Although the illuminations were not on riding the trams were very good and value for money with the all day ticket.
We come to Blackpool for the illuminations but found out they get turned off so we missed it by a week. We were told they stay on till after the new year. This was very disappointing.
The staff were very friendly and helpful
No free wifi poor water pressure - shower was just a trickle
Problems experienced were sorted promptly by staff/
Adjacent dining facilities not up to Premier Inn Standards, though the problems were not of PI.s making.
Booked 3 rooms including breakfast through booking.com to be told 2 weeks later that there wasn't going to be any breakfast supplied, so had trouble reducing the price we had paid. When we arrived the hotel wasn't aware of the number of people we had booked for therefore wasn't any rooms made up for us!!! Advised reception that we didn't have enough bedding for the number of people in our rooms, was told they would sort it, came back to our rooms and still no bedding!! Overall was a mess from start to finish, no breakfast and nowhere to get any drinks!!
Staff were excellent.
Our bed in room 20 had a rather large dip in it . Had a terrible nights sleep. Informed the staff who could not have been more apologetic and offered a refund which I declined as I didn't want them to think thats why I complained .
The room was great, the facilities were fine and everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was really nice too with plenty to choose from. What impressed me the most was the staff. Couldn't do enough for us, from arrival until we left they did everything and more to make our stay enjoyable.
staff very friendly ,excellent position with the beefeater a great plus with the whole family which ranged over 3 generations.
just a small minus ,the mother in law was put in a disabled room with low facilities, she is only 53 and fit as a fiddle, also could ask for hairdryer but would of liked one in the room
location ideal, within walking distance to promenade. Excellent location as we were attending a party close by.
Attached pub, The Red Lion. Very attentive staff if you were eating in the dining area part although service was a bit slow. However, very busy dining room so if you were unlucky and not get a table, even though the food was the exact same in bar area it cannot be said for staff. They were unfriendly and unhelpful.
Reception staff were incredible. Room was very clean and comfortable Bar and restaurant excellent Location Good
No Lift Hair dryer at reception desk
Made to feel very welcome staff took time to speak to the children thank you all very much
Out of busy area, but handy to tram stop.
The room was a decent size for us, with two young children. Nice to have a bath in the ensuite for the kids to use. Room was clean, good TV and drink making facilities.
The mattress on our bed was too hard and the pillows were too soft. We both struggled to sleep. My husband woke up with back ache the next day. Also a couple of families booked the rooms opposite us and despite the signs up to be quiet, kept waking us up through the night by being noisy. The staff were very helpful when we complained.
It was clean and the staff were great
No air con or control over room temperature. It was very warm. The attached pub was dark and dim. But breakfast was very good.
The staff is great. Theorie hospitaliteit makers you feel at home.
No airco, on hot days this is a negatieve aspect
Clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and friendly.
The staff at the Hotel and the Red Lion were brilliant especially when it came to accomodating my wife and her wheelchair .
This is the first time I have stayed at a Premier Inn and had a normal size double bed in the room . Although they do advertise some rooms have a standard size bed , maybe it could be indicated at the time of booking .
Free breakfast for children Quiet location Public transport into Blackpool Very helpful staff
Everything, food was excellent staff both in the hotel and the restaurant were very helpful and friendly
My room was on the second floor, with no lift it was a bit of a struggle with my case
The staff were excellent, the room was spacious, very clean and quiet. An extremely comfortable stay. Easy parking, situated in between Blackpool & Fleetwood, within walking distance of the promenade & trams. If you purchase a day ticket for £3.50 you can hop on & off at various stops along the coast. Ideal to leave the car to get to Blackpool to see the sights, or for football at Fleetwood. The food in restaurant was very good too.
Nothing. It was the best Premier Inn I have stayed at.
Staff were very helpful and friendly
The staff and breakfast was excellent, very clean inside and outside, the kids play area was fantastic, the local swimming pool was very clean,
The room was too hot, the location was far from the pleasure beach
Straight forward check in. Good choice for breakfast. Very clean room. Large TV. Comfortable bed. Friendly and efficient staff.
No lift- not a problem for me but my friend finds walking up stairs difficult. Being woken up at 5 30am by a drunken female who was making a lot of noise in the car park! Took me a while to get back to sleep.
Clean hotel staff friendly
Pub attached to hotel,we ate there one night having spent all day at pleasure beach,we had to clean our own table with baby wipes,we had meal which was OK,then we sat there no attempt to clear our table,so we did it ourselves, staff seemed to be just hanging about near the kitchen area talking.need some sort of manager in there to sort It out
The ease at which we booked in. The assistance given by the receptionist. The cleanliness. The size of the room. The layout of the room.
The intense heat in the room prevented us from sleeping, we had a fan but that didn't alleviate the problem. We had a very poor night sleep. The "put up" bed was so uncomfortable neither of my children could sleep in it so I did. It was hard and squeaky!
Do not book a room with a family as the rooms are tiny. Furniture was removed to allow four beds in the room given we had nowhere to store clothes such as underwear.
We complained about a noisy family above us and nothing was done. To give you a flavour of the noise the ceiling light shaked and rattled.
