The room and the view
Clean, modern and decent! One of the best Premier Inns I've stayed in. Fresh decor, nice staff and a good location. Highly recommend.
Quite pricey, but still worth it.
The location was excellent. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful
the fact we paid the same price as our friends.
Had very good views of bournemouth and the beach from floor level 8
clean and comfy easy access 24 hours friendly staff - keen to help the restaurant meal deal was great value too!
didn't have a sea view - would have been really nice...
Location Size of room Great service
Room was a little tired
Comfortable and friendly
Being woke up by builders next to our windows
locatioin, staff, room, everything was great best few days away in years.
The location was fantastic
Everything , Our bedroom was perfect lovely sea view , Staff were very friendly .
Good choices for breakfast,
Window looked out onto a very high wall, this gave the room very little daylight, a room like this is very depressing.
I requested a sea view as I've been unwell and went to Bournemouth to recuperate. I was given a lovely room with a balcony on the 6th floor. As I wasn't feeling too well on arrival, check-in was done really quickly for me. The staff, from reception and restaurant through to domestics, were polite, kind and helpful; if I had to rate them out of 10, they were an 11! My room, in fact the whole hotel was spotless. I loved the crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. Breakfasts were amazing; always freshly cooked and so much choice.
While perfectly in keeping with the Art Deco style of the hotel, the bedroom chairs need recovering, and the bedside and vanity units could do with sanding back and refinishing.
Excellent location, friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Clean rooms, nicely decorated. Eat all you can breakfast for a reasonable price and kids eat free!
I had to pay for parking and I didn't get a sea view.
Facilities were good , food excellent, staff friendly and most helpful , location excellent
Room (402 )was stuffy , windows could not be opened very far but we realise the reason why , but because the room was stuffy we felt the need to open them and put up with the constant noise from air conditioning units outside which we could really have done without and I hate to think how stuffy the room would be in very hot weather
Ideal location Clean and comfortable room
Dirty table and seats when shown to our breakfast table, which wasn't noticed by the staff member. Had to ask for milk and teaspoons at breakfast.
Everything and everyone.
Wonderful views from the balcony plus such a good location 10 mins from beach.
No fridge in room
The Staff, The Food, and The Room were aexcellent
Restaurant and bar very modern
but menu was rubbish again. We had a room in the old part of the hotel which it doesn't tell you when you book . So it meant no hot water and no wifi!
all of it
Main areas decor Restaurant and quality of food friendliness and politeness of all staff encountered
Small room on 2nd floor with minimal sea view Not having a room with a balcony having to pay for wifi
Nice hotel, friendly staff and good bars and restaurant. Location to the BIC venue and sea front.
The quilt cover was stained which we did not notice till later in our stay however a pillow case on the spare in the wardrobe was stained with what appeared to be mildew. this was removed and left in view of the maid in the hope it would be replaced. unfortunately it was not so the pillow was used without the pillow case. Both these were reported to the reception on our departure. Although I understand the location of the Hotel limits parking options but I was disappointed that with the cost of the room there was no supplement, also there were no mentions of restricted parking during my booking. At £12.50 a day If I was staying for a week this would be an expensive addition to the trip.
Staff very helpful & friendly. Very comfortable bed & good nights sleep. Excellent breakfast.
A bit pricey for a back room with no view but I suppose that's luck of the draw at a busy time.
