no coffee machine just coffee jug at breakfast coffee almost cold by the time you got back to the table
Very plesent place nice staff good breakfast well worth the money
The room was lovely and clean. Was great we could all stay in one room. Great value for money.
Didn't know what we where supposed to be doing at breakfast time. Wasn't told you had to wait to be seated. Wasn't shown how to use the toasting machine. Wasn't enough tea and coffee in the room.
Hotel staff helpful informative and friendly.
Restaurant for breakfast was crowded, noisy with children running around, tables too close to pull chairs out. Coffee pots were empty, tomatoes flashed under grill cold and hard, poached egg undercooked.
All hotel facilities first class
Staff were great , friendly and helpful
The room was very very warm would understand if it was middle of summer but last week of September and not that hot outside it was over the top , checked our hearing wasn't on and it wasn't so must have been the whole hotel
The pub next door was nice
Didn't sleep at all. Went home shattered. Could hear people walking around above, flushing of toilets and creaking all around. Went home shattered.
The room was very nice and comfortable, granddaughter loved her bed very cosy.
Only complaint was the cooked breakfast wasn't hot . nothing wrong with the food just wasn't hot enough
Great stay, comfy nights sleep, friendly staff
Food wasn't great
dead flowers in hanging baskets outside, did not look good.
the peace & quiet due to location, large comfortable beds, friendly & helpful staff. accessability from main motorway.
no free wifi... not alot for kids to do...
Near to motorway for quick getaway
We stay at premiers very often this was the worst.Pre booked table in restaurant in person for Saturday night. When arrived no table was reserved for us GREAT.Instead we were met with a queue for food of 40-50 and about 20-30 for drinks this should be advertised as a canteen and not a restaurant. How can it not be the same standard as the rest of the chain.I Bet premier would not let lenny henry use this inn for advertising.
on arrival I was told that there was no disabled rooms available as I had booked and when asked if there was a ground floor room was told no again. yet the person behind me asked for a ground floor room and was giving one, I would like a full refund as I had taking my wife away for our anniversary and it ruined the whole weekend
Made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Large room well decorated very comfortable beds and nice bed linen. Convenient restaurant next door with very reasonable prices. Food quality and service was excellent.
It was like going to a poor travelodge in an industrial estate.
Booking.com did not include breakfast had to pay extra premier inn included it
Extractor fan in my room wasn't working.
Stayed over for the illuminations thought the location was perfect for my family, set back from the night life and only 7 min drive to the main Blackpool car park. The room was just what we needed beds were very comfy had a great nights sleep so did the kids :). The breakfast was really good a bit of something for everyone the kids loved it ! The staff were very pleasent and helpful.
I thought that if I booked a family room for 2 adults and 1 child of 11 years old, there would be a put up bed in the room - unfortunately not and the 3 of us had to share the double bed. Also, we had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel to share between the 3 of us.
Room 122 was far too hot,2 fans in the room, how can you sleep with fans on?we had to turn them off, which made the room even hotter.None of us slept right. No phone in room?Sunday morning all 4 of us shattered, even had terrible neighbours above us,kids running across the bedroom floor, banging and clattering, totally unacceptable. My daughter went to reception to report this, nothing was done, approx 7.30am.Breakfast was cold, fried eggs were rock hard, and pam our waitress did not know whether she was coming or going??.SOME COMPENSATION WOULD BE NICE PLEASE?
Room n staff very good
The breakfast wasn't worth the money. Overcooked not much choice. Very limit rather uncooked toast or burnt. only 2 settings. fried eggs over cooked and poached eggs overcooked bacon mostly fat hardly no meat.
Room to hot, there was only a fan which just blow hot air around the room
The room size was fab, bed was huge, facilities clean and the grub was great. Staff was friendly and cheerful!
Wasn't any play area for toddlers only 5+. But didn't spoil the break away.
Staff were extremely friendly , and helpful, we were always greeted when going in and out of the hotel and the manager and team always made conversation and showed a genuine interest, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and would happily stay again. Although the hotel is a short drive from the seafront, there us a 24 hour Tesco nr by and a pub / restaurant attached .
Although we were very happy with the hotel , lst wk we stayed in another premier inn , which was a lot newer, this one is 20 yrs old so it's probably unfair to compair but we liked the flat screen tv on the wall and the air conditioning in the newer hotel compaired to the fans and smaller Tele on the side on this hotel , however the overall stay and staff at this hotel was 100% better and would recommend
Hotel comfortable, pub did nice lunch food, good value
don't eat breakfast at the restaurant - too busy for the hardworking staff to cope, hardly any food as they couldn't keep up with demand, awful
