Facilities for someone with disability
Nothing I can remember
The room was so comfy The breakfast was fresh and delicious location was stop on and next to a shopping centre which was extremely helpful
Average Hotel, good location due to having a nice designers outlet next to it.
- The toilet was stinking - The room was at the lower ground, and due to this there was no mobile data reception on my both phones. - The internet was not free (at this daya and age!!!)
the comfort of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff
Parking was a bit tight. my wife is disables and we had problems one evening finding a disabled bay as someone had parked across 2 bays having to pay for broadband. this should be free, not just for half an hour
A large car park. A quiet clean room with all facilities. Breakfast in a nice lounge - as much as you wanted !
Directions from the Motorway were not clear. More signs needed ?
Lack of dedicated car parkin A bath would also be of use with a young family
Nothing all very ordinary
Quality of room, cleanliness, breakfast and professionalism of staff very good.
Parking an issue as car park shared with restaurant which was very busy. I was not able to park at the hotel or the restaurant.
Come to this hotel every year, would not go anywhere else. The staff are fantastic, breakfast was good value for money, the rooms/bathroom are clean and tidy, the beds are really comfy! Love this hotel as its in an ideal location for the family - The staff make it extra special, always friendly, helpful and professional - see you next year!
we had a lovely welcome from the lady on the desk, she was professional, friendly and went out of her way to help. she could see we were struggling for change for the vending machine...she didnt have enough change in her cash box so she took her own money, bought something in order to get change to swap with us. we went out for a meal and got back at gone 10.30pm...she was on the desk at 7.30am still as bright and cheerful as the night before. the nicest receptionist we've come across! hope she gets to read this!
Staff and bed
No shaving electrical charging point in bathroom
All that I rated highly
Premieres are always miles from the local town where they are situated so you have to use the expensive local pub and bistro
The whole experience was excellent. The staff the food the rooms were very very good
The hotel could do with a sign as you enter the Sainsbury's complex stating that the hotel has an entrance off the car park. Confusing to start with but did get used to coming and going
The breakfast served at this Premier Inn was excellent, the staff were so helpful and pleasant.
Rooms could do with air conditioning. More parking needed for guests, as car park is used for the Harvester restaurant.
Clean and tidy room, efficient helpfully and pleasant staff, good breakfast.
Price a bit high for 2 nights
breakfast not hot enough
Friendly staff, nice rooms and excellent breakfast
There was an unpleasant sewerage smell outside room 212
Everything in this hotel was spotless absolutely faultless hotel recommended to everyone
friendly staff easy to get to
bad parking as shared with busy pub
good staff and nice rooms
suasages not cooked properly at breakfast
Participating in Dragon Ride on Sunday morning. Keeping bikes in room and having very early breakfast was no problem. Beds comfortable. Shower good. That's all we need really. Thanks!
Helpful and friendly staff.
Scaffolding outside our window. I understand it though as you were redecorating the outside walls I think.
For what we paid, we got everything we could need. Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful. Not much to criticise.
Having to pay for wifi.
The position was ideal for what we wanted...will stay here again
Felt the price of the cooked breakfast was a bit extreme...would have had the breakfast had it of been more reasonable so instead we ate elsewhere...and this is my preference but I would have loved a bath...shower was great don't get me wrong but after a long drive a bath would have been much better
When there was a mix up with the pre booked family room the staff moved immediately to resolve the situation.
Some unruly guests!
