Position for our purposes. Breakfast exc.
No telephone in room, no tissues.
Staff great. Room was clean and well maintained. Price excellent. Smugglers inn food ok,ideal for breakfast.
Room could have had heater on before we arrived as it was cold and raining . Better lighting for getting ready
Central location, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable.
As our stay was for 9 nights a fridge would have been really welcome addition.
A lovely welcome from Ross on reception, friendly and efficient. Our family rooms were really comfortable and clean.
Great location.peaceful, and very polite and welcoming staff at reception.
We had a pleasant stay which is what we have come to expect of Premier - great beds, good night's sleep - good facilities. We were on a very late flight to Bournemouth Airport - the Premier is one of very few hotels willing to accept arrival after midnight
Resturant is in another building and it was raining.
we stayed over for two nights to attend a wedding. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a good nights sleep on both nights. The pub/restaurant on site were also excellent. All the staff were polite, professional and helpful.
Location even though near road was very quiet could not hear traffic from inside rooms. Very clean and polite staff
Accomodation and service/ facilities
Food worth waiting for, a busy night for all
Ground floor room - noise from floor above went on until after midnight.
Freshly cooked breakfast and good choice.
Noisy food/snack dispenser on ground floor adjacent to bedroom. Wrote to Manager re not a relaxing night's sleep, as promise, but no reply to date.
Room very clean and bed really comfy. Staff friendly and helpful.
Damp smell from corridor and into the room ... don’t know why, maybe a leak. Was ok by departure. Creaking floorboards, every time someone walked about, in the room above, you knew about it. The worse bit ... price. Have been using the Premier Inn for three years now and always paid between £60-£80 ... £154 for one night is just to much. Shame.
Breakfast Quietness Location Staff we're very helpful Car parking
Bed to hard
pulling out of car park
Room was clean and well equipped, staff were helpful and location convenient. Would recommend the beefeater restaurant also, food and sevice were very good.
Outside area was in need of updating. Avoid the scrambled eggs when ordering the free breakfast!
breakfast great value
Location Breakfast Free car parking
Impersonal Clean but place looked drab and in need of a coat of paint Not good value for money
All basic facilities and cleanliness. Excellent breakfast at Beefeater.
Room 1 noisy due to cold drinks machine. Traffic noise for rooms at front.
fantastic nights sleep, comfy beds ,and individual beds for kids not sofa bed where they keep each other awake,! very quiet considering close to road, great bath too. Nice welcome after a weary day and fab breakfast for all next morning and again staff great with kids too. felt completely revived will definitely stay again as 2 mins drive from my sisters. Much better than holiday inn and 100% better than Travelodge. worth the money.
nothing, was all good thought would be busier as in school holidays.
Reception staff were lovely. Location excellent for airport, Poole, Bournemouth. Pub next door was great.
No air conditioning meant we had to rely on an electric fan and the room got very hot at night.
Clean comfortable room and plenty of space.
As always room too hot and disturbed sleep.
Noise and blocked drain
All usual Premier standard good.
I was travelling with my mother who has mobiliy issues. I did not know to book a ground floor room as I assumed there would be a lift if we were to be above the ground floor, there is no lift. So mother had to climb up and down the stairs, all ground floor rooms had been allocated. Also for the price of £100 per night there should be biscuits with the tea set. As when taking tablets one needs something in the tummy, a biscuit helps this. Yes that was surprising no biscuits for that price and quality of room
Friendly staff bed was comfortable
I'm not disabled but the bathroom in this room wasn't very eye catching it needed modernisation looked very outdated.
