Breakfast very good. Staff service excellent. Location very handy.
The triple glazing window was out of its recess in my room, which meant the noise from early morning revellers ruined the second nights sleep. Bathroom a little damaged around the edges.
Nice staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. Friendly and felt safe once inside.
Location was noisy - traffic. Double glazing panel missing from one of the windows which didn't help. Entrance to building not very safe. People drinking beer on entrance steps. Room next to entrance/exit security door which caused some disturbance.
Breakfast very good. Location good
Shabby room, window srewed shut, smelled of smoking, air con feeble, bed rock hard, bathroom knackered. £275 for two nights room only. Never again in Premier inn.
The staff were amazing and friendly,The room was fine.
queing for breakfast and waiting as food was not ready and that was at 10 am other people were complaining too
parking a bit of a nightmare, and my car was tampered with during the night, drivers door handle ripped off.
Location and staff
Poor double bed creaky and faulty window unable two close
Doesn't offer a selection of Gluten free foods . Makes it difficult to have breakfast and meals at hotel
newly refurbished room, but it had several teething issues.
Teething issues mentioned to the staff who were quite happy to offer us our money back. No quibble
The room was large and comfortable. The staff listened and were approachable. They offered us a change of room away from the door. We declined as it was a good room and Saturday would be the noisy night due to the stag and hen do's. It was ok on the Sunday night but it was there again on the Monday morning. Fortunately we were getting ready to leave that day.
There was a door stop missing from behind our room wall and every time the door was pushed open it banged against the wall of the room. Sometimes with much force the room shuck. I went on all of the Saturday night into Sunday morning. We were woken up several time. We told the receptionist and she made steps to refund our money for that night.
BIG FAMILY AND COMFORTABLE ROOM PERFECT LOCATION SMILING AND FRIENDLY STAFF NO NOICE FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE EXCELLENT FOOD AND BAR FACILITIES THE FIRST HOTEL WHERE THE TV REMOTE CONTROL WAS WORKING
WIFI NOT FREE
Very central location near beach and amenities, comfortable rooms that really do add up to a good night's sleep, excellent value, very helpful staff who managed to check me in much earlier than expected. Breakfast better than average.
Can't really think of anything
The staff were excellent and accommodating. The cleanliness of room and restaurant areas were very good.
Saturday night revellers shouting and singing walking up street could still be heard through secondary glazing giving disturbed sleep. Although the room and restaurant area were very clean, the corridor walls and skirting looked grubby and tired. A much needed lick of paint required.
Staff were very proactive to ensure our stay was enjoyable, The breakfasts were very good with plenty of fresh / well presented choices
Minor problem with fee for Wi-Fi
Rooms and breakfast
Nothing all good
The ground floor lobby was off putting on arrival but once upstairs it was completely different. We were told the bar shut at 1 but the shutters went down at 12:10am with no prior warning.
My son found the room comfortable, the staff polite and helpful and the breakfasts excellent. He was pleased that the hotel is so well located.
The fact that prepayment could be accepted only by signed fax. What a medieval practice. It caused me so much worry. Has not Premier Inn heard of online or telephone payments?
Roal and Geoff were very customer focused and looked after us very well. Because of their service I would use this hotel again.
The air conditioning was not working and a fan had been placed in the room but made so much noise it was not possible to keep on. Road noise was not good either.
Welcoming reception with a nice chat. Nice food (Indian). Excellent location.
All Staff were friendly and professional. Housekeeping good standard. Fresh towels provided and clean cups. Nothing broken or out of order.
Wi-Fi is still chargeable at present. Room felt cold. I remember it did the last time we stayed here in December '13 Thermostat says it's 21 degrees but felt a lot cooler.
Staff were excellent. They went above & beyond to help locate a needed hairdryer and book for dinner. Room was big, clean & quiet and kids had separate beds which they loved. Location was perfect for the station and the beach!
I would like to return when the refurbishment is complete. The air conditioning was not working but we had been given a large fan which helped.
Manageress did discount room for my family as was in poor condition so she was fair
Was told wrong information about parking which cost us an extra days fees as was told you had agreement with the parking company but when we went there they said we cannot do anything now and had to pay appsx 52 pound extra as this was my first time staying and paying for my family I was disappointed and still am
Good size room and bathroom, comfortable bed/bedding - everything you need. Good acoustics, friendly staff, and great, central location.
The lifts - two very slow lifts are not enough and one of them kept acting up. Glad I was only on the 3rd floor, so walkable (without suitcases), but they were really annoying.
