The location was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had the premier breakfast which was lovely really enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitly stay again and recommend
The rooms were a little warm but there was fans available to use!
clean early check in friendly staff helpful restaurant
Rooms very clean nothing too much travel for staff good value
Friendly staff, great location, excellent value for money as you come to expect from premier inn
The staff were here pleasant and welcoming, the room was clean and comfy, we all had a lovely sleep and we be stating again in the future.
Really lovely staff, great location!!
Really hot when we visited, no air conditioning at all, family room ridiculously hot resulting in children vomitting, crying so had to cancel our second night. Of air con available would definitely stay again!
I used this hotel as I was flying from the airport on a morning flight. The hotel is within a 3 minute walk to the terminal and the carparking was free. Great location!
Breakfast was provided by the pub next door. The staff were friendly but it did not feel clean. Sticky table and bannisters. Cardboard cartons in view and brush and pan lying on the floor on the walk to the food.
My husband and I found it ideally located for travelling from Blackpool airport; it's staffed 24hrs so an early departure flight is not problem if you are paying the hotel bill on departure. Our room was very comfortable and all the staff were very helpful. Dining is available at the pub next door; we had an enjoyable evening meal, good quality and value for money.
Close to airport
Every thing was spot on
Very close to the airport & the staff were very helpful
Location for airport
Lack of food options for late arrivals
Left my ring in the room and lady called not long after I had left to tell me it was found. They held it in the safe for me, very honest.
The reception staff was superb. Friendly, helpful and genuine. I must say that the bed was about the most comfortable bed I've ever used and I slept like a log! It's been a while since I've stayed at a Premier Inn but it won't be the last.
To be honest there was nothing that I didn't like
Friendliness of staff and very good food next door
Lack of toilet facilities in bathroom
close to airport/good quiet nights sleep/price is right/all good.
Very close to airport
nothing (all good).
we booked because we had an early morning flight. The staff were friendly and the room is what you would expect from premier inn. Breakfast was good.
We were given room 2 on arrival. It is next to the stairs and we were disturbed all night by people using the stairs no carpets on stair case we reported this next morning and was given a refund.
Staff curtious & friendly Excellent breakfast bar
Dirty eating area and poor customer service. Very little facilities. Would not recommend this hotel!
Lady on reception very friendly. The first night we stayed there was a problem and police had to be called so we had our money back. Nice that there was a pub next door and close to town center. Beds were so comfy shame about all the noise!
Doors very loud at night and woke us up both nights. Neither one of us slept at all well cause of all the noise. Could be a great hotel if that point was sorted out.
very nice hotel thank you
I found the front door bit heavy and in pub
Usual high standards of cleanliness and beds extremely comfortable.
Large traditional key fobs that needed to be handed in when leaving the premises during the stay. Needed to be handed in so "the housekeeper could replenish supplies". Cost of the room seemed expensive compared to similiar Blackpool accommodation.
