clean room, gentleman on reception duty very helpful on arrival, provided us with heater when heating on temp guage in our room read 23 but was closer to minus in actual terms
freezing ,heating not working, told to check in at reception for breakfast by grumpy waitress(we had checked in on arrival day before} who could clearly see there was no receptionist at desk, we decided to leave and went to sains burys just across carpark brilliant breakfast at half premier inn price, when we were leaving female receptionist did not say hello or goodbye or make eye contact we regularly do business in this area we decided to give this accomadation a try first and last time
The sleep as always was amazing
As there was little room at the hotel I was given a disabled room. I'm 6ft 1 and had to crouch to use the room
Location for the shopping village was excellent. Sainsburys was just across the road and plenty to do in the evening too. The staff were super helpful and very friendly. The room was superb. I've stayed in a few Premier Inns before but this really had to be my favourite.
The name Bridgend Central maybe a little misleading as it's nowhere near Bridgend town centre.
Very close to fast food facilities, and close to a Harvester Restaurant. Other outlets a short walk away.
Entrance and exit from the complex slightly confusing. It fooled Tom Tom anyway.
When I went on the Premier site I was informed there was no room . I wanted 3 rooms for the night of 26th December. There were many rooms available when we got there. I had eventually booked with Booking.com.
The lovely welsh voices
No bar to sit and relax
The staff were very attentive. The room extremely comfortable. Excellent location close to shops, restaurants and town centre.
Nothing not to like.
staff were friendly ,was nice and clean , and the breakfast was very nice.
wish wifi was free, worked ok
Great location good comfy bed
Long wait to check in unfriendly staff - even told a young couple in front of us that they should be married! Shower not working properly went from normal to boiling hot. Tried to inform staff but still long wait at check in Price - we paid about £94 young couple in front paid cash and only paid £87 !!!!!
Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Accessibility to motorway and Outlet Centre
WiFi - It only permitted the attachment of 2 devices, and if one of those devices was not connected it would not permit an alternate device.
Friendly staff Central position Good for visiting my family Lovely Welsh voices.
Other than the price hike the hotel has been good on a number of occasions for our family. However this has put us off. We should not have to avoid rugby!
Having booked the week before the price of £111 for sat was disgusting. We were visiting a very elderly relative not going to the rugby. Why should we be penalised? No warning on price rises!
location, value for money
The staff were really nice and helpful. brought us extra pillows late at night. Beds and room comfy
Room a bit on the small side but ok. There were 3 of us and the child's bed was made up ready when we arrived. Other similar stopovers left us to do this ourselves
Wanted to pay cash..could not as I did not have any ID on me?? seems ridiculous for £94!! Be warned card or ID
Staff were super helpful and friendly... That just made the stay superb. Location by the M4 and by the Outlet Village was handy for my needs. My room rate was a little high, but not particulalry expensive. Hotel was was clean, functional and basically what you would expect from a Premier Inn. My preference over the competitor budget hotel chain..
Size of room was ideal for single person with room to work a laptop in comfort Breakfast good value for money
couldn't get heating to work (as I was only there one night just left it)
Courtesy of the staff. Location. Large, family room.
Good sized room Comfortable bed Good choice of breakfast Quiet room
Welcoming reception, overall it was ok for a onw night stay. The location is great if you're travelling.
Our room was a bit noisy. I wasn't sure if it was the traffic or something else, but there was a constant buzz which was annoying. But I was really tired so it doesn't affect my sleep that much.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed! Very quiet location. Easy, convenient, free parking. Close to shopping mall.
Nice spacious room with very comfortable beds. In a convenient place for shopping and eating out.
Not really a problem with Premier Inn but roadsigns directing you in off M4 very confusing.
