Great location to town centre amenities
Even though we had a car park ticket issued at the hotel, we couldn't park in the car park and had to walk with luggage to another car park- very impractical and inconvenient
Why can't provide free wifi at the hotel?
Location was good. The staff were helpful and the rooms were comfortable.
Bit pricey for a room only booking, but maybe that's just Bristol.
Friendly staff. Good location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Coffee tea provided in the room. Very near coach station.
Lack of wifi. It's a shame they kept saying that their wifi is not working and yet we were given free half hour wifi access. Have a feeling that the not working wifi is simply an excuse.
Clean hotel, well located and helpful staff.
The location of the hotel is fantastic and we got a room away from doors and lifts as was requested. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The small bed in the room was a little uncomfortable and creaked. Although the room was very clean on arrival, i noticed on our second day that the room hadn-t been turned over very thoroughly.
The location was excellent and the staff were efficient and friendly.
The price was a little high at £93 for one night and the car parking charges were high at £8.
Convenient, central location. The staff were very kind, friendly, efficient and helpful towards us- nothing was too much trouble. The lifts, as we were on the 9th floor. The views were good from there. Tasty bacon at breakfast and good fried eggs (which is difficult to achieve in a buffet style breakfast). Nice local yoghurt and a good selection of dried and fresh fruits. A teapot, at breakfast. Extra pillows were available! Ah! A good night's sleep due to the quiet zones. Nice, fresh, clean linen. A sign alerted us to the fact that there was no hair-dryer and said to ask at Reception for one; we collected one with out further ado.
Car park sign was inaccurate, saying there were no spaces, when there was one. The bed was a bit high and hard for me... Only two teabags on the hospitality tray. Kettle was in need of a good scrub, inside! The sticky cutlery and milk-jug at breakfast. Buffet breakfast. Tomatoes, mushrooms and orange juice not very tasty. No individual milk jugs... Only disturbed by 'revellers' once in the night. Couldn't get the extractor fan to work, in the en suite. Hair-dryer missing
Staff had an excellent attitude towards clients.
Great location for my needs. Clean rooms and comfortable bed.
Very cold room. Heating did not work but when reported this was resolved in a friendly and efficient manner
Location was brilliant
Room very small as a family room
Excellent location traveled to Bristol by train, so hotel was central.
Really bad beds sooo uncomfortable!
Location is very very strategic especially for travelers. It is very close to the main Bristol bus station which is why one of the point I prefer. Furthermore, it is very very close to Cabot Circus (main shopping area in Bristol). Nothing to complain about the location at least for me. Value for money but expect small rooms. But it is sufficient for us. Clean and comfortable is the most important thing which is good here. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, willing to give information! Their Wifi service is really fast and worth paying if you in NEED to using it. Overall, value for money for its location and cleanliness.
Have to pay for the Wifi which is usually free in most of the budget / hotels I've stayed in UK/EU.
not just the hotel but the beefeater on the side was amazing spot on food service etc from both hotel and resturant
my stay in the hotel was short notice and from what i could see and hear from other guest that the hotel wasnt booked up much and that my stay could have been a little cheaper from what it was as online it makes you believe that you are onne of the last few people booking
Easy early checkin really friendly staff
Bar busy on saturday night not enough barstaff 15 minute wait for a drink
Great location and very comfortable, good breakfast.
No proper reception
it is ridiculous to charge for wifi.
Free wifi Individual toiletries in bathroom and iron and ironing board in room. Good lighting in bathroom with magnifying mirror so you could put on your make up properly unlike the other two hotels I was in the same week. Ice bucket a nice touch . A plentiful supply of tea and coffee making materials.
Shower got too hot at times.
Very quiet room.
The bar shut too early for us it was about 11ish and couldnt get a drink to take to our room
1. Convenience of situation 2. Friendliness of staff in hotel & Beefeater restaurant
Good location Easy transportation Friendly staff
Room too cramped Too expensive considering the quality of the hotel Stayed in better Premiere Inn's than this one.
Very helpful fast check in and check out. Great location beside Cabot Circus for shopping and eating.
