Staff where accommodating and moved us into a standard room. Made two cots available
First floor, no lift. Very hard with a twin pram.
The welcoming staff
it was exactly as expected: simple, cleaan, comfortable
the dining facilities at this branch in particular were awful. horrid greasy fatty food. but thats no fault of the hotel itself.
we like the staff and the hotel on the whole
the only thing for us we choose wrong location for the fact of it being our holiday but that was down to us.
Very helpful staff on reception who gave us great suggestions. We had our bikes so cycled along Bridgwater canal. We just stayed for one night on way to Cornwall, easy access from Motorway and a good nights sleep.
Not impressed with the service in Brewers Fare
The restaurant was very noisy and made if difficult to chat to each other. Hard to do much about this as the younger generation need to make a lot of noise when out it seems and poor parental control
We have stayed in many The Premier inns before, but not the Birdgwater one. We found it excellent, and was near to a Wedding we were going to. We would recommend Premier Inns to a friend.
Easy to find, well placed for onward travel. The room matched our expectations.Plenty of free parking.
The entrance was hard to find, they need to invest in some signs to tell people where the way in is located.
Very friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
Comfortable bed and peace.
Noisy fan in bathroom Dusty fan in room needed a clean
Friendly staff, the friendly staff, the helpful stadd and the spacious room
Bathroom plumbing not wonderful, unpleasant smell in the bathroom and no air conditioning
Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Cheerful staff, especially the young receptionist who had just started doing the job- she did not panic when we asked for a different room. She had a lovely smile and manner.
The Premier bathrooms (various sites) have a smell! Must be to do with the ventilation.
Very clean, great staff .
The window in the room didn't open more than half an inch. It was a very warm day/night and we didn't sleep at all as the room got SO hot. the temperature in the room was 29 degrees at night. when we checked out the staff said it was for health and safety in case someone fell out of the window. Ridiculous!!
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bed was very hard and even though my husband and son slept i did not.
Comfortable beds and choice of pillows
It costs £3 for 24hours of wifi (or you get 30mins free) this covers 2 people but ONLY covers 2 devices - there is no mention of this anywhere. My partner and I activated our phones then found we couldn't use wifi on his laptop (which he needed for work). We had to buy another £3 voucher. ALSO extremely hot room and although they provided a fan it made little difference.
Proximity to airport for ongoing journey. Shuttle bus service to and from airport and also to the nearby shopping centre. Lovely rooftop pool for cooling down.
The friendliness of the staff on duty who were also very helpful with directions to where we were going during our stay. We are actually booked to return this coming weekend on our journey back.
Friendly, helpful staff - from the reception staff to the cleaning staff, even the outside cleaner, they were all approachable and had smiley faces
The cleanliness of the Brewers Fayre, tables, cutlery, glasses was very poor, had to wash own cutlery in a teapot with hot water it was so grubby at breakfast time, the tables were sticky with the previous nights meals etc. not nice!
We were using this as a stopover for Devon so we wanted something that was very close to the motorway but quiet and clean. This was all of that. The breakfasts areffabulous too.
Nothing. All was good.
great stay clean and tidy , the only thing that let it down was the garden surrounding needed maintaining
Everything was just right
