Premier Inn Bristol City Centre (King St.)  

All the staff were extremely friendly and courtious. Booking in was quick and easy.

It was very hot in the room and no end of fiddling with the aircon helped, slept with window open but was very noisy due to being so close to restaurants and pubs. we could of rung down to be moved but it wasnt a major problem.

outside of the building looked a bit shabby, could do with brightening up. although there is no parking at the hotel which given its situation is understandable, a drop off point would help.

The location was ideal - right next to the waterside, and the restaurant we had booked

When we arrived at 5.30 on Saturday afternoon there was nobody on reception, we had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to appear, the same when we checked out at 9.00 the following morning We were woken at 4:00 am by people noisily leaving the surrounding pubs. Rooms seemed a bit tired - in need of some updating

Location,- close to waterway, also bars and restaurants.

Difficult to travel by bus. Bus stops with numbers should be on map.

Had to switch rooms, was put in a disabled room first. Also me and my brother had to share a double bed even though we asked for 2 single beds.

Location, amiable staff, comfy bed, large room.

The TV could not receive BBC channels (even after I reported the fault). My bedside light did not work (ditto).

Friendly staff and a fantastic location for exploring Bristol. Rooms were clean and an excellent pub next door serving a very hearty and good choice, value for money breakfast.

Issues with the parking within the area,despite the hotel offering discount.Not the fault of the hotel but ncp.

It was great - love the Llandoger Trow pub and restaurant, location and friendly staff. Breakfast great too

The location was perfect for us as it is only a short walk from the O2 academy. The early check in (2pm) and late check out (12noon) times

The staff at breakfast were friendly enough, however, we went up at half past 10 and felt slightly rushed. The continental selection was taken away at about 10.50, which we felt was a shame as it looked beautiful and we would have wanted to try it.

Our allocated room was too small, the bed took up most of the space. Location info for satnavs was not good

Room excellent. Very clean and bed comfortable.

Breakfast expensive and chaotic - possibly due to layout of the dining room. Was good quality but servive very variable. Pay on the day - much cheaper.

Llandoger Bar and Restaurant

Uncomfortable bed Loud Air Conditioning which went on and off all night. When off the room got boiling hot and when on the Air Con gave a cold blast right in face. My partner who was on the side of the bed that had the air con facing it - had a very bad night's sleep and when mentioned at reception the receptionist said we should have called her. My partner did not want to wake me up and to be honest what could she have done other than turn it off - we weren't going to move rooms at 3am!

Nice bedding,friendly staff,clean. Loved being next to the old pub .

Parked in the ncp car park. And although there was a supposed 25% reduction. For the 2 nights it cost £40 even with the discount. Which made the cost less attractive. I complained to ncp and they replied that it should have cost more. I would be interested in your comments as it has put us off!!!!

The staff where fantastic, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the room was comfortable,clean,no noise from outside as we were in the centre, would stay here again.

The only thing i would moan about is the tea was stone cold at breakfast but i'm sure had we asked it would have been sorted out.

Not being able to open the window

Very close to centre of Bristol, particularly the Bristol Old Vic theatre and the dock area I was visiting.

Stay was spoiled by the room being far too hot at night - 24.5 degrees was crazy. (18 degrees is optimum for sleeping.) The window was painted shut so could not be opened and the thermostat did not allow reducing the temperature. I spoke to the desk person and he came up at midnight to turn on the air con, very noisy, which brought the temp. down to 20. By morning the temp. was back up to 24.5 again. Please do something about this problem because overheating a room and then cooling it is a dreadful waste of energy. With this and the noise from bars nearby, I slept very little. It was a shame because everything else was very good.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located and lots of facilities within walking distance; on the riverside.

Bathroom very clean and new. Spacious room.

We could hear the peeple stying in the room above walkig around. No sound insulation between floors.
