helpfulness of staff without being pushy.
would have preferred the cooked brreakfast to be a serve yourself instead of pre-ordering otherwise very satisfactory.
Lovely room . Friendly staff. Very quiet at night. 15 minute walk into town and theatres.
Everything !!! The whole package, especially the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Lovely stay - would definitely return. Parking was easy and free. Lovely spacious room too.
Nothing to dislike
Quick to respond to queries, ie batteries were flat in remote and were quickly replaced.
Can't think of anything.
Ease, access, parking, comfort, attached restaurant, value, simple booking, simple checking in and out.
Need sockets beside the bed for charging phones at night please.
Very clean and large family room. The hotel was quiet and staff very helpful. The location is ideal, you can walk to the beach or into town.
Great little hotel, the lady on reception was very helpful & only 10 mins walk to the lovely beach.
The Wifi was a poor connection
Location and comfortable
size of room very good, facilities in room excellent, staff excellent, breakfast very good, bed very comfortable. Lovely place to stay.
bit pricey, but probably down to time of year and location
Staff excellent room quiet as asked for food good all that was missing was Lenny lol
Lift out of order till morning we left not their fault part was required and they did offer carry our cases
We really likes the staff especially Ben. He was very friendly and our five years old son adored him. He was very helpful with our needs. Because of our experience, we are definitely using this property again for our future holidays. We liked the location and the nearby restaurant was great. The morning breakfast hostess was lovely and chipper. My son liked her. The room was great, more than plenty of space for me, my wife and our son. In fact, plenty for a coupe, two young children and a toddler (sleep pen). We really appreciated the beach toys that we borrowed from a large box full of beach toys in the lobby. Definitely a plus for kids. The staff also helpfully suggested a local playground with play equipment for our son. The staff even printed maps for us of the area. Would be nice if they could stock up on the area maps from the local tourist information office.
The room we were in didn't have good mobile cell reception for our Mifi, so we used the hotel's wifi at £3 a day. The internet was spotty throughout the second day of our stay. The front desk staff were apologetic, stating it was out of their hand. Would be nice if the hotel could post the breakfast time instead of burying it somewhere on the menu. We missed breakfast on the first morning. Thankfully, the staff helpfully referred us to a nice breakfast place in town.
Hotel location was just outside of the city centre, ideally placed for exploring Bournemouth. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the restaurant was very nice , especially the breakfast . The staff were all very helpful and welcoming and we will definately go back.
All good !
All the staff were really friendly. We have stayed in many Premier Inn's but the family room in this hotel was far the best. It had air conditioning which worked and the room was really spacious.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is free hand soap and hair/shower gel in the rooms and tea & coffee making facilities. The location is good and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. WiFi worked ok. Good choice of meals in the restaurant.
The room was a bit on the small side, but this can't be helped really as it is not purpose built but a conversion in an old building. You have to pay £3 a day for WiFi - I think this should be free, however it is standard for all Premier Inns.
Good Restaurant Superb Breakfast Excellent Staff
We were allotted Room 1 which is immediately above Reception and is susceptible to unacceptable noise levels at night with the incessant banging of doors and high levels of clomping footsteps.Unable to get Premier's guaranteed Night's Sleep.
Good location if coming via train. The beach is very close. The staff were really lovely. Good if you want to get to Boscombe.
It was a budget hotel so bear in mind it is no frills, but the cost was about the same that you'd pay for a half decent hotel. We had to book it as everywhere else was booked up or prohibitively expensive for a family of 3. It is basically a pub with a hotel at the back, so is quite easy to miss. We could hear the person through the (locked) adjoining door coughing all night, though other than that it was pretty quiet.
Big busy restaurant and bar nearby. Quiet room.
Nice and friendly atmosphere, very helpful staff. Great location within 10min walk to the seafront. Great restaurant with good food and value for money. Will definitely be coming back again.
There's nothing I didn't like. We had a great stay.
great staff, big clean room with bath/shower,free parking & easy walk into town.its attached to a table table resturant with good meals &service.Breakfast is freshly cooked to order& is great(all you can eat)
Very friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile to answer all questions and made us feel welcome.
Hotel is somewhat a distance (c. one mile) from the main part of central Bournemouth with its beach and shopping. However, public transportation is available, and a pleasant 20-25 minute walk is an option in nice weather.
The hotel was well positioned, giving easy access to all main routes. Just a short distance from the train and bus station. We will be staying again.
A fantastic large family room with accommodation for 5 & a lovely bay window, excellent staff.
My mattress was too soft & i would really like a small fridge in the rooms for milk & juice. Also the tea was horrible.
Nice friendly welcoming lovely to rreceive a birthday card
Little pricy breakfast would of been nice included in price
The satff was excellent- i left my mobile in the room and they returned it to the counter- i m impressed
The bathroom smelled do bad that i prefer not to stay at premier inn again! The towels have so much bleached that it left a very bad smell in them. Its the bad smell of bathroom that destroyed all joy!
We had a large family room which was brilliant, staff very helpful and friendly, great values on meals, breakfast to die for!!! Thank you
