The room was comfortable and clean as to be expected from a Premier Inn. I was on the sixteenth floor which had quite a few over the city (although its not New York) still it was good to be able to look down on everything. The rooms are triple glazed so it was very quiet, which is very handy as the location for the hotel is on a main city roundabout - don't come here if you are looking for a romantic break away with peaceful surroundings. I was there on business at a conference so it suited me fine as a place to go and sleep and have breakfast. Staff on all occassions where friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast wasnt so great, cold beans and egg under the heat lamps. |

The staff were very helpful and we were able to park the car and leave it there for the duration of our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had the option not to have breakfast there as we wanted to sleep in and then eat a brunch out somewhere. |

Did all you needed from a hotel at a reasonable price. Got woken up by guest wake-up call at next door room; however, this would happen in any hotel I guess. |

Very pleasant, helpful staff, good access from car park yet secure so that non-residents could not intrude. Lack of trolley to bring luggage from car to room - we had a baby and a toddler with all their extra baggage - Moses basket, baby buggy, bag of nappies, bag of toys...... We had to make severaal journeys as we couldn't leaave the children unattended. |

After a 16 hours flight including four hours delay that Virgin Atlantic made us wait inside the airplane, I arrived at the hotel at 23:30 and departed the following morning 6:30. It was a good place to sleep after what Virgin Atlantic did. I get what I paid for but further that I cannot comment. Scorching hot water and hard to regulate |

very pleasant reception staff plus their helpfulness.Clean room.Beefeater in situ. Too few staff on bar, single man trying to take bar food orders and serve drinks. Too few, need a second person available especially at 5pm+.Same with Beefeater, needed another waitress to cope with sudden bunches of customers. Shaver socket in bathroom not working. |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good, basic, sensibly laid out, clean rooms. Location is perfect. Right beside the shopping, eating, bus station and shuttle to airport. Can't think of anything really. This is a good cheap business or city- break hotel. |

Proximity to Hospital, where I was working in the morning. Parking would be good to have on an "hourly" basis. |

I thought the location and facilities were excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. Yes on one occasion I asked for a taxi to be booked for me,a local taxi firm was used (Bristol Taxis). The car was dirty and the driver did not drive with care and I did not feel comfortable. Had I known the area I would have stoped the taxi and got out. I think you should use a more professional taxi business. I know you cannot be held responsible for the taxis business, however you are using them for your hotel clients. |

Helpfulness and friendliness of the staff I was sharing a room with my mother and our stay was ruined because we had to use a double bed when we had booked a twin. There was nothing the staff could do about it apart from myself having to sleep on a camp bed. This was not made clear at the time of booking and we were very disappointed and I was very uncomfortable over 2 nights. |

They gave us a disable room without saying anything and the guy at teh reception did not mention about it also when he gave me the key of my room, he just said the bed is a little bit lower but the room is all the same. Car park always full and around the hotel is very difficult to park the car. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I found it a bit strange that when i first arrived at 1345 there was only 1 reception staff around who seemed to be under a little pressure deaking with everyone. I needed to leave as i was going to cardiff for the evening and was concerned the room would be let go as i wouldnt be returning until the early hours. When i arrived at 0230 there were 2 reception staff and a door security man yet there wasnt the flow of people as there was at a busy lunchtime change over. |
