Everything listed in the questions above; the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Location of the hotel makes it impossible to provide parking facilities which are a short distance away in a public car park.
Just about everything. Staff were excellent. We have stayed at Premier Inns before and have always eaten out after not being impressed by the catering, but we were pleasantly surprised by high standard of the in-house restaurant.
No car parking facility. The only information given before our journey was that the car park was 5 mins walk away and it would only cost us £10 for 24hrs; so naturally we parked at the nearest (NCP) car park behind the hotel which cost us £18.50 when ticket was validated by hotel reception. The staff then informed us that the car park referred to in the hotel info was the RCP car park a further street away. Then too late to move the car.
Very polite and helpful staff. We had a disabled room which was very big. Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable.
Lighting in the room was very poor. Bathroom shower leaked. Couldn't adjust height of the shower. We had booked the meal deal which was evening meal & breakfast. However when we went down for the evening meal we were told some items on the menu were only available at an additional cost. We ordered a starter, which was ok, but the main course, which took time to be delivered was very poor, very greasy and not a pleasant taste plus it was only luke warm. However, we were offered a full refund and a complimentary breakfast.
we have never met a more friendly bunch of people in any hotel we have been in from exceptional reception staff to friendly smiling people in the restaurant thank you brian and ann root
disappointed to miss alfie boe concert but enjoyed a nice meal in your restaurant
Great staff and the room we had on the 6th floor was lovely- nice and quiet and the bathroom seemed brand new- will definitely be going back, the location is superb.
Good location, good rooms , able to leave bags after check out so we could go shopping,
Proximity to everything of interest - The Lanes, the sea front, the restaurants and bars, the "every-day" shops
No car park attached to the hotel
the breakfast was great I slept very well but I was exhausted! the room was very clean and I could even see a little of the sea
we did not have a phone so could not ask for more towels without going to reception there was only one lift working so that meant delays so went without the towels. The lift was the worst problem there as it was even a few flights of stairs to get to the reception from entering the building
we loved the great space in the room, walking into the room it looked like it was never used, it was so clear, bright and beautiful. Bed was so comfy and we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend *********
Good staff Nice room Nice bed
Don't order chips in the restaurant, they don't even resemble chips, thin bits of cardboard. All good apart from that.
The breakfast and the food was very good
But one thing was not good it was that the floor in our room was not vacuum clean in the four night that we stay in your hotel
Clean room Great staff Good breakfast
newly revamped room location
heating system old and inadequate, was cold on first night, had to have portable heaters on second night. some staff unhelpful
Central location, staff were very helpful and polite. Under refurbishment but no signs of disruption. We had a refurbished room, it was very comfortable.
Everything was as expected,
Wifi signal in my room was very poor!!
Room size and cleanliness Position of hotel very central
Shower was over the bath therefore access was difficult There was one bed and a Very uncomfortable sofa bed The light came in under the door directly onto the sofa bed impossible to sleep in sofa bed for an adult.
Helpful staff Great location Clean, comfortable rooms
Bad damp smell outside 2nd floor lifts
Staff were friendly and very nice to talk too
The room we had was excellent - spacious and comfortable. We only saw check -in staff, as we left early the next day without breakfast.
It was difficult to find, because it was above shops and Brighton,s extensive one way streets complicated matters. Also we had trouble finding the car parking but that was our fault as we failed to follow the directions given to us.
The staff made me feel very comfortable and were very friendly.
Good location, has all the basics you need. Great staff and reliable brand.
Our room was missing a hairdryer (they immediately delivered one) and it was a bit shabbier than other Premier Inn's but I'd stay there again. It was one night, great value and did the job just fine.
Location was good, staff were friendly, big rooms, tea and coffee facilities, TV
The building is scruffy, Lots of noise from the workmen, and we had a water leak in our bathroom, apparently from the roof, had to hear water dripping into a bucket for most of the night, did get a nights refund tho. Normally do have a good stay.
excellent !! really friendly helpful staff, clean rooms.great buffet breakfast-cannot fault it
The location was good, although they had work been done there was not much noise.
The wifi did not work correctly even when we informed reception they gave another code and that did not work. The housekeeping staff forgot to service our room during our stay.
Staff fully trained and English speaking as well as their own language. All crew were happy & cheerfull and professional. 1.Location, simply amazing 2.Room, large & clean 3 Food, well priced and high standard with offers. 4. Security, Excellent. ----- High standard for a decent price and extra mod cons, being in a city centre.
.....I didn't like---- staying in a tarty, Victorian building last year and feeling like Basil & Sybil were about to appear. All hotels on the sea front are a digrace(sad & true) ..... I didn't like the fact that there was a far higher standard hotel located in North St ..... which I never knew of, called The Premmier Inn !
