Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, free wifi, decent breakfast.
Some of the staff working at breakfast times could do with training in customer interaction and presentation.
The room, food, staff, facilities were fantastic ! I couldn't fault anything!!
Hotel location was amazing overlooking the sea front but next to the shops and restaurants. So great with a family. Our room was spacious and had a balcony which was a big bonus! Just loved the location! Will book it again.
Would have liked a duvet a little less "flat".
An excellent short stay can't fault it
The facilities were extremely lacking. No restaurant for dinner available because of outside diners! No fridge or mini bar as listed and no hairdryer. The air conditioning was left on before we arrived and a window open, it's February! And very cold and to top it he hearing wasn't workibg for an hour which held us up with a toddler. Wifi was only free for a certain length of time.
The location was great. Close to shops and pier. Great breakfast.
Lighting in room was very poor, the shower overflowed and the food in the restaurant was awful. Also the lift path went through our room (the hundreds, we were room 300) so it was quite noisy
Couldn't fault it great value and location
restaurant didn't open until 6 which meant couldn't dine in due to gig at 7pm
Comfortable room, balcony,friendly staff
Great staff, good size room clean and modern and our room over looked the pier and sea views
Asked for sea view, got, it. Excellent stay.
Local to everything, theatre's, cinema's shop's & restaurants. Comfortable, clean room and a bar to relax in after a night out.
Thought a single bath towel between 2 people wasn't good.
Phone not answered on some occasions
there wasn't anything we could fault with our stay. Absolutely superb.
Nothing, all was perfect!
Lovely staff and hotel really clean and friendly.
Our heating didnt work but was fixed really quickly. Food was a little disappointing.
Room next door had a group of people in there from 3.45am screaming, shouting & playing music until 6.45am
reception staff very good
daughter was sick in room - took cleaning staff three reminders to clean - reception staff weren't too happy with them - apologised on there behave.
Safe and nice view. We are welcomed by staff
No helper to help us for carying our luggage to and from room
Everything 100 percent a great hotel group.....keep up the good work
Nothing to dislike
Staff always helpful, friendly and professional. Made for a great atmosphere for our trip!!
ensuite room, bar & restaurant facility
room a bit slow to heat up (January)
We liked the location of the Hotel, its staff and facilities. The Hotel has an interesting history too. While we were there the WiFI was free, so that was a bonus. We had good weather and there was lots to see and do in Bournemouth.
Everything was good
Staff very friendly and helpful hotel was perfectly situated for all events and loved the choice for breakfast, very good value for money, will definitely stay again
There was nothing not to like
Parking to be paid extra.
The location is perfect, you are a couple minutes walk to the beach and the town centre. You don't have to worry about noise from outside as the doors block all the sound. The shower and bath were powerful and felt luxurious. The staff were very friendly and assertive within the hotel reception and the restaurant - we had dinner and breakfast there. It is less than a 5 minute drive in a taxi from the train station or a 20 minute walk. Will definitely stay again!
The balcony door was hard to open and close when using the key. The TV in our room didn't have good signal (however we rarely watched it so it wasn't a major problem for us).
