Being greeted by name, we've stayed only a few times. Long breakfast duration, no rushing. Being given a refund without being asked due to the very noisy guest close by. Very noisy guests banging doors and riding the lift at 2-4.30 in the morning.

Cleanliness, staff who were very sympathetic about the cold room and kindly refunded my night's stay. Thank you. The cold - no central heating in rooms just a tiny heater which wouldn't stay on because there was a problem with the thermostat and I had to go to bed with 2 pairs of socks and a scarf. No tel in room so inconvenient to contact reception. Wasn't asked at Rec if I wanted to pay for a day's wifi so had to come back down from the furthest room to ask for it. Problem finding a car park space near the hotel (it was raining and very windy when I was there) as they were taken by Beefeater customers which is adjacent. Booking at the other Bridgend Premier as I had no idea there were 2 so close together. Also exact directions would be helpful as negotiating the various exits off the complicated roundabout was impossible as there are no signs to the hotel and after ending up in the shopping outlet I tried the Sainsbury exit where it says Sainsbury Petrol!! Very difficult in the rain and dark. It seems a little unfair, as a single guest, to have to pay the same as a family. I left my room spotless so only the linen needed changing whereas a family are more likely to necessitate extra cleaning and, of course, far more linen to be laundered.

Staff were very friendly especially the breakfast staff. car parking is really bad. The harvester users take up all the car parking spaces.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. I was staying overnight for my aunt's funeral early on Friday morning. I had stayed a couple of times before with my late husband when visiting my aunt and we always found it ideal as my aunt lived in Ogmore Vale. Nothing

Right next door to the outlet village so fantastic for shopping, and a nearby cinema and restaurants so would be good for travelling families too. Excellent value for money, and the staff were really friendly. I will definitely be staying there again.

Well run, rooms were cold and breakfast was excellent The attached Harvester(as recommended by the hotel staff, who knew it was poor but had been instructed to send guests there) was awful! The food was poor and the restuarant was poorly run and I would rather starve than go back there. I will therefore not be staying at the Premier Inn Bridgend Central again

A pleasant stay. The staff were excellent and the hotel provided exactly waht we were looking for, a comfortable bed and an excellent location for visiting the family. Very good breakfast. Wide range of choice and as much as you can eat. Would definitely stay there again.

When we arrived we were informed the hot water was off but was being repaired at that time and was expected to be back on soon. We were offered an alternative hotel at Pencoed but we chose Bridgend Central because we were going to a family party in my sister's who lives a mile away from this hotel so Pencoed was not an option. Unfortunately the water did not come back on until the following morning. Therefore we had to shower and wash our hair in cold water which as you can imagine was awful. It did spoil our stay but we realise it was one of those things that could happen any time.

All the things we scored and we highlighted above. Especially the excellent reception staff who helped us. Everything except the evening meal served by the Harvester next door - we have travelled the world over and one of the meals served was the worst meal I(Mr) have ever had. Sorry but true.

the breakfast was very good. the staff at the breakfast was very friendly. i liked the colour in the premier inn, purple is my favourite-colour. the hotel -design was very nice. the location isn´t very good for hiker like us. we went the walisian coastal-path by foot. we went from the central bus-station in bridgend and it was a very long and hard way.
