The curved shower curtain around the bath.

The bed gave way to one side, very uncomfortable and the pillows were rubbish.

Location for easy access to the rest of Cornwall.

The location was handy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and gave me an alternative room away from the main entrance and on the first floor so I felt more secure (single, female traveller)

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was initially cold but I found the thermostat. The TV was set very low down so it was difficult to watch in bed.

Very good location.

Room was very cold, even when I had the temperature turned to max. Never seemed to warm up as i thought it should. Woke up freezing.

I couldn't get the heater or the hairdryer to work. Was only there one night, so left it.

Toaster not working properly!

We thought the hotel was excellent, staff (reception) very helpful. We would use it again.

We arrived in the dark and in the rain and had difficulty locating the hotel when coming off the A30. Now we know to look for ASDA !

Once we entered our room at approximately 6.30pm, it does not appear that the room had been cleaned after the previous occupier as the waste bin had not been emptied and the carpet not hoovered. Very disappointing as we normally have high standards at previous Premier Inn's that we have stayed at.

As usual our room was clean and the staff friendly and efficient

We were put in a disabled friendly room, which was ok even though we are not disabled but we found the bed not comfortable at all and very short even my feet were hanging over the edge and I am only 5'3". The toilet had a very poor flush we had to use 2 kettles of water to flush even paper away, we had unpacked before we discovered this or we would have told the staff on reception but as we were only staying one night it didn't seem worth it. We did tell the girl on reception when we checked out though. Surely the cleaners must have noticed this when they were cleaning the toilet? We have always had excellent breakfasts when staying at a Premier Inn but unfortunately the breakfast was not up to your usual standard. I am sure this will not deter us from staying at Premier Inns in the future but I know you would prefer for us to let you know when things are not as they should be.

Rooms were clean staff were helpful and friendly x food was good in the morning at breakfast.

Room was very hot at night , but in all fairness we were pre warned about this x
