Rooms are always to the same standard, no difference in whichever location you are staying in. There was a smell of smoke.

Ideal for meals and close to seaside and on the way to Cornwall. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff Just the noise from other residents keeping children awake, shouting in corridor by family rooms.

Premier Inn manage to employ fantastic staff and this was no exception. With Premier Inn you know what you are getting - clean spacious room, comfortable bed, bathroom with bath and most importantly a good night's sleep. Nothing at all.

Without sounding 'over the top' it was the cleanest, friendliest place we've ever stayed at, the bed was the best ever, even better than my very expensive new bed at home. Will endeavour to always find a Premier Inn wherever we go now. It had an overall sense of relaxation from the minute the door was opened. Tried very hard to find something but couldn't !!!!

I have stayed at a variety of premier inns on a regular basis no problems you know what to expect including food menu fine by me The bedroom was cold on arrival, i activated the room thermostate which initiated a banging on the wall by the convector heaters movement so had to turn heating off and room was cold very dissappointed the management activated the room guarantee which was very good of them as I am aware of the room guarantee but never throught of claiming very nice of the management but would still have rather had the room at a nice temperature

The reception staff member were very friendly and helpful, which made for a much nicer stay The decor was poorly finished and looked grubby (even if it was not dirty); the room was noisier than I would have liked, though did not prevent me from sleeping, the breakfast was laid out in the neighbouring pub, which is not the nicest way to start day

Staff are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is right. Even though they had an annual performance audit being carried out on the morning that I arrived, the staff still made time to help me by keeping my luggage behind reception while I went to a meeting so I could check-in later. Top marks all round I'll definitely be staying again - thank you.

Location Mattress on Bed was awful (room 20). Springs dug into us and it was rock hard. bathroom was filthy with previous occupants pubic hair on the floor when we checked in. Room was cold and staff turn heating down to minimum during the day.
