We stayed over Christmas here and were made very welcome. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Thanks for making our Christmas break possible.
Everything was great. Thank you
Great location with excellent service
We had a lovely stay, great location very close to town centre, and getting back to motorway. Very clean and tidy rooms with tea/coffee facilities, good size rooms with ensuite and good size bathrooms.
We had been at wedding all day and it would have been nice to be able to order some food when we arrived late, however we were directed to a vending machine.
Room was very hot and road outside was busy so was noisy to have window open. When told staff room was hot they said there wasn't anything they could do!
Being charged for parking!
We always find Premier inns to be clean, modern and friendly, this one is no exception. Cost us less than £5 for a taxi to the BIC, the reason for our stay this time.
Parking is a bit limited so get in early
Convenience, cleanliness and staff assistance.
WiFi is restricted to 2 devices. While travelling with family, it would be helpful, if more devices are allowed for family members.
The excellent service given by the staff, the comfort and cleanliness.
The noisy family above us which was addressed immediately by the staff. (Would suggest all family rooms are ground floor).
Location very close to town, not too close that its noisy though
Breakfast was amazing and mark the F&B manager was super!
Breakfast was excellent
It was pay and display, and only 30 min free wifi after which there was a daily charge of £3.00 So the cost of the trip was higher than anticipated
Very convenient for seaside, leisure walk and local entertainment. Room comfortable and Spacious. Excellent choice of breakfast. Staff was courteous.
No reserved parking was available.
Good sized and clean rooms. Facilities good.
Wi-fi....... It's free in most hotels. Parking.... It's free in most hotels.
Smiling and welcoming staff eager to help. The room was nice and comfortable for an overnight stay. Plenty to eat at breakfast and my 15 year old ate for free which made 3 breakfasts good value for £15. The breakfasts were delicious too!
Longish walk to the room. One elevator out of use. Even though the outside temperature was cold the room was very hot and we didn't have the heating on. At breakfast one hot water machine was out of order. None of the guests were touching the scrambled eggs as they looked too milky and anaemic. Although I left my car at my relatives house I think a £5 charge for parking as a guest is a bit much and should be free.
Everything The room Attention Everything
Paid parking for hotel guests and there is not enough parking spaces
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was good for local transport. Very quiet
Having to pay for WiFi Car park which was open to the public & you had to pay for
As usual with Premier Inn you get what you expect...Their beds do live upto their promise, breakfast fine.
but in this case the good nights sleep was spoilt by the really stuffy dry atmosphere in the room..all up drinking water at 2 am!! and meant we needed to open the window...and as the kids bed was directly under the window we had to move her bed into the middle of the room...not so practicle..and also meant we were woken early by Monday morning traffic...
Could not find hotel for ages room too hot everything else brilliant staff could not be more helpful
Location not clear drove around for ages room too hot
Size and location of room 310. Coffee good at breakfast
Breakfast is beginning to show evidence of cost cutting. Decaf coffee not available in room.
friendly staff good facilities, close to centre
Lovely clean room in a convenient location just a short walk from the Town Centre. Breakfast was fab - anyone who complains about the breakfast must be very hard to please. The choice was fantastic and endless.
If I had to be really picky and find something to complain about then it would be the toilet paper was small sheets from a dispenser - like you'd expect to find in a public toilet. Would be much better if it was on a roll rather than sheets.
A good hotel, well run with a good breakfast.
