Restaurant away from accommodation

Late check in. Great buffet breakfast and friendliness of staff at breakfast. No noise at all lovely peaceful place to stay and relax after a very long journey from down South.

Evening male receptionist asked my wife's name and when she told him her surname he said oh Mr & Mrs. Then pulled a face and looked surprised. Think he thought we were not married and on a secret stay over. Made us feel uncomfortable.

Easy access to motorway Breakfast was very good, plentiful food & hot options cooked to order

Water pressure on 1st floor not so good so shower not very powerful- it's better on the ground floor

The comfortable beds, friendly staff, great variety of fresh breakfast foods . Very clean rooms.

Lack if teas and coffee in the room, nothing to get to eat apart from vending machine late in the evening . Other guests smoking outside my room window.

Excellent location and value for money

Very comfortable rooms, very pleasant and friendly staff. Very convenient to have restaurant facilities next door who provided a superb breakfast. Highly recommended. Also it was so good to be able to regulate your room temperature as so many hotel rooms are far too hot.

Very comfortable and clean rooms, the ease of booking and and out and the locality.

Strange smell in the corridor in the morning. Although I think this may have been something toi do with the bowel movements of other guests!!

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite. Lovely comfortable bed I just wish I could have taken it home. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and cheerful and the room was bright, tidy and spotless. Both the evening meals and breakfast were scrumptious and my 9 year old son said that he thought you should be called at least a four or five star hotel! I would happily recommend you and certainly say that you more than live up to the image that Lenny Henry portrays in your advert!

We liked everything about the hotel and its staff!

Staff were very helpful and friendly and offered additional tea/coffee etc for the room. The room was nicely furnished, basic but spotless and very comfortable nights sleep - wanted to bring the pillows home. The bathroom was spotless and everything worked and was nice to have the addition of shower gel dispenser. Would highly recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Had everything we needed and was very clean.

It was exactly where we needed to be, perfect access from the motorway and to where we needed to be the following day. Room was fresh and Clean and the Staff were very friendly. The local pub did good food and real ale, and an excellent breakfast.

Although the double and 1 single bed were fine the 4th bed was very cramped and incredibly hard with a crunchy plastic sheet on. We ended up removing the duvet from the cover and lying it over the mattress for my daughter to sleep on top of.

We received a warm welcome, the staff were generally very friendly and our room was very comfortable. We had an excellent breakfast although we had a long wait before receiving our hot food. We have stayed at Premier Inns several times before and certainly plan to do so again.

As mentioned---the long wait for our hot food at breakfast---having been reassured it was on it's way. This did not spoil our visit, however.

I found the rooms very clean and the beds really comfortable. The food was good and the service people friendly and helpful.

As an out of Country visitor, there was no telephone in the room,and no public telephone on the premises.

A very clean recently refurbished room. Large bed with comfy bedding. Good quality breakfast at adjoining restaurant

No razor point in the bathroom. Shower head too near to the wall and unadjustable.

The inn was located close to the motorway, and throughout our stay the staff where very friendly.

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The food was good and easy of access off Motorways systems. Premier Inns offer value for money on a budget, which out reducing comfort or facilities.

I was very pleasantly surprised. The facilities were modern and very clean. It could not have been more convenient to the motorway. The breakfast was cooked to order and the price was excellent. I would most definitely use it again when visiting the area.

It is not the place for a scenic getaway.

Bathroom sink tap was broken and kept jamming - we asked for it to be fixed several times but staff unblocked it then blocked it again the next time they cleaned the room
