking didn't include breakfast when clearly it did. Took quite a time to resolve but got there in the end. Just makes me wonder how many people would have just paid again for the breakfast. I was quite insistant and I think it was because of this that we resolved the matter. There was nothing unpleasant about the person who booked us in, but he did appear to struggle to find the package deal that I had booked.

the first contact was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, the dining facilities were excellent and the breakfast was brill. The staff were courteous and friendly and the price was very good.

We have stayed at this Premier Inn before and enjoyed it, so we chose to use it again when visiting family in the area.

While we were there, my brother in law had his van broken into on the Saturday evening and it was towed away by the police, it was all of the inconvenience on the Sunday morning trying to find out what had really happened, first they said that it was on cctv and then it wasn't, and why he had to pay £150 to get it back ( the garage would not take payment by debit card only cash!!! ) a bit strange we thought at the time, so he had to get someone to take him to a cash machine, all a bit crazy, then he had to drive 8 hours back to Devon with no passenger window ! Apart from that incident we had a great weekend and will definatley use it again in the future.

The hotel is situated in an industrial area a great distance from the local railway station, necessitating taxi journeys too and from. Buses are available but, if you are unfamiliar with the area, this is awkward. Not everyone is in possession of a car. The pillows were not comfortable - one was too flat and two were two to many. There was no telephone/communication system linking the room with reception. If a customer's health was compromised during a stay, there is no way of alerting staff. Not everyone has access to a mobile phone and, even if customers have one, sometimes it's not always easy alerting emergency services.

Excellent location for family party, and although it was the weekend, the location made it fairly quite.

It was not too far from the rail link, well presented exterior, the receptionist was presentable, informative and polite. The room was a very good size, clean and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the power shower was a God send for waking up in the morning. We didn't use the restaurant but there was a wonderful choice at reasonable prices had we wished to.

The family room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The stay was very quiet and the food very good. With the very reasonable cost of the room and the 'children eat free' deal, the whole stay was very good value for money.

Non c'e' la cassaforte e il frigo bar, non rassettano la satnza ma cambiano solo gli asciugamani!
