lovely refurbished room and bathroom
too close to front door of restaurant/pub could hear every word from three different groups leaving throughout the early hours
Food Staff friendliness and helpfulness New room and its design Cleanliness Location and greenery
Large, clean, comfortable room.
Paying for wifi is surely unnecessary these days. Queuing for a breakfast table, then queuing for food and crockery while they replenish both at a pace unable to meet supply.
Lots parking. very comfortable bed, even kids beds super comfy.slept very well.room not too hot and hotel lovely and quiet.handy location to explore Bath at a reasonable rate
Ate our dinner on site, kids meals very greasy. No veggie sausage at breakfast as advertised. Was told I could order one from staff but rest of family nearly done with their brekkie so didn't fancy waiting for my veggie sausage to cook.
Room better than a Hilton
The room was new but we had a leaking toilet. I did report as this could have caused damage to rooms below. I did not ask for a refund but the hotel did not charge me for the room. Nice touch!
We enjoyed our stay there and will book again in the near future
Only one fault the toilet pan was very dirty in my son,s room
Clean, modern and excellent sleep
No air con in room, wet paint and poor welcome I.e ignored for approx 20 mins by the other staff on desk who were not dealing with a customer
The walls were thin, we could here the neighnours talking and playing music at 2am!
Great value for money Friendly staff
Close to the wedding venue. Ample parking - albeit not secure.
Reception was chaotic as was breakfast - the first time ever in a hotel that we've been told to wait 10 mins in the bar before we can have a seat for the buffet breakfast! Quality of food was awful and greasy with a poor selection at breakfast to boot. The croissant were edible - but suspect they were bought in for a local bakers. Room was extremely cramped with no space between the beds - it was supposed to be a family room but was a normal room with extra beds! No room service and minimal items in the bathroom - only soap! Housekeeping staff friendly - more so than reception and in the restaurant.
Unfortunately we had a room with a TV that we couldn't switch on - got the batteries in the remote changed at reception but still couldn't get it on - we were then woken at 5.45 am on a Sunday morning by the TV coming on! After that it kept coming on for 5 mins then it would just switch off and 10 mins later come on again - unfortunately that spoilt our stay. Breakfast was also not up to usual Premier Inn standards - the location of the food station was very poor and also had long delays when each item of cooked food ran out - not very well organised.
Location was good for us plus breakfast in the adjoining Beefeater was good value...but....
Rooms were very hot and have no air flow. So better in winter certainly would not return in summer. Staff at Breakfast need to have a lesson in customer politeness. Also need to ensure plates are clean and not make some excuse about being busy and needing to wipe plates from the dishwasher....
No AC, why not?
Good standard Premier Inn and quality was as expected.
Room was very hot despite fan supplied. Room next to busy road so opening a window was not really an option to get an undisturbed night's sleep. So not ideal when its hot.
the breakfast in the adjacent restaurant and the services was very good
we stayed two nights, reported to reception that the room was dirty, we could room move as the hotel was full, nothing got done about it the first night, second night they still didnt clean the room not changed either the dirty sheets. disgusting!!!!
The new graded rooms were lovely and clean and very roomy Plenty if clean soft towels
Would be nice to of had a iron pluged into the waredrobe area More tea/coffee extra as this was a family quad room.
Position of hotel was ideal for me.
The double bed was very small. I didn't realise I had ordered a cooked breakfast with my bed and breakfast option so it turned out to be quite expensive as I only needed a continental breakfast. Also would have liked more teabags/milk etc although I could of course have asked for more at reception
Convenience as a city place to stay at night - as it is designed to be
Everything especially the clean room, comfortable bed and the breakfast!
This is the 1st time for a very long time since i have been in a hotel , so ive nothing to compare , But saying this i really enjoyed my short stay , the staff were very helpful and if i needed anything they had no problem with me asking this that and other , i would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bristol.
Wi Fi is not Free
very helpful friendly staff clean rooms comfortable bed and good onsite food
Being on a very busy by pass access was very difficult.
