The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The big double and 2 single beds were great for myself and 3 teenage children.
Friendly staff Just outside town
Clean comfortable great location for football
Couldn't get WiFi to work
Friendliness of staff Bed very comfortable Very clean bathroom
overall ok place to stay, quite
Bar very busy, slow in getting served. Shortage of staff numbers compounded issue, two failed to report for work on Saturday night. Some members of staff seen to be on their phones off the bar area when customers were waiting to be served.
Location to Turf Moor. Helpful staff. Restauraunt staff very helpful in seating us all together as a group for meals.
Freeview and wifi were a little inconsistent
food at Brewers Fayre was very good... Comfy, clean, quiet room.
The Brewers Fayre was as great disappointment in the evening. It was 1/2 term but I left it till later and still waited 1/2 hour for my starter that was sitting there waiting it seems as the problem was corrected too quick for it to be prepared. Also the evening staff did not advise me that you have to go to the bar to order the food.
Location is very good and nice and quiet at night. Breakfast was very efficient and well organised.
Our room had no dressing table mirror, no heated towel rail, no hair dryer and the TV was perched on a shelf. We have stayed in better rooms at this Premier Inn. Disappointed.
Large comfortable bed and clean, large bathroom.
Good clean accommodation at a very reasonable price
Food was good and you could eat all you wanted- which is great for a winters morning- room was big and spacious and the staff were all professional and obliging- I didn't expect anything less from the Norther hospitality.
Noise from the room above everytime the person above walked upstirs it was able to be heard in my room
Not much wrong with this hotel all the basic necessities provided in a clean environment
Drafty windows thermostat kept clicking all night kept waking us up The bathroom fan was running all night Kept us a wake
Breakfast was top draw and the staff in the restaurant was excellent
Slightly out of the centre of Burnley. OK if you are happy with a moderate walk or are driving. Bus service to the location seems to be one per hour.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The TV was easy to operate.
Could have done with small fridge in the room, and a telephone
Closeness to everything, availability of restaurant, friendly and helpful staff
WiFi is now free and all the staff I saw were warm and friendly and always asking if everything was ok.
Did not like the mushroomes, tinned, nor the tomatoes, tasteless, with my breakfast. Steik on the evening overcooked.
The room was warm and very comfortable.
Nothing more to add.
paid wi fi, small tv especially when ln bed, creaky passage way floor in places, people smoking in rooms, why can you not fit alarms like on aeroplanes?? or even have a detector wired up to the screen on the front desk??
friendly staff, deal with the pub next door..nice location
There wasn't anything I didn't like
I found everything excellent the staff were very friendly , very confortable and clean , fantastic choice for breakfast will come again
Friendliness of staff.
No phones in rooms. No room service. Our room didn't exist upon our arrival.
Upon arrival, we were told that our triple room didn't exist and we had, in fact, been given a double room. We were taken off to look at two suitable rooms only to be told that they weren't ready for guests. We were then advised to go to the pub across the road and come back in an hour or so. On our return, we were directed, finally, to a triple room.
Could do with a proper gritter for the car park
Having de-icer available after a -5 night
Apalling policy charging for Wi Fi ! Come on PI get into the 21st Century !
My sons room smelt of cig' smoke, but that was not the fault of the Premier Inn, but the thoughtless customer
No traffic noise, and very little guest noise, they must keep a decorator on standby as the rooms were in perfect condition.
