room and staff at the premier inn were great and helpful.
just a bit expensive. the only down side was the dales way next door one member of staff on the first evening needed more customer service training.
Staff friendliness and helpfulness in assistance with local directions. Breakfast was a great start to the day. All in all couldn't fault our stay,.
Very handy Got all that i needed from a weekend away
Receptionist was extremely pleasant and very quickly sorted out a problem with my booking. Food in the restaurant was very good and the staff were very friendly
Very welcoming staff. Very Clean room, comfortable bed, bath ( not just a shower) . Quiet - very good sound insulation. Ample car park. Close proximity to venue we were visiting. Excellent breakfast. Good value
Long trek to our room from reception and down stairs. No biscuits with tea making facilities! Free wifi in room - thought I had logged off (turned wifi off on iPad) after less than 5 minutes use but later found I "had used all my free minutes" and premium rate number to call to sort it out.
The friendly/welcoming/efficient/ nothing is too much for us STAFF in ensuring a very happy and pleasant stay. The facilities were excellent, clean and most comfortable. Well situated for Bus/Train travel. All-in-all I would, and will, recommend this Premier Inn to anyone looking for accommodation in this area of Yorkshire.
The fact that Premier Inn is BEHIND THE TIMES in not offering Free Wi-Fi 24/7!!
View to car park
Very helpful restaurant and reception staff.
Room is priced high. The shower pressure was very poor.
We were made to feel welcome and at home by staff who were only too happy to assist in any way
In the words of Paul Daniels! "Not a Lot"
good breakfeast clean room thanks
reception did not have my details gave them a booking number and still found it hard to find our booking inlaws had stopped the night before and told them and told them we where coming after ten minutes they had found us
Very helpful staff and clean rooms
This is the second time I had stayed in a Premier Inn and I have found the beds hard and cramped on both occasions The beds do not live up to the adverts and certainly we did not have a good nights sleep as per guarantee
Most of the service and room facilities were good.
Despite the Lenny Henry promises of a comfortable night's sleep , we found the bed to be very uncomfortable. When we complained we were told the bed was a Hypnos - but not one of the new comfortable ones .... . The money back guarantee was grudgingly offered . We declined.
Helpful efficient and personable staff throughout the stay. Lunchtime staff on the desk willingly sorted our room out so that we could book in early.
Nothing at all to dislike
Friendly and helpful staff-nothing too much trouble. Very clean Asked for a quiet room and got it!
The hotel is attached to a Brewers Fayre, which offers 2 for 1 meals, so it was very busy early evening. The quality of the food is average, although the breakfast was good.
Clean room and comfortable
High bath sides and shower head not adjustable
Room was a good size and was clean. Excellent breakfast.
Pillows too firm
Excellent room, super service.
very welcoming and pleasant staff from the moment we arrived. Room was spacious enough and exceptionally clean. Would definitely go back and stay again. Thank you. Value for money.
Nothing to dislike.
The attention of the desk staff despite confusion caused be the mix-up of the booking system which , despite being book as far in advance as Feb, it implied that it had been booked only 3 days before arrival. The breakfast facilities were excellent.
The mix-up of the booking system! Taking advantage of the confirmation notice just before the reserved date to book for breakfast, the system apparently cancelled the original booking then rebooked it. This could have resulted in the rooms not having been reserved!
The staff on the front desk (mainly sinead) were very helpful. Sinead went above and beyond customer services and was very accommodating.
Getting woke up by other guests children knocking on our door during the night.
Everything, comfortable rooms, great location for East Riddlesden Hall, excellent breakfast in the morning. No complaints at all Stayed 9 8 14 6
Room recently refurbished and very clean
Lobby area a little tired and dated
Staff very friendly
Pity I couldn't get a cheaper rate
Location and fair price. Reception staff where really helpful and everything was just right for us.
Staff obliging and helpfull, food was good for the price we paid. Rooms adequate for our needs.
Very poor shower, more of a trickle than shower. Internet information ref miles to ilkley just over four miles taxi we had was ten miles. No doubt your information was as the crow flies!
