Accomodation and service/ facilities
Food worth waiting for, a busy night for all
Ground floor room - noise from floor above went on until after midnight.
Room very clean and bed really comfy. Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast Quietness Location Staff we're very helpful Car parking
Bed to hard
pulling out of car park
Room was clean and well equipped, staff were helpful and location convenient. Would recommend the beefeater restaurant also, food and sevice were very good.
Outside area was in need of updating. Avoid the scrambled eggs when ordering the free breakfast!
breakfast great value
Location Breakfast Free car parking
Impersonal Clean but place looked drab and in need of a coat of paint Not good value for money
All basic facilities and cleanliness. Excellent breakfast at Beefeater.
Room 1 noisy due to cold drinks machine. Traffic noise for rooms at front.
fantastic nights sleep, comfy beds ,and individual beds for kids not sofa bed where they keep each other awake,! very quiet considering close to road, great bath too. Nice welcome after a weary day and fab breakfast for all next morning and again staff great with kids too. felt completely revived will definitely stay again as 2 mins drive from my sisters. Much better than holiday inn and 100% better than Travelodge. worth the money.
nothing, was all good thought would be busier as in school holidays.
Reception staff were lovely. Location excellent for airport, Poole, Bournemouth. Pub next door was great.
No air conditioning meant we had to rely on an electric fan and the room got very hot at night.
Clean comfortable room and plenty of space.
As always room too hot and disturbed sleep.
Noise and blocked drain
All usual Premier standard good.
I was travelling with my mother who has mobiliy issues. I did not know to book a ground floor room as I assumed there would be a lift if we were to be above the ground floor, there is no lift. So mother had to climb up and down the stairs, all ground floor rooms had been allocated. Also for the price of £100 per night there should be biscuits with the tea set. As when taking tablets one needs something in the tummy, a biscuit helps this. Yes that was surprising no biscuits for that price and quality of room
Friendly staff bed was comfortable
I'm not disabled but the bathroom in this room wasn't very eye catching it needed modernisation looked very outdated.
The location to Bournemouth Airport was fantastic. The Beefeater restaurant was equally as good. The welcome at the reception by Ross, was great. He printed us details of the route to the airport. Room was nice and clean, and it was very peaceful, allowing good sleep.
It would seem that you have to pay a premium for this one night only. We have never been lucky with a cheaper booking as advertised on the TV, ie £29 for one night only.
No air conditioning. Room a bit musty. TV small
Most other hotel chains that I now use include free wi-fi and the room cost is very similar to Premier Inn rates.
Premier inn itself was very good and staff very friendly and helpful.
The smugglers inn restaurant( beefeater) was not good. Dinner was okay , but breakfast was terrible and service poor. Would not recommend paying extra for breakfast.
excellent with disabled guests. staff excellent and helpful. staff had provided fans to ensure rooms were comfortable when we arrived. amazing difference between premiere lodges and travelodge. very impressed with our first visit to premier inn
Comfy beds & fairly quiet.
Meant to be a disabled room, but no shower cubicle in bathroom and shower head can't be detached from the wall to at least wash hair. People with mobility problems can't climb into a bath. Continental breakfast very expensive for what you get. Always thought continental included a selection of meats & cheeses, not just a pot of jam.
The staff were extremely helpful
Nothing really, basic room, ok price
It was a "stop over" to see friends...who live in the New Forest..and an onward trip to the nearby Isle of Wight...so the location was ideal
nothing to dislike
Fantastic Staff and cleanliness of room. Bath and shower were excellent.
Location of Hotel and lack of auxillary items such as shower caps etc. Family room for 4 was cramped with1 double and 2 single beds .
Rooms were a little lacking in decoration. I know it's a budget hotel but a picture on the wall would be nice.
