Internet was very poor
We booked a family room and was told they thought we wanted a double when I showed them the family confirmation email they did not do anything about it! We had been travelling for 3 hours in the end my husband had to look somewhere else for a room while we payed for a double with the kids... Staff did not help one bit with this situation, I will never stay here again!!! 0 out of 10 for the staff
Front of house staff were professional, courteous and helpful at all times. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet.Breakfast was fantastic value for money.
There wasn't anything to dislike!
Staff friendly and attentive Room and bedding clean Restaurant/bar on site Food cheap
Spacious room. Bath & shower - both worked! Covered access to pub. Food was reasonably priced and nice enough.
It served it's purpose at very good price
Can't complain about anything
Your website said cost of room £45, but when I clicked for breakfast it went up to £60.98. As breakfast costs £7.99 this is 2 breakfasts! Staff at reception said that's the way website works, but if i'd just booked room and then ordered breakfast on arrival total cost would be £52.99.
Not a lot!!
Needs to be brought into 21st Century stuck in the last one!
food and service
absence of lift which would be handy for Elderly
We spent the weekend at a wedding and the hotel was a perfect complete to the event
Taxis had to come from Blackburn/Preston and consequently were expensive.
The room has everything I wanted. Staff were friendly especially the breakfast service.
Advertised with air conditioning - air conditioning was not included but it wasn't a problem. Room was on the front of the building and the main road was slightly noisy at first with the windows open.
location was good for us to attend a wedding nearby.Reception was helpful to my requests, house keep was very obliging.
as I am deaf very bhelpful staff
breakfast, had to wait nearly half hour before order taken, and poor dish, overcooked bacon, under cooked sausages, and greasy .
no mirror over dressing table. Only one light in bathroom. no tops on taps. The whole place appeared "tired" and in need of a face lift.
The hotel met all my needs. The staff were attentive and keen to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Service at breakfast the following morning was excellent and the meal itself was extremely good value.
There is nothing I disliked.
Had a faulty smoke detector in the room. Alarm kept going off which meant no hot water in the entire building. Could not put us in another room as hotel was full. Very chaotic last thing we needed after travelling all day, wouldn't stay there again. Very disappointing.
COMFY BEDS,CLEAN ROOM,PLENTY OF TOWELS,STAFF HELPFUL
CUTLERY WAS DIRTY BOTH FOR EVENING MEAL AND BREAKFAST,BREAKFAST ITEMS WERE BEING REMOVED AT 10.20 AM EATING AREA RATHER RUN DOWN AND FOOD ON FLOOR AND FRESH STAINS ON TABLES
Big comfy beds as always
The breakfast. The toaster was broken so we had to ask for toast. The coffee was in jugs rather than coffee machines-only enough for one cup and we felt like we were mithering to ask fo more, having asked for toast twice for the 4 of us. Very small amount of fruit and little choice of cereal.only semi-skimmed milk.
convenience, comfort and organised.
The duvet was much, much too heavy for the time of year. it will not stop us using them again but we would take our own duvets
Staff were very friendly, room at back of premises had a nice outlook - onto car park but this had trees and a bit of greenery :-) Room size was good. Staff helpful & happy. Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast at pub next door was way below par compared to other - and many Premier Inn's visited previously - However we weren't charged for the food and the member of staff handled our complaint admirably as we highlighted our dissatisfaction with quality & cooking of food. Although we weren't charged for the food and we appreciated this gesture, that isn't really the point as we'd have liked a good breakfast and would've been happy to pay for one.
Friendly staff nice food
Bed was as uncomfortable as anything big ridge down middle one side was saggy other was firm wen we got there found loose tablets on bed cabinet only one towel for a double room made a complaint
Helpful staff, good customer service.
Having to request more towel's as was expected to share 1 bath towel & 1 face towel. 10pm a bit early to b quiet at nite & 7am to early to be noisy. Kids running around 1st thing.
Friendly staff and good food options. Easy to find.
Very noisey. Poor sleep quality thin walls and poor protection from traffic noise coupled with being forced to keep the windows open to keep cool enough to sleep as there is on air conditioning and a small fan is not enough.
Price, friendly staff and comfort
lack of gym
