Complaint was dealt with re overpaying of bill
Greeting from night staff very poor. Insisted that our invoice was not correct and demanded extra £40.00 for stay. Attitude not pleasant and very cold.
Staff were so lovely nothing too much trouble. Rooms were huge. My granddaughter who is 13 gave the room the wow factor-not seen that often I might add!!!! Enjoyed the quiet ness. First time for me in a premier inn and I would definitely recommend it. Thank you Bridgwater staff for your kindness and general good manners.
The only thing I thought could have been different was that the price we paid for the room should have included breakfast. I found the price of the breakfast way too steep. That was the only negative comment. However we found a little cafe not far away which was half the price we would have had to pay and it was lovely. We had full English times 4, drinks and lots of toast.
My father, a wheelchair user, was able to access the facilities in the room and ensuite.
The only choice for breakfast in the Brewers Fayre was either all inclusive Continental or all inclusive Full English. I would have preferred to chose what I wanted and pay for that.
Very clean and comfortable room, good value would definitely recommend.
A few more coffee sachets would have been good as there was only enough for one drink each two each would definitely have been better.
Very helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Good value Brewers Fayre restaurant next door.
Location is good for motorway access but remote from town with no other restaurants/pubs in walking distance. So without a car or using a taxi you can only eat at the Brewers Fayre.
Cleanliness and a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good.
The price was fair. Day staff was fine.
Grumpy staff on the night shift No hair dyer could not be bother to ask the night guy. Noisy fan in bathroom left the light off not to wake the whole building room 15. Kettle looked nasty inside.
The bedside lighting. It's like a laser beam and not at all appropriate for reading as it keeps husband awake when I'm reading. The price of over £70 per night for just the room was outrageous. On first entry to the room one of the light bulbs didn't work. The guests in the room above us had small children who jumped and stamped from 6.30 onwards, making sleep impossible. Our room was not serviced on the first morning. No clean towels, no bed made, no waste bins emptied, no replacement beverages. The receptionist gave us clean towels, tea, coffee etc and emptied the bins. We did not leave our room at a late time, so no excuse for being overlooked. We stay here often because it is close to our family. Not a particularly good stay. Reception was told, but very busy at the time. Might find somewhere else next time.
the staff were extreamly fiendly and very helpful.
Overall, a brilliant place to stay for its location. Close to motorway link for easy access to this part of the country. Staff were great.
Another guest parked his lorry in car park &started it up very early am, left it running for over half hr. Hotel was great, refund under the goodnightsleep guar & they will review it's policies for guests with this type of vehicle. Small blip though.
It was a nightmare at breakfast had to wait for food then the rest went cold chairs in dinning were very dirty
efficiency of team getting into hotel and on exit - no time wasted
breakfast good value but thought the sausages were poor quality
The staff was very friendly and helped me change rooms when we were not happy.
The first room we were given had obviously been smoked in by the previous people. It was horrible and you could taste the smoke. The hotel is located next to a 24 hour garage
The staff were extemely helpful and arranged storage for our bikes overnight.
This was an older Inn and was looking a bit worn in places.
Comfy bed Friendly staff
smell of drains outside the hotel
Comfortable. Premier Inn standard room, with plenty of space to work. Quiet as I did not overlook the road. Cheery staff.
Having to eat in the attached pub, food of indifferent quality.
Convenient for M5. Well lit car park for late night arrival. Room was basic but clean. Helpful staff both for late night arrival and upon departure in the rain.
Room was quite cold so daughter used two duvets to sleep. The whole hotel felt tired and there was a horrible smell in the whole area, not just the hotel. Paying for wifi very dated and hotel was expensive for what we got - £93 for one night!
Close to motorway
Staff all brilliant food lovely, room comfortable,
Wifi signal in my room was so poor. Had to be at the reception to browse.
Cheap. Good double glazing meant no traffic noise. Clean restaurant. plenty of parking. Very friendly staff.
The bathroom had obviously been cleaned well.... but still smelt disgusting, as if the shower curtain needed bleaching.
Beds were uncomfortable(we had twin room and they were like sleeping on boards). Hotel was shabby on the whole and the rooms were well past needing updating. Our bathroom was like a derelict hospital ward with mould in the corners. Breakfast was very low quality compared to previous Premier experience and there were not enough staff. No cups, what little cooked food they had was cold and low quality. Sausage tough as boot leather, bacon fatty, no warm plates. Overall, I would not stay at Premier again based on this stay. Luckily, they did not have rooms for the following night and we stayed at Holiday Inn Express and it was a breath of quality fresh air.
No frills but what you do provide is excellent.
Shower curtains. They smell!
Comfortable bed, decent shower, good wifi (at reasonable price in hotel room, free at breakfast), enough furniture and storage and mirrors, well placed power points, enough tea and coffee with room kettle, handy location near motorways. And a surprisingly friendly and helpful welcome from reception, even though we arrived late at night
