Breakfast Staff Room all that was needed

It was very quiet & pieceful.

One knows what one is going to get at Premier Inns: Roomy rooms, clean, friendly staff, good-quality furnishings and good bathrooms. Food at the restaurant was good.

Absence of a rubber bath mat. Hot chocolate drink sachet. The restaurant was under-staffed. It would have been nice for residents of the Premier Inn to have been seated in the rear garden room . . . much nicer.

Easy access to the airport.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Light switch over bed to high, this was disabled room, I am not disabled but anyone who is would have a problem. A small bedside light would be better.

beds were most uncomfortable we have ever experienced at a " Premier " Inn. Room 11. very poor quality beds

Accommodation

Breakfast standard was not good especially rubbery scrambled eggs, tinned tomatoes, lukewarm coffee. We did get a refund but they need to raise their game.

Can never understand why this premier inn is more expensive than others we use.

The staff was excellent,but unfortunately there was a motor running outside our room either a pump or water which came on and off all night and kept us awake and on second night our room had not been cleaned or beds made,James was excellent and got us clean cups and tea bags and he offerered to make the bed which we declined this spoilt our stay but your staff was fantastic.Probally would recommend this premier inn but not room no 1 to noisy.

the location of this premier in was perfect for us to visit family in the new Forrest area. staff where very friendly & helpful.

The very friendly and helpful lady on reception. She made our stay a pleasure and even remembered who we were and what we were doing in the morning. If there is an employee of the week award she should get it.

I am not keen on Beefeater restaurants.

The staff are fantastic and couldn't do enough for us! The beds were SO comfortable and I had a wonderful night sleep.

We stayed at this hotel as we had an early flight at Bournemouth International and this hotel fitted the bill, by being only a few miles away.

Beds are large and extremely comfortable with crisp fresh linen. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The reception, lobby and rooms are immaculate.

We were in a family room which would normally sleep three. There were only 3 x tea bags and 2 x coffee sticks provided along with UHT milk jiggers. As a "tea Jenny" I always take fresh milk to any hotel I stay in, but had to also buy a box of tea bags whilst there. I am sure if we had requested more this wouldn't have been a problem but there was nothing to say this was an option.

The receptionist, Louise, is to be highly commend for putting herself out and going over and above being helpful. We arrived and as one of us is disabled we needed a disabled parking space near to the front of the Premier Inn. However the two disabled spaces were occupied. Louise went out to ensure that both drivers who had parked in these spaces were showing disabled badges - they were. We managed to park a little closer when a car moved away and went for a drink sitting outside at the Smugglers Beefeter restaurant attached. We had been there for 5 minutes when Louise came over to us, apologised profusely for disturbing our drinks and said that a space had became available and she had put cones out either side to save the space for us as a "extra large" disabled space. Louise was also extremely helpful, cheerful and an asset to Premier Inn.

Close to the Ferry Port of Poole, friendly receptionist, clean comfortable rooms.

Signage too small so missed the premises first time round.

Perfect for our overnight stay between holiday destinations. Great friendly, welcoming staff and the proximity to the restaurant was excellent for us. Great all you can eat breakfast, kids eat free.

ALL staff were friendly and professional (including the Beefeater staff at breakfast). We were made very welcome but not overwhelmed.

It is very much a plus that the cooked breakfast was prepared fresh.

Check-in was extended due to failure of credit card machine. For some reason I was conducted to a room for invalids. The bed was low with a mattress much less comfortable than that displayed in your advertising. Very little water emanated from the shower. I found the continual requests for confirmation that "everything was OK" to be irritating.

Close to function we were attending, also staff really attentive to our needs.i was visiting from Canada i do not have a mobile phone so as it was a local call i was able to phone from desk in reception .Laura was very helpful printing of a map for us to find places the next day.
