Excellent location and comfortable room. Lack of fridge and room not cleaned daily if you miss housekeeping early in the morning. Also, check in staff questioned whether we wanted a double room a second time even after I had confirmed that a double room was required when I checked in with my same sex partner. |

We liked it's central location, and also the comfort of the bed.The bedroom was also a reasonable size, The quality of the cooked breakfast could be improved by having less food lying in trays and replenishing more frequently. |

Very good service. Nothing was too much trouble. We were travelling with our daughter (17 months) and she was really at home in the hotel. |

Staff were really friendly and helpful, clean basic rooms right in the centre. Nice and quiet at night. Fab breakfast which was served up until 11.00am at the weekend! Lobby could have looked more attractive |

The room I had on the 6th floor was comfortable and quiet. We had an a full English breakfast which was very good and as much as you could eat, so would stay at the Premier Inn again |

Location right in the centre of the town and suprisingly quiet room. Dinner and drinks price was very reasonable. We had large room at top floor. Not easy to find/access NCP car parking next to the hotel but from adjacent street. Make sure you get directions before trying to find it or look for NCP car park rather than hotel address if you are using satnav. |

location central certainly not the best Premier we have stayed in but OK. More expensive than most and one of 2lifts didn't work - we were on floor 7! |

I stayed with this hotel at a special discount with prepaying, almost 50% discount. Room is clean and large. with a comfortable bath. Since this hotel belongs to the Premier Inn chain, its two different hotels have the same tapestry haging on the wall. |

Excellent location. Clean. Freindly Staff. Absolutely loved Brighton and for a short stay this hotel is spot on. Its clean, rooms are bright and spacious, bathroom fine. Think the location is the best feature, as its on the doorstep of the lanes, the beach, nightlife, taxi's, shops, everything!! Will definitly book again! |

As a family, we had three rooms, one a family room ie my son and grandchildren. Myself, the room opposite and another son with his half brother. I personally was able to do some business in Hove and walked along the Western Road with my granddaughter who did shopping in Primark. One of my sons and grandchild went to the cinema and we met afterwards and had a meal in The Lanes. We all did shopping along Western Road and Churchill Square. Not forgetting the beach and Brighton Pier. It was a very successful time to meet up and be central Brighton. Although I have given a Good for room cleanliness, my pillow case had not been changed. In the bathroom, I think an improvement would be to have a mixer tap over the sink. |

The location was convenient, and the staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were clean, but could have had more personality in tems of the interior design. The breakfast was delicious. I was charged for the breakfast even though it was included in the overall cost, according to my booking. The staff rectified their mistake, and I'm awaiting my refund to be paid directly on to my account. |

Proximity to the town centre and beach promenade. The breakfast menu and delivery. The peace and quiet. The privacy. The freshness of the rooms. The ease of unloading luggage and close proximity of longstay parking. The staff pleasantness. One of the two lifts was unuseable. Unfortunate. In the room the 2nd child matress on floor level - needed a 6" height off floor. On one bedside no drink holder - needed a small shelf. |

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was a great size, everything was very clean. Air con worked well which was great as it got quite hot without it. Location is brilliant as it is so central to everything, short walk & you're in the lanes, or not much further & you're down on the beach front/promenade. |

centrally located, tidy, clean and decent staff. Cost not too bad either. Poor communications about breakfast times between weekends and weekdays. After 10am on Monday, breakfast was like post-riot LA - destroyed, filthy and looted down to the last bowl. Very short staffed and those there were stretched beyond their ability to keep the restaurant decent. |

Nothing, very basic hotel for this price and stars. I arrived late and in the room, there was no even one bottle water for drink. No adapters for UK power network....Only the bed was OK for sleeping. The breakfast (only English), the noise in the hotel and outside (my room was in from of the street), the staff on the reception sold me more expensive internet than I need ... |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location and we appreciated the discount for the car park and that it was so close to the hotel. The base of the bed had slumped but we turned it round and it was much better; the staff did offer a new room but we would have had to move to another room and we were only going to be there for 2 days. There was a lot of dust on top of the wardrobe but they probably don't get long in each room? There were signs that the toilet stool had not been cleaned properly but otherwise there was nothing that we could not sort out. |
