Breakfast was top draw and the staff in the restaurant was excellent
Drafty windows thermostat kept clicking all night kept waking us up The bathroom fan was running all night Kept us a wake
The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The TV was easy to operate.
Slightly out of the centre of Burnley. OK if you are happy with a moderate walk or are driving. Bus service to the location seems to be one per hour.
Closeness to everything, availability of restaurant, friendly and helpful staff
Could have done with small fridge in the room, and a telephone
WiFi is now free and all the staff I saw were warm and friendly and always asking if everything was ok.
The room was warm and very comfortable.
Did not like the mushroomes, tinned, nor the tomatoes, tasteless, with my breakfast. Steik on the evening overcooked.
Nothing more to add.
friendly staff, deal with the pub next door..nice location
paid wi fi, small tv especially when ln bed, creaky passage way floor in places, people smoking in rooms, why can you not fit alarms like on aeroplanes?? or even have a detector wired up to the screen on the front desk??
I found everything excellent the staff were very friendly , very confortable and clean , fantastic choice for breakfast will come again
There wasn't anything I didn't like
Friendliness of staff.
Upon arrival, we were told that our triple room didn't exist and we had, in fact, been given a double room. We were taken off to look at two suitable rooms only to be told that they weren't ready for guests. We were then advised to go to the pub across the road and come back in an hour or so. On our return, we were directed, finally, to a triple room.
No phones in rooms. No room service. Our room didn't exist upon our arrival.
Having de-icer available after a -5 night
Could do with a proper gritter for the car park
Apalling policy charging for Wi Fi ! Come on PI get into the 21st Century !
No traffic noise, and very little guest noise, they must keep a decorator on standby as the rooms were in perfect condition.
My sons room smelt of cig' smoke, but that was not the fault of the Premier Inn, but the thoughtless customer
Plug sockets to far away from sleeping area I need to sleep with breathing machine and length from socket was awkward
Went to book an extra night but at 74 pounds. Too expensive. Didn't even include breakfast
overpriced for what was offered. No clock, phone, hairdryer or anything else for that matter. WiFi had to be paid for. On the whole not a value for money. Would not recommend to anyone.
Good location for Burnley town centre and Turf Moor. Excellent beds and great shower
We like the friendly welcome. The simplicity but clean comfort in your rooms. The bed gave us the best nights sleep of our trip.the room had everything required without a lot of fuss.breakfast was excellent and again the staff were lovely.
Only thing we missed was a healthy option on the evening menu. But food was excellent.
Very quiet, comfortable beds apart from smallest bed
smallest bed more of a camp bed
A great family for four which has two full size single beds instead of the normal fold out sofas that you get in other hotels. Plus you also get a full size bath as well. The bedrooms are a great size so there is still plenty of room to walk around the beds and still have room for all the luggage that one needs when travelling with a family!
Quiet peaceful room.
Fried breakfast was a bit fatty.
clean and tidy
No running water in room , unable to shower or flush toilets
Quiet location in the countryside but near town centre.
No real ale in the Brewers Fayre.
I was cycling the Leeds/Liverpool canal and it was a convenient stop off. There was a nice large bath and hot water. It was no fault of premier inns that we didn't have an excellent night sleep, just me being over tired and my bike was secured for the night. Nothing was too much for the staff. Extra tea bags priovided on request.
Comfy bed Efficient Pleasant staff (if not terribly knowledgeable) Nice surroundings
No room service No map of the area (at least I couldn't see one)
