Hotel clean and bright.
Despite several people asking a refusal to start breakfast slightly earlier on Sunday. We were attending a swimming competition and 7am was just a bit too late
Close to Bristol airport.
We specifically chose this hotel for xmas night after being assured the bar and restaurant would be open on the eve of our holiday. So we took no provisions with us. Everything was closed on our arrival and nothing else was open in the area. The children were hungry and there was just a broken vending machine. Not a great end to Xmas day or a start to our holiday.
Had dinner in the Toby next door food took an hour, had to wait at the bar as table was not ready even though it was prebooked when we got to the table it had been placed in what i can only describe as a public right of way people knocking us as they passed NEVER AGAIN NEVER
Disabled room just a double bed NOT king sized. For people with mobility issues this is a problem
Friendly helpful staff, clean and well presented room - excellent!
Staff friendliness,room comfort& f acilities.Easy to find with Sat.Nav. Great valuefor money.
Location is superb for our aim which was swim meet, so we stay here for several times every year. Breakfast is good, dinner is good, my kids love to stay here.
the hotel was quite full i believe, and we were put in one of the dissabled rooms we were not informed of this at any time prior to entering the room
No hair dryer in room, room was cold most of the time
Nice and new looking, clean, fair sized bed. Good location for what we needed and for the city centre.
Bed far too near to wall next to bathroom. No rail for hand towel in bathroom. No spare toilet paper. Not enough milk sachets to match up with coffee and tea sachets.Only 1 armchair.
Good value, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable nice and quiet
Charge for wi fi
Pretty much everything was OK
Please include the Postcode in the address so Satnav can be easily used.
Location, rooms fresh clean and well presented. Staff brilliant and more than helpful.
Having to pay for wi fi.
The bed was comfortable I want the matress. The food was excellent at the restaurant next door
the bath as a disabled person was unable to get into such a high bath and since I cant sit down in the bath due to my back or the staff would have to hoist me out lol I think it would be an idea to have some rooms with wet rooms. we had an evening meal at frankies and bennies. not brilliant and they could have been cleaner. with a couple one of which was in a wheel chair and unable to stand in a bath to shower. just an observation for health and safety for disabled people.
The ease of check in. Good breakfast. Comfy beds and rooms big enough for four.
Would have liked water in room
Friendly helpful & patient staff on the desk, ordering cabs and allowing us to stay a little late after the official checkout time.
The room was made up as a double bed & 2 singles - but the room was clearly too small to have that many - too many beds in the same room with no space to walk around!
The excellent welcome and the brilliant staff who could not do enough for us, the comfort and cleanllyness of the room.also the security of the car park
Nothing really as the only thing no hair dryer with the reason fully explained
Great that the kids both slept in our room
One of the kids beds was so hard and lumpy that our son ended up in the bed with us! Not the best nights sleep
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great location and short taxi ride to airport. Wide variety of cooked and continental breakfast. Bedrooms extremely comfortable.

Staff were lovely, bar next door a bonus. Room was perfect,
Not in a very good spot if your into going to main town, and cabs were pricy, rooms were quite stuffy even tho we had all heating off, hence everyone sick with stuffy colds and head flues.
Loved the bed. Spacious room, very well decorated, good carpets, plenty of storage room. Good quality TV. Lots of information, especially helpful for inexperienced hotel guests like us.Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Brewers Fayre plentiful, staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble.
Room very hot, even though it was only 14C outside. Had to have the fan on all night, had adjusted the heating as low as possible. Had forgotten toothpaste and face flannel, asked at reception if there were any to buy, told sorry, no, try the garage over the (busy) road. Found out much later that evening that vending machine in reception might have these items. Looked next morning and found that it did. A little frustrating.
The beds are extremely comfy, rooms are modern and luxurious
everything was great
Excellent friendly staff. Convenient bar/restaurant available. Plenty of car parking space. Good sized room.
Continuous noise of bathroom extractor fan which was considerably noisier when light switched on in bathroom. During the night if we needed to use the toilet we used torches instead of switching on the bathroom light so not to disturb sleeping partner.
Quiet at night policy Location with plenty of ammenities around. Restaurant and pub next door. Would reccomend and stay hear again.
