Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Room very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and all selections were available. Direct access from the Metro car park was convenient. Although mid evening there was only one person serving at the bar and then this was not on a constant basis i.e. he kept disappearing despite there being a constant queue! Customers did not appear to be the priority and some tables were not cleared immediately which was a shame as it spoiled the overall impression of the bar/hotel. |

I liked the style of the hotel, different from other Premier Inn's The restaurant staff seemed inexperienced and there didn't appear to be a manager |

The hotel was central, excellent restaurant. Clean, tidy, very good decoration. Attractive bar. Room a bit small with a tiny window. Room in the new wing which appeared to be a reconstructed office building. Paid for breakfast, when I got home, realized I had bed and breakfast package. Phoned hotel and they said they would refund me. |

Breakfast being 8 until 11 was conveniant There could be more overseeing at breakfast as Saturday morning 31st of October the breakfast bar ran dry of food and customers were told to sit and would be informed when to go. |

We loved the modern decor and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotels central location and value for money were also a plus factor. We even had a sea view which was an unexpected bonus. The beds were very comfortable. If it wasn't for the fire alarm going off at 4am (false alarm) we would have had a lovely sleep. |

We went for a wedding, so location was important, but I read the reviews and wasn't let down....the room was fantastic. Really it was brand new and to a 5 star standard. Spacious, sea view. Shockingly wonderful. I am planning to visit again Bathroom excellent, beds, perfectly firm, decor great. I suppose it is normal to have lack of 24 hour room service at 3 star hotel, but the room deserved it! |

Very clean and modern. Comfortable well designed room and bar areas. Comfortable bed and a shower that could actually be run at a comfortable temperature every time. Very friendly and attentive staff. Not at all like a budget hotel. No ripoff mini bar either. Would be so nice if we could use the balcony. More health and safety Im told |

The only thing that I can say that I liked during my stay was that the hotel was very central for both shopping and the beach in Bournemouth, but I have stayed at much better quality hotels in Bournemouth. I thought that the room was very small and there was only a very small window in the room. I thought that it was very much overpriced for the room that we had. |

Rooms huge (useful with a baby) & breakfast fabulous Only slight criticism, had to carry our bags, pushchair and baby up the steps to the car park. Hard going as no lift/ramps. |

The fact that the hotel was so different to any other Premier Inn I have previously stayed in. The staff were really helpful and friendly and couldnt do enough for you even though most nights they were run off their feet!! It was just a lovely place to stay. |
