Staff we're very good.
The heating in the room was not working very well. The weather was very cold. But the young lady at the desk did put another heater in our room.
Expensive room and breakfast for a friday in October
Paying for Wifi - just annoying, especially in a area with poor 3G - does give me a warm feeling about Premier Inn
The receptionist when I arrived was really personable and welcoming. I felt a valued customer. Staff at breakfast were very helpful and welcoming. The cooked breakfast was excellent.
I thought I had booked into the Premier Inn closer toBromsgrove and Birmingham. I felt the pub needed a deep clean tables felt "sticky".
I liked the usual standards of cleanliness and comfort and the guarantee of a good nights sleep
Strange building which on a Sunday night was almost empty. Slightly unnerving as I was on my own which is unusual. The only person in the whole of the pub for breakfast apart from the lovely staff. I do realise Sunday night is usually quiet but it was almost ghostly.
The staff, the location and the price
Comfortable beds Helpful staff
Lack of a lift Having to go next door to the Swan Inn for breakfast in a bar setting
extremely friendly place with nothing too much trouble. comfy beds and quiet place despite being on the main road.
Staff & cleanliness were excellent, very welcoming little hotel.
Front rooms can be prone to noisy traffic for the perfect nights sleep.
Only thing was breakfast ,,,long wait as it wasn't self service
Great location just off the M5. Lovely old building, and had the usual Premier Inn good standard of comfort and cleanliness.
Breakfast was not buffet style as per most Premier Inns, it was cooked freshly in the pub next door, but therefore you could not go up for 'seconds'. Therefore it did not seem worth the £8.95 price tag.
The room and service were satisfactory. It was quiet so I slept well.
My only gripe would be that you don't have an iron and that the chain allow Gideons bibles in every room.
Location Staff greeting was excellent and staff happy to arrange a taxi for us Secure parking Pub on site - food offers good value The bathroom lighting was very good The large & powerful hair dryer was welcome
Room was dark - small window - stuffy and gloomy. A fan was provided, without asking and was helpful. This was during a heatwave to be fair.
staff in the hotel quiet at the back of the hotel garden
room very dark bed uncomfy decor dated breakfast ordering
Not a lot
One towel for two adults Not the same room as had booked Room Quite pokey Toilet flush was not working properly
Convenient for our family visit. Quiet well appointed room. Comfortable bed. A fan working well. A friendly staff.
There was nothing to dislike.
Pub next door although we only got to stay for a few minutes
The staff did not look up once in their reception hatch, but managed to take over 10 minutes to check us in. The fan in the bathroom could not be turned off so my husband had to dismantle it in the middle of the night, after trying to find a member of staff.
Nothing adverse to say. All was as you'd expect it to be in a chain hotel. The staff from reception, night porter through to restaurant were however outstanding. Very friendly and service immaculate. Took the experience beyond the ordinary.
Nothing to dislike.
Restaurant a but short staffed at times.
No free wifi apart from 30 mons
The receptionist was very welcoming and went out of her way to find a location for us on her computer.
The breakfast was poor. There was no fruit available and the poached eggs were nearer to hard boiled. It didn't seem worth the price.
No power point close. To the bed my wife has to sleep using cpap unit
The friendly greeting on arrival, and the quiet position of the room in accordance with my request. The location of the hotel was ideal for my visit.
Dinner in the adjoining Pub was a bit too stodgy for my taste, being a bit of a fitness freak. It would be good to have some healthier alternatives, but looking around at other diners, they obviously relish what is on offer.
Great rural location. Small enough to get a feeling of personal attention. Staff helpful, efficient, obliging & friendly. Will use again when the need arises.
Car park could be tidier. Suggest a member of staff is made responsible for litter clearance.
good rooms comfortable beds
