Clean and spacious for an overnight stop. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
I've stayed here before, so was disappointed that I had a freezing cold room and I was given the wrong breakfast times. AND, at breakfast, the coffee machine sprayed me with hot milk. It had not been assembled properly. I am due to return to Bromsgrove soon and hope they do better.
Staff Bed Bath
All of it
Staff well trained, helpful, and friendly.
Paid Wifi and free half hour unable to access. Instructions on how to access would be helpful. Staff not trained to help in this respect.
Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms especially the bathroom which due to my snoring, I was forced to sleep on the floor of lol.
The tv took a while to load Having to pay for wifi Being disturbed early hours of the morning by a knock on our door which I can only assume was due to our laughing, but then having children and other guests wake us later that morning with noise.
Great Hotel near city center. Train station in walking distance.
Friendly staff. Opening windows, choice of pillows. Facility to adjust room temperature. Quiet - no banging fire doors etc.
good location and very friendly staff
Bed a little soft
The noise from the building works that went on and on after 11:00pm coming from the gym across the parking lot. Very annoying.
The rooms were really clean, very comfortable and the staff were very polite and helpful... One thing though, better quality of pillows needed but overall very good.
Clean Tidy, Shower great,Room warm, Great times checking in out,Staff helpful,Spare pillows,
Bed uncomfortable for me.
My pillow smelt stale and one of the bath towels was well worn. I have always liked Premier Inns and I just hope they keep an eye on the standards as there hotels get older.
being able to cancel if needed with no charge up to 1pm on the day of stay
Most of what I expected of a Premier Inn
I asked for an early book-in time (between 11an & noon) because I was going back to my old school for a 50th re-union lunch at 12.30pm, and I wanted to leave my car at the hotel and walk to the school without the hassle of booking in much later. The receptionist wasn't aware of my request, although I had tried ringing earlier at around 9am on an 08715 number, without success after 5 minutes. (I was not given the hotel's local number.) I returned to the hotel later that afternoon to book in and walked back into town to continue our re-union celebrations. When I eventually returned to the hotel and got to the room I found the heating control wouldn't work because the operating battery was flat! Because the room temperature was so high, and feeling too tired to complain at the time, I ended up sleeping on the top of the bed. Wanting to shave in the morning with my electric razor, I found that there was no shaver point in the room? Otherwise everything was up to the usual standards of a Premier Inn I expected, although I was surprised that breakfast was served in the pub opposite!
The room was spacious and clean, staff were polite, cheerful and helpful. I was pleased I could park close to the entrance when returning late, and it was surprisingly quiet at night even though it's so close to a fairly busy road.
quiet hotel and nice staff
poor service in the pub,tho the food was good when it arrived
The friendly and caring staff. Comfortable rooms for an excellent night's sleep.
Booked this hotel as I was attending a birthday celebration and this hotel was closest to the venue where the celebration was being held. Lovely location with access to local transport and shops within a 10 -15 minute brisk walk or a 20 - 25 minute relaxed stroll. Two night stay - cleanliness of room excellent and slept very well both nights. Good breakfast choice with hot food cooked to order. I went to breakfast fairly early and the service was good. Cannot comment on what the service is like when the restaurant is very busy. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
The difficulty I experienced in contacting the hotel reception staff. It was my first visit to Bromsgrove and I made several attempts to phone the hotel reception to ask for information about whether I would need a taxi from the station. In the early hours of the morning on the day of travel I finally accessed the information I needed from a member of the hotel reception staff, who was very helpful but by this time arranging for a taxi to take me from Bromsgrove station to the Premier Inn proved very difficult - a 2 hour wait! A friend's daughter who lives in nearby Redditch rescued me! Bromsgrove rail station is very small and there is no taxi rank and if you are travelling to Bromsgrove at the weekend booking a taxi well in advance is advisable. What I found particularly frustrating about the Premier Inn communication system is that there isn't a call waiting service - if reception staff are not immediately available the call is cut off! The hotel reception staff were lovely it's the Premier Inn's telephone communication system, which I did not find user friendly!
Confines cleanliness and location, buffet breakfast superb
The room was spotless, and as expected a decent size. Although there was a pub next door there was no noise.
a bit of a walk into town about 15 mins, at night it would be a bit dangerous to walk as down a lane past a college, there would probably be another route but would take longer. The only place to eat close to the hotel was a Brewer's Fayre, food okay but you know what to expect.
Staff were helpful above & beyond, attending a funeral they loaned us 2 umbrellas because of the rain.
clean spotless linen. extra pillows, use of a fan, spare top sheet for hot nights good plentiful breakfast next door. short time free wifi Ease of booking
4 useless, additional bars along bath,no anti slip mat ,but produced when requested, Shower yes, but its in the bath and you have to be able to get into the bath. No wet room facilities yet the building looks quite new. The Gosport Premiere Inn does have disabled wet room The bed was smaller and lower.it had been reduced to give wheelchair access, which meant I found it too far to reach the light switches .The mattress was so uncomfortable I begged to change room. any room would be better. I wont ask for disabled again unless I vet it first
Comfortable bed, great breakfast
Location a bit further from town centre
Very helpful staff.
I had booked 2 rooms for 1 adult and 2 children. On arrival only double rooms were available and there was only 1 spare bed in hotel. My daughter had to sleep on the floor. The staff couldn't of been more help full and did refund 1 of the rooms. Was booked through 3rd party and most likely their fault
