To loud people in and out of the room opposite all night
There politeness and professionalism
Paying for wifi in hotel. Check the rate of those that but wifi you will know that it does not worth it
Staff were very friendly and helpful and despite there being a number of stag and hen do's we had an undisturbed nights sleep
Nice and quiet, although in the city ventre. Has a car park that is very handy and cheap compared To others car parks.
The Beefeater was able to provide gluten-free bread, and children ate free at breakfast.
There were two significant issues for us - the location and not being able to open the windows. The hotel is certainty central, but is a high-rise concrete block on a roundabout overlooking the Bear Pit. We found it very difficult not being able to open the windows and, whilst the hotel was quiet, the constant hum of the air conditioning didn't make for a brilliant night's sleep. The hotel is evidently a favourite for stag and hen parties and, while the children were amused at the sight of a group of grown women dressed as minions, we wouldn't stay here again.
Easy access to town centre

Going to breakfast
Staff were friendly. Had a bath in room.
No spaces in there car park so was Directed to park in NCP car park which was very expensive not made clear when booking. Not as comfortable as other premier inns I've stayed at.
All staff were very friendly apart from one lady who could have made a little more effort
rooms too hot
My elderly, disabled mother & I stayed in the Premier Inn, Haymarket this week, on 19th & 20th Aug. The place was spotless and quiet & the staff were very friendly.
There was only one lift operating for part of our visit, meaning that my mother & I had to wait for long periods of time, as she is unable to use stairs. On the morning of 20th, at about 10am, we had to wait in a queue for 20mins for breakfast. When we eventually sat down, they had run out of many if the food items. On the morning of 21st, we ordered porridge for breakfast. We waited for at least 20mins & it never came, so we chose other cereals instead. The staff were apologetic.
Breakfast in the Beefeater Did get a refund after complaining
2 lifts out of order whilst we were there for 3 days making life very tedious. Room wasn't refreshed until told about it 8 hours later. When complained the head house cleaner told a lie and said we had left do not disturb sign on our door all day !!
The Beefeater seemed understaffed and the staff available were very busy
central location proximity to bus station quiet room tea/coffee making facilities choice of pillows & comfortable bed
you can't open windows air-conditioning loud (older model)
The staff were very helpfull both upon checking in and when we went for a meal. Excellent.
staff very helpful room very clean quiet for centre of city breakfast
price of car park
The hotel staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Made our stay so much more enjoyable. They found me a larger table for our jigsaw puzzle, sent me a card on my birthday and returned my little boy's lost teddy in the post. Loved the view from the East facing rooms. Rooms ending "02" are the biggest and have a great view. The higher the better - view from 17th floor is amazing.
A few technical glitches with the room - In the first room the air conditioning didn't work. Moved us to a temporary room which unfortunately had only a view of the buildings opposite. Third room was fabulous, 1002 - 10th floor with a great view. The TV remote control had no battery cover only sticky tape. Basin had no plug. Nothing major.
Mold in bathroom, all along the bath area and rust around the sink hole and the patches of touch -up in the living area making it look very shabby. The screwed down kettle
Comfortable room and beds
Would not take cash and booking in and breakfast tea could be better
Great staff and the convenience of a good bar and restaurant. Shopping centre only minutes away
Finding the place but that's just me and Bristol, I always get lost which isn't fun in a busy city centre!!!
Nice professional helpful staff Clean and tidy on inside Baggage store
Area felt a little rough Air con very noisy Lift was a pain
Very close to shops, bus and train station.
Breakfast is expensive.
FRIENLINESS OF STAFF
BREAKFAST HAVING TO QUEUE FOR 20 MINS THEN THEY RAN OUT OF JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING, AND WERE PUT ON A TABLE NEXT TO A FOUL MOUTHED GROUP OF YOUNG MEN
great location. nice, clean, great staff great premier inn breakfasts, especially with children free with a full paying adult. staff couldn't do enough to help our stay be as enjoyable as possible. helped with parking and are on call 24/7 if needs.
the beefeater grill restaurant - that caters as the premier breakfast, inc cooked. The even meals and service was absolutely atrocious! SO slow, not to mention not particularly friendly or clean. The food was then like a bad version of everything, nothing was great. It was all okay, most of it edible but and it would have to do for a night but I would recommend if you are able to eat out from this then definitely do. (I was with young children and felt it easier to stay on site) The manager however was extremely apologetic and nice. The fact that the same excuses were used 2 nights in a row when they were not even half full leads me to believe that some of the wait staff and chefs are not up to scratch at the moment!
No air conditioning. It wasn't solved. Couldn't open windows.no feedback from staff.
