Friendliness of staff.
Upon arrival, we were told that our triple room didn't exist and we had, in fact, been given a double room. We were taken off to look at two suitable rooms only to be told that they weren't ready for guests. We were then advised to go to the pub across the road and come back in an hour or so. On our return, we were directed, finally, to a triple room.
No phones in rooms. No room service. Our room didn't exist upon our arrival.
Having de-icer available after a -5 night
Could do with a proper gritter for the car park
Apalling policy charging for Wi Fi ! Come on PI get into the 21st Century !
No traffic noise, and very little guest noise, they must keep a decorator on standby as the rooms were in perfect condition.
My sons room smelt of cig' smoke, but that was not the fault of the Premier Inn, but the thoughtless customer
Plug sockets to far away from sleeping area I need to sleep with breathing machine and length from socket was awkward
Went to book an extra night but at 74 pounds. Too expensive. Didn't even include breakfast
overpriced for what was offered. No clock, phone, hairdryer or anything else for that matter. WiFi had to be paid for. On the whole not a value for money. Would not recommend to anyone.
Good location for Burnley town centre and Turf Moor. Excellent beds and great shower
We like the friendly welcome. The simplicity but clean comfort in your rooms. The bed gave us the best nights sleep of our trip.the room had everything required without a lot of fuss.breakfast was excellent and again the staff were lovely.
Only thing we missed was a healthy option on the evening menu. But food was excellent.
Very quiet, comfortable beds apart from smallest bed
smallest bed more of a camp bed
A great family for four which has two full size single beds instead of the normal fold out sofas that you get in other hotels. Plus you also get a full size bath as well. The bedrooms are a great size so there is still plenty of room to walk around the beds and still have room for all the luggage that one needs when travelling with a family!
Quiet peaceful room.
Fried breakfast was a bit fatty.
clean and tidy
No running water in room , unable to shower or flush toilets
Quiet location in the countryside but near town centre.
No real ale in the Brewers Fayre.
I was cycling the Leeds/Liverpool canal and it was a convenient stop off. There was a nice large bath and hot water. It was no fault of premier inns that we didn't have an excellent night sleep, just me being over tired and my bike was secured for the night. Nothing was too much for the staff. Extra tea bags priovided on request.
Comfy bed Efficient Pleasant staff (if not terribly knowledgeable) Nice surroundings
No room service No map of the area (at least I couldn't see one)
First night was very uncomfortable and didn't sleep well. Staff accommodated a move for our next two nights - excellent service - worthy of a 5 star hotel. Keep it up.
First room given was not comfortable but Premier Inn lived up to its motto - guaranteed nights sleep or your money back - that they did.
Room too hot, no sleep. Fire door noisy and bed uncomfortable.
Comfortable quiet rooms. Very attentive and pleasant receptionists. Hairdryer,TV and heated towel rail, The bed and bedding were lovely, so comfy. No quibble refund when my first night was disrupted.
The weekend cost for one person was expensive @ £70 per night. Brewers Fayre - personal opinion, don't rate them. Breakfast, although an expensive "extra" @ £8.95 on top of the £70. accomodation was reasonably well cooked. Bed & Breakfast - 1 night £78.95 - far too dear for a single person on a weekend away.
Some staff is very helpful
The laundry for donation! The laundry returned unwashed!
Cheerful, helpful staff. Very good breakfast.
Bedrooms could do with some updating, but clean
Not enough free time on wi fi, 30 mins is a bit of a joke!
I thought the breakfast was especially good and wonderfully laid out. Staff excellent and helpful
The adjacent Inn was ideal eating arrangement for us as we didn't have time to look elsewhere. Quality of food first class.
