Score from 74 reviews Very good
location is good about 2 miles from Bridgend
Service and table waiting at very busy Harvester
the whole thing
There was no one on reception when I left to complain to and the fact myvstay was not a good one
Location close to shopping centre and only short drive to town. Helpful staff.
Location and staff
Very comfortable bed and good sized room. Very friendly staff from check-in to the excellent staff at breakfast. Good location with the designer village on the doorstep offering different places to eat shops, and a cinema.
No extractor fan in bathroom and despite the quietness of the room, there was a constant clicking sound which we think came from the heating. But these are just minor irritations. Very expensive when we stayed because the International Rugby game in Cardiff but that was the same for every other hotel within a 50 mile radius!
Price, location, bed, staff, free (limited) wifi
Minor but need to advise that a hair dryer is available at reception. Breakfast slightly pricey compared with Harvester next door
I have regularly stayed at the premiere inn for the last couple of years, a hotel discount would be nice as sometimes I am not able to book weeks in advance .
Comfortable bed. Clean.
Couldn't find the shaver socket in bathroom. Small TV. Constant therostat clicking during the night. Average hotel but not average price.
the bed was amazing plenty of hot water and very clean breakfast was all you could eat and drink
clean room, gentleman on reception duty very helpful on arrival, provided us with heater when heating on temp guage in our room read 23 but was closer to minus in actual terms
freezing ,heating not working, told to check in at reception for breakfast by grumpy waitress(we had checked in on arrival day before} who could clearly see there was no receptionist at desk, we decided to leave and went to sains burys just across carpark brilliant breakfast at half premier inn price, when we were leaving female receptionist did not say hello or goodbye or make eye contact we regularly do business in this area we decided to give this accomadation a try first and last time
The sleep as always was amazing
As there was little room at the hotel I was given a disabled room. I'm 6ft 1 and had to crouch to use the room
Location for the shopping village was excellent. Sainsburys was just across the road and plenty to do in the evening too. The staff were super helpful and very friendly. The room was superb. I've stayed in a few Premier Inns before but this really had to be my favourite.
The name Bridgend Central maybe a little misleading as it's nowhere near Bridgend town centre.
Very close to fast food facilities, and close to a Harvester Restaurant. Other outlets a short walk away.
Entrance and exit from the complex slightly confusing. It fooled Tom Tom anyway.
When I went on the Premier site I was informed there was no room . I wanted 3 rooms for the night of 26th December. There were many rooms available when we got there. I had eventually booked with Booking.com.
The lovely welsh voices
No bar to sit and relax
The staff were very attentive. The room extremely comfortable. Excellent location close to shops, restaurants and town centre.
Nothing not to like.
staff were friendly ,was nice and clean , and the breakfast was very nice.
wish wifi was free, worked ok
Great location good comfy bed
Long wait to check in unfriendly staff - even told a young couple in front of us that they should be married! Shower not working properly went from normal to boiling hot. Tried to inform staff but still long wait at check in Price - we paid about £94 young couple in front paid cash and only paid £87 !!!!!
Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Accessibility to motorway and Outlet Centre
WiFi - It only permitted the attachment of 2 devices, and if one of those devices was not connected it would not permit an alternate device.
Friendly staff Central position Good for visiting my family Lovely Welsh voices.
Other than the price hike the hotel has been good on a number of occasions for our family. However this has put us off. We should not have to avoid rugby!
Having booked the week before the price of £111 for sat was disgusting. We were visiting a very elderly relative not going to the rugby. Why should we be penalised? No warning on price rises!
location, value for money
The staff were really nice and helpful. brought us extra pillows late at night. Beds and room comfy
Room a bit on the small side but ok. There were 3 of us and the child's bed was made up ready when we arrived. Other similar stopovers left us to do this ourselves
