Convenience ! - located near our relatives that we were visiting; close to shopping on High Street, and really important to us - within a stone's throw of the railway station which we used to come from London and return by same. Our evening dinner was excellent, and the breakfast fare was superior to what we have experienced at more expensive hotels. Even when the power grid went down, they still put on a full breakfast menu! Staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially Linda at the Front Desk.
The rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel was close to all facilities , extremely close to train station excellant value for money stay.
No room service
Great room, everything you could need.well located for our needs
Nothing to report
The Hotel and the rooms were excellent, as were the staff and the meals. Excellent facility's at a budget price, would definitely use this hotel again and highly recommend it to friends.
What's not to like.
Very comfortable stay close to the high street for shopping and looking round the TOWIE shops. Excellent meals in the bar/restaurant and great value for money. Breakfast was greT with loads of choice. Very close to the train station.
Nothing, enjoyed everything about the hotel.
Our room had no air con..and we awoke alot in the night as coz hardly breath..we were sweating in the mrn and just got up dressed and left. As we couldnt sleep in nite we had tv on and security knocked tellin us was up too high and to turn it down and yet there were people running up n down corridors screaming n laughing until the early hours. No consistency on rules.
the staff were just wonderful and emily that works in the restaurant is so good at her job with making sure you have everything you need and so good with people this was our second visit and we could not fault it its a great place to stay we will be going back
the pillows could be a bit more comfortable
The staff were so lovely and approachable, we will stay again next year if daughter has gymfusion again next year.
I didn't like the other inconsiderate guests banging on each other's doors till stupid o'clock, as I was already exhausted before we got there !! Was really looking forward to a great nights sleep. Next time ask for a quiet room .
Great location, good room sizes and helpful staff.. Breakfast good too!
Friendly, helpful staff. The cleaner was so courteous she even turned the hoover off whilst we were waiting for the lift! Comfy bed. Good breakfast with lots of choice.
Was gutted when I found out that a friend had got their room for £35 a night, I paid £75!
From the minute we walked in all the staff were fantastically attentive and friendly. The 'Happy Hour' was unsurprisingly popular which gave the bar a good atmosphere and the staff in the bar area were as good. The room was as I requested in a high and quiet location. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were very happy with our Premier Inn experience and would recommend it and stay here again.
The next morning we wanted a small simple breakfast but all that was on offer at the hotel was eat as much as you like for £8.75, we didn't want that. We had to go to a cafe across the road for a continental breakfast at £7.50 for two which we didn't want to do. The hotel should offer an alternative to a full cooked breakfast to guests.
Staff were really helpful on planning our commute into London, and printed directions for us. Breakfast was superb, couldn't fault anything. Very clean and quiet, even though we were facing a busy main road. would definitely stay here again.
couldn't really fault anything, maybe a little too far outside London, as booked this hotel instead of Brentford by mistake, but the 1 hour commute didn't bother us.
Food and free parking
No cot in room on arrival despite request
We had a great nights sleep, and couldn't hear a thing from outside through the soundproofed windows. Great facilities and cleanliness of the room.
Key cards were a bit tempromental on the door to the stairs
Beds amazing, spotlessly clean, staff fantastic, food great.
Everything - we were really looked after
The bed was really comfortable, asked to be on a high floor away from the lifts, fire doors, they did this and have an excellent nights sleep - their quiet policy works
I haven't stayed at a Premier Inn for a long time - I thought that you could ask for something if you needed it - I wanted a shower cap - asked for it - told to visit the local shop - I would have thought having a few shower caps in stock wouldn't cost!
I like the position of this hotel for what we need it for, this year I booked way in advance but found it to be expensive,my room was very hot but when I opened the window the noise from the trains disturbed me perhaps a room on the front might be better
This is the 3rd year that we have not been happy with the service in the restaurant or the quality of food, service was slightly quicker this year but our steaks were like old shoe leather,I ordered onion rings with our meals and they came fifteen minutes after we had finished,it's not rocket science other premiers don't have these problems so why Brentwood does I don't know
A great hotel for those wanting to do a TOWIE tour or whom need tp be the high street/ centre of Brentwood, as it's less than 10 minutes away- though it's a steep walk back to town for those less able. The hotel is in a good state of repair, rooms are comfortable and modern and the breakfast was excellent! All in all a great stay for a good price.
No room service for breakfast, the door men on the evening were a tad strict.
The warm welcome at reception after our 4 hour journey. The fact we were early for check in but we were still found a vacant room. Comfortable bed.
Room a little tired
The staff were exceptionally attentive, especially the young receptionist by the name of Penny, she should be on your T V. adverts , nothing was too much trouble.
Liquid soap containers, they seldom work properly anywhere, and the smell doesn't help.
Bed , pillows, clean kettle. Really good staff
Stains on carpet in room
Price, haphazard check in, greasy breakfast
Quality of beds, silence, staff, restaurant
