Friendly staff, 24 hour reception. Quiet, comfortable room. Ideal central location.
The beds were really comfortable and very clean room
There was no toilet brush in the bathroom and 1 chair in a quad room
Great Breakfasts and friendly helpful staff. Very Quiet Room - and the Location was central to all i needed.
The staff very nice
Location Comfy bed Large room
Forgot to make up our room , so we had to go to reception to get clean towels
Staff who were friendly and helpful, who did their jobs with a smile, and who went out of their way to make you feel like a valued guest!
The lack of parking is a bit of a pain, but at least a good discount has been negotiated with a car park a couple of hundred yards away.
Convenient location. Spotless bathroom and comfy bed. Not a whisper of street noise. Ample parking available nearby.
We liked the newly renovated room. Quiet room, clean. Good location in the city center, close to pubs, restaurants and shops. The 30 min free Internet per day is good to have.
The heating was not working.
Everything listed in the questions above; the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Location of the hotel makes it impossible to provide parking facilities which are a short distance away in a public car park.
Just about everything. Staff were excellent. We have stayed at Premier Inns before and have always eaten out after not being impressed by the catering, but we were pleasantly surprised by high standard of the in-house restaurant.
No car parking facility. The only information given before our journey was that the car park was 5 mins walk away and it would only cost us £10 for 24hrs; so naturally we parked at the nearest (NCP) car park behind the hotel which cost us £18.50 when ticket was validated by hotel reception. The staff then informed us that the car park referred to in the hotel info was the RCP car park a further street away. Then too late to move the car.
Very polite and helpful staff. We had a disabled room which was very big. Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable.
Lighting in the room was very poor. Bathroom shower leaked. Couldn't adjust height of the shower. We had booked the meal deal which was evening meal & breakfast. However when we went down for the evening meal we were told some items on the menu were only available at an additional cost. We ordered a starter, which was ok, but the main course, which took time to be delivered was very poor, very greasy and not a pleasant taste plus it was only luke warm. However, we were offered a full refund and a complimentary breakfast.
we have never met a more friendly bunch of people in any hotel we have been in from exceptional reception staff to friendly smiling people in the restaurant thank you brian and ann root
disappointed to miss alfie boe concert but enjoyed a nice meal in your restaurant
Great staff and the room we had on the 6th floor was lovely- nice and quiet and the bathroom seemed brand new- will definitely be going back, the location is superb.
Good location, good rooms , able to leave bags after check out so we could go shopping,
Proximity to everything of interest - The Lanes, the sea front, the restaurants and bars, the "every-day" shops
No car park attached to the hotel
the breakfast was great I slept very well but I was exhausted! the room was very clean and I could even see a little of the sea
we did not have a phone so could not ask for more towels without going to reception there was only one lift working so that meant delays so went without the towels. The lift was the worst problem there as it was even a few flights of stairs to get to the reception from entering the building
we loved the great space in the room, walking into the room it looked like it was never used, it was so clear, bright and beautiful. Bed was so comfy and we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend *********
Good staff Nice room Nice bed
Don't order chips in the restaurant, they don't even resemble chips, thin bits of cardboard. All good apart from that.
The breakfast and the food was very good
But one thing was not good it was that the floor in our room was not vacuum clean in the four night that we stay in your hotel
Clean room Great staff Good breakfast
newly revamped room location
heating system old and inadequate, was cold on first night, had to have portable heaters on second night. some staff unhelpful
Central location, staff were very helpful and polite. Under refurbishment but no signs of disruption. We had a refurbished room, it was very comfortable.
Everything was as expected,
Wifi signal in my room was very poor!!
Room size and cleanliness Position of hotel very central
Shower was over the bath therefore access was difficult There was one bed and a Very uncomfortable sofa bed The light came in under the door directly onto the sofa bed impossible to sleep in sofa bed for an adult.
