Staff were very friendly - just wish the restaurants associated with Premier Inns would change their menu. It was close to Bristol Airport but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. The staircase - yes I know it is an old building - from reception is a little steep to get bags up and down.

Large airy rooms. Wonderful views. 1 radiator wasn't working & as the weather was very cold, had trouble warming room. Also, my sons partner had some cloth or something in her breakfast which was very off putting. Money was refunded for that.

Handy for the airport. £89 for room only is so far in excess of your "from £29 per night" as to be ludicrous. The hotel is oldfashioned and there is no lift. I think you are ripping people off with this pricing.

Breakfast was excellent - better than I have had from many other hotels/B&Bs. Although the bed was large, the mattress was too hard to be called comfortable.

The title Premier Inn Bristol Airport is misleading. Miles past the airport, should probably be called Premier Inn Bridgewater. Would have been unsuitable if we were planning to fly out of the airport on Sunday morning. We were attending a family function at Blagdon and needed a taxi Saturday evening. Hotel only had one local firm to contact.

I stay at many hotels in the UK and abroad. The hotel compared very favourably with many more expensive venues. The room size was very good and it was very clean. only critism would be the standard of the toiletries. I would prefer to pay another £ and have individual, soap and shower gel. This was the only thing that stood out as budet.
