Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and all done with a smile. Very rare in todays world.

    Nothing I can think off.

I liked the ability to get coffee and/or tea whenever I wanted it. In fact on Friday night I came back late and was able to take a hot drink with me to my room so that I wouldn't have to boil a kettle and disturb my wife. In the morning it was possible to get an excellent cup of latte coffee, this was necessary as the water in the room made a very foul tasting drink.

The fact that there was no Earl Grey tea available at the help yourself to drinks facility. It's very nice to start the morning with a cup of Earl Grey and then follow this with several cups of coffee.

very Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed.

Broken window lock, couldn't open, very hot in the room. No facilities, wifi not working for first day, way too expensive for the services provided.

    Near to freeport outlet

The rooms were far far smaller than I have been used to when staying at a Premier inn.The room was very cramped. There was only a shower and no bath. There was no wardrobe and not enough room to really be able to unpack. Poor value.

This was pretty much what one has come to expect from a Permier Inn. Comrofatble, clean and no nonesense rooms. However our room did have a very large flat screen TV on the wall - great quality. The associated pub was excellent; built into an old 18th Cent farmhouse. The food and service was excellent and very good respectively.

Just one thing. The volumen on the TV seemed to be limited to 15 on the scale, which was actually not quite loud enough to listen to without concentrating. I should add that I'm 55, but so far as I know my hearing is fine. Also to be fair I did not ask the hotel staff about this, it might be that they could have remedied this.

The staff were so helpful and polite, I was travelling alone with my little one and they were so great to help and get things for us. Made our stay stress free and enjoyable. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfy.

Quite pricey, nearly £100 for a nights stay, it did include a yummy breakfast though.

High comfy bed. Option of pillows. Staff very welcoming.

Mirror on the back of the door. It was right infront of the bed. Did not want to see myself in bed thank you! Smoking area right outside main doors. It was horrible walking through peoples smoke to leave or enter. Writing down my ethnicity when signing in...what's that got to do with anything???

The staff went out of their way to help ensure that our stay was pleasurable. They were excellent. We have not used a Permier Inn before this and will now give them a go.

Room Cleanliness Internet access was very good Cheerful, welcoming staff.

Drainage in the room was very slow. Washing towel was only changed once on the third day of my stay. No explanation was given for the difference between Continental and Premier Breakfast. I ended up changing for Premier breakfast after realising that the difference was minimal for the value.

It was close to Fowlers farm which served excellent food.

The rooms are much smaller than other premier inns and there was only a shower I dislike. I would not stay there again.

The directions supplied by booking company were completely misleading. The room above our ground floor room was occupied by a child who spent a great deal of the night running around so consequently we had very little sleep after a long very tiring day - unfortunately we then had a very long drive home !

The staff were professional, friendly, helpful and, most important, they smiled when providing service.

The noise from other very inconsiderate guests in the rooms directly above us for one of the tree nights we were resident.

Easy access by car. Helpful, cheerful staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean well-equipped room. Would recommend to friends and would gladly stay there again.

Family room was slightly on the small side. OK if your small child is neat or you don't have much luggage.
