Everything from the friendly staff,to the resturant only 2mins walk .
Nothing to dislike.
Breakfast - straightforward porridge, juice and coffee is available. Staff - bright, cheerful, and accommodating.
Very limited choice for vegetarians on the evening menu. No table service - you have to queue for a table even if booked, then you have to leave the table, remembering your table number, and queue at the bar to place an order.
The adaptations in the room were good
The bed was a double when all the adverts state all our beds are king size, such a shame as it spoiled the stay.
Location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, good choice and selection.
Asked for extra soft pillows
The bed not as comfy as TV add shows, very lumpy & noisy springs.
Convenient and comfortable.
The room and facilities were very good clean and tidy.
The heat in the room was to much and almost impossible to reduce. It was also unfortunate that someone managed to activate the Fire Alarm I believe by cooking Toast in there room pre 08:00
The hotel is just off the M62, Junction 26. We used it for our visit to Cleckheaton for the annual folk festival. The staff were friendly and helpful
The hotel is on a large roundabout, which can be a bit confusing. However, we found that on leaving the hotel to go into Cleckheaton it was possible to turn left and avoid the roundabout and go in to Cleckheaton by another, simpler route.
i was given a late check-out which was absolutely brilliant on the sunday - clean room, everything worked, room was quite hot though as no Air condition and windows did not open too wide but weather was boiling! - but i had a great stay - free parking, internet £3 a day but worked well, large TV, lovely bathroom with really powerful water pressure - the perfect place to stay - and a lovely receptionist lady always smiling and always happy to help - thanks for a great stay again - 10 out of 10
Air Condition really would be a big help - some room service for food would be nice too
The whole Premier Inn experience from the minute we walked through the door until the time we left just great.
Receptionists are excellent. We were two women and the room was a double bed. She went out of her way to find extra bed and set up this in a very short time. More than helpful in arranging taxi etc. great customer service
The Table Table pub was very poor service and indifferent food. Did not enjoy. Also the Tour de France doubled the prices. As a regular Premier Inn user I was unimpressed
Very good facilities Very clean
Being woken at 2.30 am by by noisy girls in the corridor although I understand that this out of the Hotel's control
The breakfast was excellent
Had to provide extra id eg passport? To be able to pay cash for room
Friendly staff, clean room, lovely bed, freshly decorated bathroom.
Love staying at Premier always nice rooms.
A fantastic relaxing stay. Food excellent, rooms beautiful and comfy. Staff very efficient and friendly too. Nothing could have been bettered x
Helpfulness of the reception and housekeeping staff.
We would have preferred single beds instead of a double.
Only stayed for 1night but comfortable and handy for function we were attending
Convenience Near venue and M62
-Comfort (bed) -Flat screen TV -Sky connection -New en-suite -Shower
-Tight parking spaces -Costly internet connection
Location. Clean. Comfortable.
Check in - embarrassing. I wished to pay cash and was told I could only do so on production of driving licence or passport - neither of which I had. I did have a national travel card complete with photograph which was finally reluctantly accepted. Reason given for proof of i.d. I may be booking in & then trashing the room! I am 62 & well past my hotel trashing days. "It's our national policy" - No it isn't - I stayed at Scarborough in January for 4 days, paid cash & had no problem. No supervisor available to speak to & the whole thing witnessed by other guests - not a very auspicious start. I was left feeling embarrassed & unwelcome. Room excellent - clean & comfortable. Staff at other times very friendly. Cooked breakfast luke warm & unappetising. Final night woken several times by other guests & finally gave up at 5.00am - got up & left with no breakfast. Didn't mention to receptionist on departure - he didn't inspire confidence. Not the best Premier Inn I've stayed in.
location, cleanliness and helpful and friendly staff. Had a great comfortable stay and would stay again.
Excellent value. Great bed and very clean. Breakfast was outstanding
