Everything about my stay was fantastic. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I had the best night's sleep in your new beds and liked the fact that a sheet was supplied in case I got too hot.
There was nothing bad to say about my stay at Bolton West.
Usual spacious room and comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Given a quiet room and a sensible sound level on TV as requested. At a previous Premier Inn it was impossible to hear the sound on the TV unless within 40 cm of the set!.
Lack of catering facilities within the building. Breakfasts at the nearby retaurant were good but choices for other meals were very limited, so we ate elsewhere in the evenings.
Bed extremely comfortable Wonderfully quiet at night Room spacious and clean Easy check in
Bed could have been bigger
Particularly liked the "quiet zone" in bedroom wings and the options of different pillows. Very considerate and appreciated.
Staff poor at directions
Staff were helpful and polite, great room, clean and very comfortable.
Price went up for the weekend of the the ironman.
We have stayed so many times before and staff are always amazing so happy and helpful.
I think it was over priced considering we have stayed mid week before and weekends and it just seemed over priced
I was very late arriving in the evening but no problem at all.
The pub attached to the premier inn site was looking its age, the interior was getting past its best. This is one of the poorer looking premier Inns I have stayed in. This does not reflect on the quality of the breakfast served.
Very clean, good food, there's an inside playground, all in all de had best confort at a good price
Staff were very helpful, also provided fan and sheets on arrival as warm day/evening.
No AC in room.
Tv Volume was set so low, that I could not hear it. Dogs barling modt of the night from houses close to my room. Spoke to reception, staff did not agree that i should be reinburst as per good night guarantee. I am in complete disagreement.
Staff were friendly and helpful
Beds were very comfy
The shower! No pressure for the water! Had to hold it above our heads to get wet!
spacious , comfortable .
i asked for a quiet room and provided with a room above the beer garden smoking area . not enough tea bags and sugar . the room wasnt really warm enough .
The cleanliness of the room. The helpfulness of the staff. Enough car parking.
Comfortable bed, location of hotel
No telephone in the room, having to walk downstairs to ask a question of staff. Poorly signposted as to entry to hotel from roundabout through "back" gate.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. The location was very convenient.
The bar and restaurant were an adjacent pub but the behaviour and loud, offensive and obscene language of some of the customers was annoying and at times upsetting. The staff of the pub seemed unable or unwilling to do anything about it. We are certainly not prudes but there are limits and we would not return to this hotel.
Needed to drop of my luggage early to pick up some family with their luggage at the airport. Support from the staff was reluctant at best. Not possible to use a bathroom while we had not yet checked in. Vending machine defect.
The cleanliness of the rooms and their good value
Having to show I.D. on arrival when I had already tried to pay over the telephone and was told I could not and no mention was made of showing I.D. at that time, other people who were in our party did not have to do this - so we had no idea why we had to show I.D. - felt a little like a criminal
convenient,clean nice staff
I liked the room and facilities all round excellent, the bed was very comfortable and slept well. I found it very easy to move around. it was clean all the staff were pleasant and helpful always had a smile and dealt with any complaints with minimum of fuss, Its the 3rd time I stayed in that particular Hotel, and would be pleased to stay there in the future!
As a disabled person it was too difficult to get into the shower, so as I like to shower daily I could not do this. Yes there was enough bars to hold on to but I can't stand for too long and though I tried but found it difficult. In the room I would have preferred some drawers to put clothes in instead of shelves!
Bed very comfy and room very quiet Breakfast served promptly as we had to leave early Staff on desk very helpful
Room did have a slight smell as if someone had been smoking in it previously Little bit cheaper would be good
Lovely clean big room, no problems
Every twenty minutes or so there was a buzzing noise from the heating control unit which kept my wife awake most of the night, room 59 :(
