Receptionist Sarah was super friendly. Very large room.

There was a small red light on the ceiling above the head, making it difficult to fall asleep (probably something to do with emergency or safety)

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, excellent customer service. Room was clean, comfortable ....breakfast was great would definitely book again.

Great location, brilliant staff and the Vicoria Harbour has all the facilities you could want.

Not much parking facility

Breakfast deal. Food was OK service very slow and out of order some people came in after us were served before us. Desk staff at hotel said they would report our complaint and we would be hearing from head office. All has gone very quiet. no messages . WHY?

i was very disapointed there is no parking in hotel grounds,we would be happier to have car very near!

Quiet. Cleanliness. New building.

Breakfast - cancelled as service took too long and we had to go. No food on buffet table. They said they were short staffed, but it was the same the year before so nothing had changed. Still waiting for my refund.

No mobile signal and no phone in the room. Felt very cut off. Breakfast nice but very slow - nearly had to leave before it arrived.

Warm welcome, simple registration, friendly and helpful informative staff. Room maids very friendly, chatty without being too familiar. Room and bathroom spotless. Breakfast next door at Days was very good value. Once again very friendly informative staff.

Apart from the castle not much to seer. Finding a restaurant to dine out was not easy, but did find a good Italian a short walk from the hotel.

Location was excellent -- right by the water and near Caernarfon Castle. Good room for the price, too.

Beds were uncomfortable. When I asked the receptionist if I could upgrade to two adjoining rooms, she was reluctant to look and didn't. This could have been additional business for the hotel.

After staying at four different locations from stafford to lake district this place and hotel was 150% better than the others would recommend this hotel any time

The apathetic service and total lack of concern provided by your partner food provider. Having prebooked our breakfast with premier inn we were less than pleased with the fact our breakfast took 75 mins from start to finish and when the cooked to order hot food finally arrived it was cold!!

Location, the room was ample for our family. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very good, great staff and value for money. All hotel staff were friendly and knowledgable.

The reception staff were always friendly and willing to help in any way. The room was spacious, well-appointed, clean and warm. The recommended free car-park is close. The town is only five minutes walk down the quay, and the Record Office for genealogists is about three minutes walk. The attached restaurant serves excellent meals from breakfast to dinner, and the staff there are also excellent, giving great service.

Not being able to take it with me to the other towns I am staying in in the next few weeks!
