The location was superb on a really nice complex on the harbour front a stroll away from the centre of the town. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and gave us a warm welcome. We were travelling with a baby and had requested a travel cot- they telephoned me in the morning to confirm and made the cot up for our arrival. It was very clean. Free parking was available a short walk away. We are planning to return later in the year.

Bed was very comfy plenty of space in the room for myself, husband and 3 children. Hotel were pleasent, mix up with room rate was soon sorted. Lovely food in the restaurant next door. Room was clean, could do with a bit of tlc though. Nothing really could do with having a few more sachets in the tea/coffee facilities.

Stayed here because as with most chains you know what you are getting, basic but clean tidy and comfortable, room was larger than normal, but tv was small and was straining my eyes to see it from my bed, room was clean and tidy and bed extremely comfotable, got a great nights sleep which is unusual when staying away. Restaurant and Chinese and a Morrisons supermarket next to hotel, parking across road in car park which is free from 18.00pm -8.00am,all in all as expected no nasty suprises and decent and reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Location was very good at the harbour and within easy walking to the castle. Restaurant was very good. Child friendly. Two chairs provided in room. 24 hour staffing at front counter. Toilet paper dispenser was left empty. A very small amount of toilet paper was supplied. No more toilet paper available in the whole hotel. It would be good if a sheet was on the bed so it could be used when the doona is too hot. We would have preferred soap to dispensers on the wall.

We found this hotel to be excellent. The staff where very friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was modern and very clean. Plenty of room and facilities. We ate at the Harbour restaurant, for breakfast, again the food was good. Service also very good. We ate at the Harbour two nights and the waiter Haydon who served us on both nights was excellent and very friendly.

1.Conveniense/centrality to major visitor attractions in North Wales. 2. Excellent breakfast speedily delivered. Breakfast staff well organised by manager. Restaurant where breakfast served was poor for service and food quality in the evening. Car park is inconvenient on wet days.

We chose the Premier Inn Caernarfon because of it's location and the price. The location is excellent, the town centre and castle are really close to the hotel offering restaurants, pubs, shopping and great views. It's a great base if you plan on visiting other areas close to Caernarfon. We had day trips to Snowdon and Port Meirion which were both easy to get to.

Location was good for town centre and as a centre for exploring the area. The only thing to add would be car park directly on site.

The expected facilities were available as found in all other Inn,s that we have stayed at making for more homely reception when arriving. The new development of it,s site and it's whole aspect makes the Inn somewhere to stay rather then just a place to put your head down for the night, it is in a very nice area providing great facilities with views close by that are second to none. We have enjoyed ourselves at many Inns, but give this one the thumbs up when rating it with others.
