I had a very comfortable double room with a fantastic bed and lots of pillows. Room was so quiet that I overslept a little. Breakfast was plentiful and great quality. Check in, out was easy and lots of free parking
Room had limited tea and coffee. Difficult to get to from roundabout. Shower could have been a bit more powerful
Check in very smooth and personable
Allways the same standard at Premier Inns so one knows what to expect
Only negative aspect if one wants to eat in the evening then there is a pub attached whic does not allways give the best service
Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Quiet room
Had to work out how to get into the car park, but managed ok.
Food and service terrible
Staff were extremely polite and helpful even offered me deicer for my car
all staff great, including waiters at breakfast. room itself did the job, clean and comfortable good value, no thrill or caracter.
trouble is there were only 2 staff so had to wait ages and kept running out of things, paid quite a lot for breakfast over £8, kids were free one of the dearer breakfast would expect much better service, was nice when it finally arrived.
i was very impressed by the lady on the check inn desk who went out of her way to book us in for breakfast in another premier inn down the road as we needed an early breakfast and the one we'd booked didn't start until 8am
i didnt like the fact that breakfast didnt start until 8am
Room comfort,location to arenas
No sitting area within the premier inn to relax with friends, have to use bar next door.
attentive, polite & friendly personnel good breakfast excellent comfy bed
I loved the bed. The room was lovely and clean the staff was very helpful. Will be staying again. Check out wasnt till 12 had a great lie in.
Nothing i enjoy everything.
A nice large room. Bed was comfortable. Reception managed 24 hours. Free wifi for 30 minutes.
We had a room for 2 but there was only one easy chair. Not enough towels for 2 people, although we managed.
Entrance from the roundabout in front of the building was difficult to find
Incredibly warm welcome on reception and in the restaurant Nice clean rooms and very spacious Good parking
Easy to miss how to get in to the car park as it is not accessed directly from main road. Hotel in need of a bit of freshening up
Insufficient room sockets Light switches in poor place Room to hot with window closed and too noisy with window open No air con to set room temperature Did not have relaxing night sleep
Beds in Premier Inn are amazingly comfy
Breakfast served in pub next door.
Location and helpful staff.
Rooms a bit tired & tatty in places. Menu at Beehive restaurant is bit grim.
Staff were helpful, room very clean and breakfast at the beehive was delicious. I did request a travel cot for my 19month old and it wasn't there. We were in a rush to get out so we didn't bother asking. Not a big deal and I'm sure if we had asked we would have got it
Always know what you are getting with a Premier Inn. Receptionist very pleasant.
Noisy at times, difficult to locate entrance in the rush hour as on a roundabout.
Quiet location, comfortable room and very friendly staff. Stayed in another local hotel(large) following week and it was poor by comparison.
Noise at 5 am
Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. A very good breakfast range.Would definitely stay there again.
Everything about my stay was fantastic. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I had the best night's sleep in your new beds and liked the fact that a sheet was supplied in case I got too hot.
There was nothing bad to say about my stay at Bolton West.
Usual spacious room and comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Given a quiet room and a sensible sound level on TV as requested. At a previous Premier Inn it was impossible to hear the sound on the TV unless within 40 cm of the set!.
Lack of catering facilities within the building. Breakfasts at the nearby retaurant were good but choices for other meals were very limited, so we ate elsewhere in the evenings.
Bed extremely comfortable Wonderfully quiet at night Room spacious and clean Easy check in
Bed could have been bigger
