Good bed, Excellent breakfast, Very good Food all backed up with very good staff.

Staff are amazing,rooms are spacious and comfortable.breakfast is top quality and great value. We love it !

Hated other guests staying who were banging in the corridors at 3am in the morning, fighting, shouting and being vile!!

The room we had was a really good size

The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on, the bathroom was dirty and smelt of urine, the room was far too hot with a window that only opened a few cm. I'm just glad we only stayed the one night! Over all quite disappointed.

The Inn is well placed, the staff are very helpful, the accommodation is excellent and on the 1 evening we ate in the restaurant, the specials board was superb.

Parking is an issue and it would be nice to see some local beers on offer - not everyone drinks chilled lager!

Staff were very helpful - had blue badge and was given a code number which allowed us to park in delivery bay.

Parking can be a little difficult.

Quiet, more upmarket than most Hotels. Modern, very clean and a degree of sophistication. Excellent rooms with very comfortable amenities. Breakfast was superb and Staff observant, tolerant and sympathetic especially as we had young Children towards Clients needs.

The area, whilst it is situated in a very upmarket location with large sophisticated houses it is denegrated by the lack of parking facilties ( cars were allowed to park on the entrance making it difficult to for emergency services to negotiate entry to the forecourt. Improved parking for Clients supervision is required (this is all that would prevent me from staying there again)A high criminal area exists & drunks were apparent.

The fact I booked a family room with 4 beds but 1 was just a mattress on the floor. It should have had two twin beds.

Breakfast was very good and well organised

Family room extremely cramped. No bigger than a standard room with insufficient space even to walk between the two single beds. Insufficient parking, leave your space at your own risk if you are lucky enough to be able to park in the car park

The fact that I booked a double room to start with then changed it to a family room. But went to check in and we were given a double with no family rooms available. So me and my friend had to share the double bed.

staff not overly friendly on arrival - room was a quad room but not very spacious however it had been booked for only two adults but the single pull out bed and the sofa bed were fully made up on our arrival - very unnecessary and could not move in the room..!! Would have liked more storage space - drawers - no cups in the bathroom - no fruit / herbal tea or hot chocolate supplied

Very clean and comfortable with polite and attentive staff.

I am nit picking here, but the family room was a little on the snall side. With the spare bed unfolded and cot in the room there was not much space left around them.

Large rooms , nice and clean , well furnished and quite.

The staff were very friendly and accommodative. I traveled to Nottingham for three days and the hotel took care of my luggage for three days. Although there is no handy person to take your luggage to your room but it was sent all the same there is also good security.
