Good WiFi connection!
We were dissapointed in the restaurant attached to the hotel.on our 1st night no adviced us to make booking for dinner so when up of getting sandwiches from Asda! On our secon night we made booking and gave us slot for 8:30 .but when we arrived they said that food waiting will take minimum of 1 hour which is not acceptable! As it is getting late for my daughter and we were all hungry by that time.we end up of getting KFC and sandwich again from asda! They should have more kitchen staff as the place is really busy.
Happy with everything at premier inn would definitely recommend you to friends and family
We all liked everything in the hotel and restaurant. The food was very good value for money.. Unless you were buying a bowl of chips as a snack which were nearly £3! Other than that the actual menu was very good value and kids eat free which really brought our bills down. The room was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space for us, a couple with a 2 and 4 year old. The staff were all pleasant and allowed us a little extra time when checking out on New Years Day. The cleaner even chased after us to give us back a t-shirt we left behind!
The wifi was poor and quite slow. We had paid £120 to stay in the hotel the least the company could do is provide free wifi!.. Especially as we couldnt receive any reception on our mobile phone.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The quad room was smaller than we expected. We have 3 small children which includes a lot of luggage. We struggled with space to move around.
Location, convience and pleasant staff.
1) Unable to control the heating in my room. 2) No Vodafone signal inside the hotel....very frustrating but I appreciate that is not within Premier Inn's control.
The reception staff, esp on arrival night, where very good. Beds extremely comfortable and room was a very good size
Room was VERY dark - no lights in half the room. Pay for Wifi?! Hmm. That's cheeky. Bathroom didn't have a radiator - was very cold
Everything was brilliant. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Stephanie in the restaurant was really good and bubbly. Thank you
Paying for WIFI
Everything LOVELY evening meal
Hotel was old & wanted updating carpets could have done with cleaning.
Overall very good.Will come again.
rooms could do with a couple of comfy chairs.Breakfast was good but expensive.
Great breakfast. Bed quite comfortable and room very clean. Reception and resturant staff very helpful.
Poor sighage from main road making the hotel hard to locate. Didn't think it was particulaly good value for money.
Clean comfortable beds. Instant hot water
Rooms were great (yes the fans were needed), clean and functional. Comfy beds and pillows (plenty of them), very quiet at night. Staff were excellent, efficient, friendly and very polite. Great breakfast, good value and very tasty. Great location for exploring Cornwall with decent sized car park.
the service and attention in dining room and at breakfast . very helpful to disabled customer
Loved the different pillows
Good location and facilities. Friendly staff who were very good at changing our room requests at the last minute. Great breakfast
Bar closed early. A bit expensive.
Helpful room location (No. 2) - no stairs to climb, and right next to entrance. Able to access pub from within hotel - not having to go out in the rain to do so.
Lack of obvious signage to easily locate Inn while driving along A30 - went past entrance and on into Bodmin - only found it on way back up hill, and then only pub name is mentioned, not "Premier Inn"
We were able to change to a continental breakfast without any problem. Staff were very approachable and helpful.
The staff were friendly
1. Poor cleanliness in dining room. Eg. Breakfast stands of cereal brought out dirty from previous use. 2 . The inclusion of farmed river fish from Vietnam on the menu, passed off as the fish part of good old British fish and chips. In Cornwall , for goodness sake!!!!!!
Huge rooms, great breakfast - good quality ingredients, good standard of decor, friendly staff, plenty of parking
Staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal location for what we wanted with on site restaurant facilities.
No obvious signs. We past it 3 times before we found it. No mention on booking.com that it had another name ie Callywith. Pure chance that we noticed it set back off the road. Rubbish from KFC on the grass frontage.
The location of the hotel which was ideal for us and the size of the main room.
Restaurant. Helpful staff.
Location is great staff are always helpful.
Restaurant and car park always busy, bit of a mare for us business travellers after a long day.
Friendliness of staff, good selection at breakfast, Good facilities. Cleanliness of room.
Could have done with soap in bathroom other than from a dispenser.
