No bar to sit and relax
The staff were very attentive. The room extremely comfortable. Excellent location close to shops, restaurants and town centre.
Nothing not to like.
staff were friendly ,was nice and clean , and the breakfast was very nice.
wish wifi was free, worked ok
Great location good comfy bed
Long wait to check in unfriendly staff - even told a young couple in front of us that they should be married! Shower not working properly went from normal to boiling hot. Tried to inform staff but still long wait at check in Price - we paid about £94 young couple in front paid cash and only paid £87 !!!!!
Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Accessibility to motorway and Outlet Centre
WiFi - It only permitted the attachment of 2 devices, and if one of those devices was not connected it would not permit an alternate device.
Friendly staff Central position Good for visiting my family Lovely Welsh voices.
Other than the price hike the hotel has been good on a number of occasions for our family. However this has put us off. We should not have to avoid rugby!
Having booked the week before the price of £111 for sat was disgusting. We were visiting a very elderly relative not going to the rugby. Why should we be penalised? No warning on price rises!
location, value for money
The staff were really nice and helpful. brought us extra pillows late at night. Beds and room comfy
Room a bit on the small side but ok. There were 3 of us and the child's bed was made up ready when we arrived. Other similar stopovers left us to do this ourselves
Wanted to pay cash..could not as I did not have any ID on me?? seems ridiculous for £94!! Be warned card or ID
Staff were super helpful and friendly... That just made the stay superb. Location by the M4 and by the Outlet Village was handy for my needs. My room rate was a little high, but not particulalry expensive. Hotel was was clean, functional and basically what you would expect from a Premier Inn. My preference over the competitor budget hotel chain..
Size of room was ideal for single person with room to work a laptop in comfort Breakfast good value for money
couldn't get heating to work (as I was only there one night just left it)
Courtesy of the staff. Location. Large, family room.
Good sized room Comfortable bed Good choice of breakfast Quiet room
Welcoming reception, overall it was ok for a onw night stay. The location is great if you're travelling.
Our room was a bit noisy. I wasn't sure if it was the traffic or something else, but there was a constant buzz which was annoying. But I was really tired so it doesn't affect my sleep that much.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed! Very quiet location. Easy, convenient, free parking. Close to shopping mall.
Nice spacious room with very comfortable beds. In a convenient place for shopping and eating out.
Not really a problem with Premier Inn but roadsigns directing you in off M4 very confusing.
Staff and value for money
The staff are very helpful
Stupid bits of toilet paper had to go out and buy a decent toilet roll.
No bath, no Sky TV. For the price I would expect these facilities. I have stayed at hotels with these facilities for just a little extra price wise!!!
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. Bed was very comfortable...might even consider buying the same! Ensuite small but adequate. Breakfast good value.
Room was quite small considering it was disabled accessible.
The staff were very helpful on arrival , as well as the morning we left . The breakfast was very enjoyable and cooked perfecly , would look forward too staying there again .
The clumsy drunkard in the room below us slamming & banging doors well after mid night . Being booked by the website into an invalid room!!! Which does not allow the hotel staff to change until the day of use , also could show that no invalid room available too some one who genuinly needs an invalid room .
The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in for ages. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Having to pay for wi-fi; though £3 for 24 hours isn't bad, surely it should be provided free in this day and age?
Great location, staff couldn't be more helpful.
