Score from 390 reviews Very good
The location of the hotel is nice - 5 minutes walk from the Bradford interchange station, appropriately 10 minutes to a supermarket nearby. I like the self-service check-in facility. BTW, I would like to thank a staff in the hotel (I am sorry that I don't know his name). He is so kind to help me change my room. The breakfast is good.
The only thing I am not that happy with may be the cleanliness - because of the cleanliness, I think the hotel is not that value for money.
Location Quick check in Quitness Good breakfast
Number and quality of towels No tissue box in the room Very small tv screen
The Premier Inn brand seems cleverly marketed - the aim is clearly to keep the price down while providing some of the comfort and quality of more expensive hotels. I have to say that they seem to be achieving this. Bar was well stocked and the breakfast excellent. Bed comfortable and tea/coffee making and TV provided. Really cannot fault at the price and would readily recommend this hotel
Obliging and friendly staff
No sky sports channels. No specific hotel car park.
Staff were really friendly Nice quiet hotel Good location
Bed a bit too hard for my liking No car parking No free wi-fi
Staff were very friendly and helpful . Bar very reasonable prices .
Having to ask the staff to move their own cars out of disabled bay so we could park. And being woken up at 6am with noise outside window from guests vehicles .
Food great, staff great, room great, not much more to say really! No car park on site but only 50 yard walk to multi-storey and only £4 for 24 hrs.
It was easy to find and the place was what it advertised
Having to pay for wifi, Wifi should be free if you have paid for a room it should be standard in this day and age. Need to evolve with the current data world we live in.
very friendly staff through out our stay I try to always book premier inn when travelling.
Cost Comfort Cleanliness Staff Breakfast Location
Wifi was poor, and had to pay for it.
The Staff, they were all very helpful and had great empathy to us as we had travelled to attend a family funeral
didn't like being met by yet another machine, a friendly face is much more inviting after a stressful journey
The young lady Jeanetta was very helpful
The location of the room the helpful staff and the clean room
Good service and good rate
Cant fault anything
I have nothing negative to say about the Premier Inn at Bradford Central,I was only sorry I had just one night stay.Everything was brilliant, from staff, food, cleanliness and the rooms were really well thought out,top marks to Premier Inn,I"ll be back next time I'm in Bradford.
Natasha was just fantastic and personal on checking in. She remembered I'd stayed before and arranged a better room. She also used my name when I popped down for dinner which was nice.
Rooms were clean. Good price.
Should be free wifi through your stay. Phones in rooms are also missing - both dangerous and inconvenient.
Helpful staff, good room, nice bath with instant hot water.
Couldn't book extras such as drinks from the bar to the room bill.
The Staff were warm and friendly and even when we were late for breakfast buffet, they were able to make breakfast for us.
the smell of sewage
I have always used Premier Inn, Its standard is the same right a cross the board. Would surely recommend it and will also continue to use it.
A nice room for a stay with children. Friendly, helpful staff. Location.
No included parking space. although there is a separate multi-storey near by.
No fuss, no bother, everything you need for a good rest before work the next day.
Room was lovely and spacious, nice decor, and furnishings. Bathroom was very clean with modern fixtures and good shower.
Night staff member was very helpful, however day staff were in attentive, very poor service, not even willing to provide a slice of toast for my 10 year old daughter as it was past breakfast time even though we had arrived very late. In fact no hot food was available. There is a Costa coffee area however the drinks we had were sub standard. Very disappointed.
First time we have stayed in a Premier Inn. Great value for money, quad room very spacious and extremely clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful even during the busy breakfast period. Lovely breakfast, which was free for the kids with enough choice to meet everyone'e needs.
Good location. Courteous and friendly staff.
A) Wifi is charged exhorbitantly though there is 30 mins free option. B) Being vegetarian, continental meals for breakfast is not good. C) The room does not have mini-fridge/microwave, hence i have to be dependant on other restaurants for vegetarian options.
