Comfy room, plenty of pillows, proper size bath sheet towels, excellent breakfast. Porridge at no extra cost! Staff were exceptionally helpful.

Having to go outside in bitterly cold weather and biting winds to gain access to the Beefeater for our meals. Probably not so bad in July!

Very impressed with value for money AND really friendly, helpful staff. Please pass on our compliments especially to LISA on reception who was great, welcoming and especially helpful. (Renwick family - stayed 9th-10th Feb. 2013).

The Premier Inn at Bispham is really excellent and good value for money. The hotel staff were always helpful, while the food and service in the adjoining Beefeater Resturant was also of a very good standard. We will stay again in the future.

Nothing to dislike

Friendly staff, pristine room, bed was so comfortable - like sleeping in my own! The food in the restaurant was first class.

I didn't like leaving - I wanted to stay longer.

Used the hotel as the relatives we were visiting at Xmas had a house full of guests already - only needed a sleep over for a couple of nights but the service and attention we received was excellent - could not fault a single aspect - the staff in the adjoining restaurant (beefeeter) were also superb - nothing too much trouble for anyone. Will use it again and have already recommended to friends

clean stylish rooms with comfortable facilities. Nice en suite bathroom, tea, coffee, good TV, could control room temperature to suite our needs. Excellent restaurant

All staff were excellent, helpful, polite and friendly. The room was spotless and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was lovely too.

Some biscuits in the room would have been lovely.

An excellent comfortable hotel with good eating facilities adjoining. Friendly and helpful staff and a reasonable price. Excellent parking facilities. A nice quiet position

Very clean, and family friendly. Staff were amazing as were the restaurant team . Made our wedding anniversary very special. Definitely would stay there again, and a big thank you to Sam at the reception, she is truly a lovely individual, can't thank her enough. Mr. Ismail Patel .

i was overcharged and made to pay . i was embarrassed in front of other people checking in. it was the worst check in experience i have ever had. i was given the refund the next day but no apology.

it was lovely at the hotel, very warm because we were on top level, we did keep the fan on the was provided and had windows open, the staff were very friendly .

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at Blackpool Bispham Premier Inn . This was certainly because of the very friendly and extremely helpful staff. The reception staff in particular could not do enough to make sure we had all that we required for a comfortable stay. Day or night they were helpful and courteous. The staff in the adjoining Pub / Restaurant, The Red Lion, were also excellent, the Manager in particular was very accomodating and did his best to ensure our large group had very good service throughout our stay. I would reccomend this hotel to friends and family and our group intend to book again in Summer 2013.

The food in the restaurant was good

2nd floor room with no lift The room was very small,very hot and cramped with no air conditioning.(room 50) The water supply from the taps was a trickle scarcely enough to wash. For the high price paid .I would expect a great deal better

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the perfect size for our short family holiday. Would definitely return.
