Good place to stay for shopping. We found the beds to be to hard. Also the small bed in our room far to small for our teenage granddaughter.

The size of the room and it was nice and airy. The beds were very comfortable.....and the breakfast was very good. A nice relaxing place to spend a couple of days.Would recommend it. Would like to have been nearer to the sea, although we were not too far away.

Excellent central location - went to a concert at the Dome and it was literally round the corner. Good choice at breakfast, friendly staff. Large, comfortable room. Check in was slow - had to wait quite a while as only one member of staff on duty. Otherwise, all fine - must have hit a busy time!

The Bar & breakfast staff were very friendly. Room very large & clean. The bed was very comfortable (one of the best hotel bed i have ever slept in) Super breakfast & fast check out. I booked a double room online for 2 people, however on check in was told only 1 breakfast booked! And i would have to pay for the second breakfast!! (sounded like he was chancing his arm to make a few more pound from me) After telling the the guy "why the hell would i book a double room for 2 people & only 1 breakfast" He said don't worry i will sort it out like he was doing me a favour! This did'nt go down to well with me even though i did'nt have to pay for the second breakfast.

Situated in a very convenient part of the city is a very important issue for my husband & myself. when visiting Brighton again we would definitely book in to9 Premier Inn. The restaurant looked very nice,& no doubt the standard of service is excellent, however on a modest budget we needed to find less expensive places to eat. On a minor note, the bed could have had a firmer mattress.

The breakfast was lovely. We changed our room because the air condition did not working the first room. The air condition in our second room still did not work. The room was cold and so were we. We had to get more duvets in order to keep warm. Our toilet handle was not working and we had blocked toilet. I had to fix the handle of the toilet every time it was used. My son will start to study at Brighton university and I have to come back and stay in Premier Inn but now I am not sure? I thought my stay at Premier Inn with my family was going to be okay because it is right in the middle of the city center.

The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was great, I always love the "power showers." It was a great stay. When we first arrived at the Premier Inn, it was around 13.30. We knew we could not check in till 14.00, however we have been to other hotels before where they have been flexible for a slightly earlier check in. The girl behind the desk was very rude. She told us we could not check in yet and to go and wait in the bar. My wife went up to the desk at 13.50 and the girl said "it is still not 2pm yet" My wife, shocked, said "its ok I will wait then." There is no need to speak like that to customers. The girls excuse was no rooms were ready or cleaned. I find it hard to believe that 700+ rooms were not ready. In the end she had a massive queue of around 12 people waiting to check in at 2pm, the queue was out to the main stairs at this time, if she had shown a little courtesy, the queue would have not been so bad. Apart from that, the stay was great. I’m sure it is in the hotel’s best interest for check in to run smoothly as possible, hence the reason sometimes they are flexible with the check in times
