Friendly staff in a friendly town, clean and tidy. Ideal for our needs, close to town centre.
Only limited free WI-FI. A bit too clinical décor and automated machines that are replacing very friendly staff.
stopped previous week all good, this time woke up sore back and not a good night sleep in the bed.
Hotel very convenient from tram station. Well maintained and clean. Good breakfast.
Although paid for breakfast in booking fee tried to charge again at check in. Only one bath towel provided for two guests.
Liked how the staff were so welcoming and friendly towards all there customers.
The staff were very strict on who was visiting the hotel to there friends or relatives.
very near the shops walking distance. Friendly staff and helpful
The room was lovely, very clean and the bed was comfy.
I didn't like the fact I could hear the lift moving during the night I didn't sleep much all weekend.
Great experience in every way. Staff were really friendly and efficient, facilities and room brand new and very nice. They have obviously tried to predict every need a guest could have.
The room was comfortable and a good size. Very comfortable bed, staff couldn't be more helpful and right in the centre of town which was excellent.
The Premier Inn at Bury is a good location and what you would expect from a Premier Inn.
Had dinner in the restaurant but service was extremely slow even though it wasn't that busy! Took ages to get a drink (twice) and to get the bill to pay! Really need to improve here!
I always stay here when visiting Bury there is nothing to dislike it is a well run, friendly & clean Hotel.

nothing.. bury people were very friendly
Restaurant staff were lovely. Reasonable choice of food, very tasty and meal deal option was excellent value for money!
Air conditioning didn't work in room, couldn't open windows as next to tram line so noisy when children trying to sleep. Also my daughter became unwell and was too hot so we had an uncomfortable night. Very dissapointed as premier state you will always get a good night's sleep!
Car park next door for £5.00/24hrs (discounted by the hotel). Bury market 3 minutes walk away. Metro interchange for trams to Manchester also 3 minutes away.
Loved the staff and the room and breakfast was nice
Didn't like the parking costs only a £1 off per park I think they should park hotel guests for free, this put me off staying again even thou a nice hotel
Staff should tell customers thy will pay for packing and hotel without a packing is not a good place to stay
The staff was very helpful and friend up nothing was to much trouble we were with a group of friend for a competition that's got to be nicest hotel
Staff were friendly
Iimited signs from car park to hotel particularly not visible at night Carpark didn't take cards which was really frustrating as had no cash
The staff were brilliant especially when my mum in law pulled the red cord by mistake:) thank you. Great breakfast and easy to get metrolink to Manchester.
It was clean and new.
Aside from the lack of knowledge or attention from the staff, the place was almost impossible to find because of poor signage. When my brother who was traveling with us tried to call the hotel, he was charged 10 pence per minute and then put on hold and after a long wait, told that there were no phones in the rooms. When I tried to call out, there was no mobile reception and I had to go out to the street to get any. HOPELESS.
nice size room...nice bed...good sleep Bath (not shower)
no parking....only at local pay car park very slow service in restaurant with only 12 people eating, took 40 minutes to be served with evening meal took 15 minutes to be seated for breakfast. Room TV very small
The welcome by staff
paying for parking. It cost us 5 pounds and we were there less than 24 hours
I stay here fairly regularly and almost consider it a "home from home". Staff always go the extra mile and if Janet is on duty, then it is your lucky day! Professional but friendly and so competent. Spotlessly clean environment, town within easy walking distance.
