Premier Inn Blackpool Kirkham (M55, Jct 3)  

Checking in was a pleasant experience.The receptionist could not have been more friendly or helpful.

The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to be with. My room was at a good standard and comfortable.

There is nothing that I could note as a dislike

A good hearty breakfast.

The cleaner vacuuming the breakfast room during breakfast!

Comfy bed, location, proximity to pub, breakfast.

Noisy t.v. In adjacent room.

Breakfast was good value with helpful staff and a good choice of menu for the price.

Wind catching either side of the window, which kept me awake most of the night.Also sat nav location was incorrect,maybe a sign on the nearby roundabout would be helpful.

The staff at this hotel were excellent I feel a special thankyou is for Paul. He was on reception on our arrival and was outstanding in his manner and in his effort to accomodate my parents who were inadvertantly booked in a sister hotel . He really is an asset to your company!!

Service was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

- Heating in room was not working. - There was no spare blanket in the room to add to the duvet on the bed. - There is no shaver point in the bathroom.

Very pleasant and friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent.

The room-rate was very expensive for the location/type of hotel. I can only assume that this was due to "supply & demand" that particular weekend as I've stayed at this hotel previously at a much more reasonable room-rate.

The breakfast was excellent as was the pub next door for food and drink.

THe 160 gbp per night charge during the Open, when the normal charge is 29 gbp per night, was outrageous. Will never stay in a Premier Hotel again.

Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they were all a credit to Premier Inn group.

Pub attached was ok but could have been better organised and cleaner.

We stayed at the Inn to attend the Open Golf Championship and found it a convenient base. The Reception staff were wonderful, helpful and willing to please.

The eating establishment adjoining the Inn. Appeared not to know or be able to cater for people attending what must be one of the prestigious events in the sporting calender. They had run out of most foods and lager on both nights we stayed!

Having to ask for towels and shower gel twice before anything happened. Having to re-scan the worlds oldest television everytime we switched it on. Having to re-make bed on return at end of day.

Premier Inn Blackpool Kirkham even booking late was good value for money. Your receptionist was very friendly and more than helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her.
