Premier Inn Burgess Hill  

The staff were excellent.

The disabled toilet was alot higher than other premier in s hence I could not put the shower chair over it hence I could not use the toilet.I went down to the travel lodge Hickstead & book in there, at a friction of the cost. As your disabled facilities are very poor in both premier inn s I will not be booking into premier inn s again as disabled facilities are very poor.

a good welcome from a charming young lady. Everything clean and comfortable. TV could have done with a bit more volume as I am 82. Still not interferred with adjacent room.An excellent stay, very quiet - just what we wanted will be there again soon.

Couldn't find instructions for A/C heating and was confusing the word on the switch. No liquid in the hand wash.

We were charged for breakfast but our booking said breakfast was included.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We will stay there again as we have family nearby to visit and it is only half an hour to the beach.

It was a massive and comfortable room for a family. We have a marriage day at 31st of March and 1st of april was my elder daughter's birth day. So, we enjoyed that night by staying in that hotel and been to brighton pier following morning. We are a bengali family who came from bangladesh, but I think anybody or any family can find it better ( may be best) to stay in that hotel as value for the money. I would like to give them five plus..

It was clean and comfortable but the best thing was the staff..they were so helpful and nice. Also it was great that a Beefeater is part of the building.

Not being able to Bill my meals to my room in the Beefeater! This would be a HUGE improvement for your Business guest!

Nice modern hotel in a quiet location. The food at the attached Beefeater was surprisingly good. The room and all public spaces were very clean.

Horribly noisy air conditioning fan that would not be shut off! It was going full tilt all night which I found very disturbing.

Food in the Beefeater was dreadful, tried it once, never again. Family were going to join us the following evening but we put them off! Noisy heating in the room kept us awake the second night.

The non opening windows would put me off staying there again. I really did not appreciate the noise of the air condition unit The wind could clearly be heard over the roof which from a building design aspect is very poor. this kept me awake at night.

It was near to where our son and his wife recently moved into a their new home. Premier Inn was ideally situated for our needs. The restaurant was part of the hotel this was excellent for my wife and I.

There is nothing detrimental to be said about this hotel at Burgess Hill, in fact we have stayed at Premier Inns on numerous occasions in other places and this one is the best so far. One thing I would like to mention is there was no ouside telephone line in our disabled room. There was an emergency line in the room but not all things can be termed an emergency

Its the first time i have stayed at a Premier Inn and i can honestly say i was "very" impressed, by both the quality of the Hotel the room and most importantly the staff, who where both friendly welcoming and helpfull. I will certainly be staying at a Premier inn again, great value, very clean and comfortable, would recommend.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. All staff very friendly and could not do enough to help. Room large and comfortable. Beefeater Grill next door excellent and we had a good meal and breakfast there. Would recommend to everyone - excellent thank you.

We found the whole stay at the Premier Inn very enjoyable, and very conventient to visit or daughter at near by Hassocks.

the hotel met our needs of location and budget.the food in the acorns next door was very good.the breakfast times and the variation of choice was very good.

they ran out of some food and beer items in the restaurant.but this was explained by the staff it was due to a supplier issue.
