Good location for shopping and sightseeing. Room clean and bed comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. As a mature couple, we did not appreciate having two single beds in the room in addition to the double bed. It made the room very cramped. Surely there must be some rooms without the extra beds.

The hotel offers everything you need at a very reasonable price. Everyone is very friendly and it all works very efficiently. You even get tea and coffee facilities which is very welcome at this price. And it's a very nice city.

I like the location. It is very close to both coach and bus station. It is at the heart of the city and close to many shopping centres. Both the front and back office staff are efficient. They handled my refunds diligently. I was really impressed and do recommend the hotel to both business and leisure travelers. I expected a hotel as big and strategically located as Premierinn to have facilities such as microwave oven and iron in their rooms. My expectations were dashed because none of such facilities were in place. In addition, there was no laundry service as well as room service. It surely is a dis-incentive for a both business and leisure travelers. There is no programme/policy to encourage long-stay/frequent guests/users of the hotel.

I liked the idea of the children going free and that the family rooms are a nice size The pull out bed was hard and lumpy . I asked for .more pillow s as the ones we had where flat and the brought us up more hard flat pillows so I didn't get any sleep at all

The hotel is a very good position, near the centre and behind the Bristol bus station. Our room was clean and big. The breakfast has a good price: 5 pounds for a continental breakfast with a big variety of food.

Check in was overcrowded and I was marched to automatic check-in. Upstairs it was clear that housekeeping had not finished the room, there were no towels, the Ac was on freezing (11 degrees outside), and reception didn't answer the phone, so I had to go downstairs to ask for towels, but found the desk staff too busy. At check-out the receptionist was very short and didn't wait for my reply when asking if everything was okay.

It seems like a good place to spend the weekend, just in the city center, in front of the shopping center and near to the coach station. Everything in the room seems clean and new. I did not like the curtains in the shower, which I did not expect for the price I paid for the night. In the morning, at seven o'clock on a Sunday, an alarm started in the corridor, I called reception and they came to sort it out, but I was awake already. Bad soundproofing, there were women in a hen party shouting in their rooms and all along the corridor, and you could even here their conversations. The breakfast is too expensive for what you get. On Sunday morning, it was so busy that we were waiting more than 10 minutes to be able to have a cooked breakfast, and waiting forever for harsh brown as they didn't refill it. It was full of people and the organization was horrible. Not worth the 8 pounds at all.

Very convenient for where I needed to go. No option for early check in in freezing weather, having travelled very far. Room air conditioner would periodically blow cold air, despite being set on heater.
