Staff very friendly and rooms very clean We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. 1 didn't have BBC 1 and the chair was broken, The first morning I mentioned this, when we went back to the room late that night, still no BBC1 (we had it in the other room!!) chair still broken and beds not made.

The staff were friendly and sorted out our queries quickly and efficiently, the room was comfortable and a decent size, the room was quiet despite being by a busy road. I had requested a cot in the room and called the day before our stay to confirm this; however there was no cot when we arrived and we had to collect one from reception.

convenience near the business park. Able to have a pint and evening meal in hotel. More than one bill to pay at Beefeater and Premier. Lacks character and facilities basic for the price

Clean room, courteous front desk staff Room was booked for two but prepared for one (one tea mug, one towel). Heater was not switched on so heating wasn't working and room was 14C when we entered. Very little desk space.

It was warm and comfortable with all we needed for a short stay There was only one comfortable chair, there was only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel which was not enough for a couple, we have at least one towel each usually

Clean rooms quiet location no traffic noise(but see next box) walk within building to restaurant on site parking pleasant courteous and helpful staff Excellent breakfast choice and evening menu 1)My wife and I stayed in room 5 for 2 nights and the room directly above us suffered from an excessively creaky floor, every time the occupants walked across the room we were treated to the creaking .This was past midnight on the first night and we endured this for 2 nights There is also a viscious creak on the way to room 5 from reception in the coridoor outside room 1 you seriously need to investigate this issue as I do not believe the premises currently comply with permissable sound insulation compliance at the present time.I Do not feel that the noise level of the creaking in room 5 is acceptable for a premier rated inn and would not pass an inspectors noise test. 2)Whoever owned the black convertable Audi that was parked next to mine in the car park round the back on monday night let their drivers door go and had hit my car o/s passenger door and chipped and removed the paint back to primer which I discovered on tuesday morning as we were about to leave. I cannot prove this which makes it all the more annoying. The first night I parked right adjacent to the reception path which was excellent but the second night I had to park round the back because most of the car park was taken up with tradesmans vans staying at the place.Perhaps a policy could be adopted for tradesmen to park around the back instead leaving the majority of the car park free for CAR DRIVING GUESTS 3) telly needs updating in rooms and our aeriel lead was broken so watched films on lappy instead. 4) price of room should include free wi-fi for duration of stay not 1/2 hour

Friendly staff. Location was good for the business trip. We booked four rooms. One each for myself & 3 colleagues. We gave a credit card number to secure the booking in advance but when one of our party arrived two hours ahead of me (who had the payment card with me) he was refused a room until I arrived. He had a long drive and was tired and unhappy that he had to present his own personal card in order to be given a room! This is very inconvenient as it seems to be policy of Premier Inns (it has happened before on more than one occasion!) and there is no need for it! It's highly unlikely that someone would wander in off the street and claim to be my colleague and if you already have the payment card details (many transactions are done without the cardholder present) why do members of my staff have to be embarrassed in this way?

comfortable and welcoming. Warmed up quickly. Really good nights sleep on a very good warm bed. breakfast is too expensive and detracts from the value for money of the Pemier Inn brand. We had as good a breakfast elsewhere for a lot less. Wi Fi should be included at no extra charge. Would prefer to see card entry rather than keys

A nice friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We had a lovely quiet room, breakfast was far superior to a very expensive Guest House we stayed at a month ago,we would certainly stay here again. We travelled on to Weston Super Mare and were pleased to observe that you have a Premier Inn opening there shortly. There was not anything I did not like about Premier Inn Bristol East.
