Premier Inn Caernarfon  

The location was superb on a really nice complex on the harbour front a stroll away from the centre of the town. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and gave us a warm welcome. We were travelling with a baby and had requested a travel cot- they telephoned me in the morning to confirm and made the cot up for our arrival. It was very clean. Free parking was available a short walk away. We are planning to return later in the year.

Suited our needs for a Sat / Sunday stay. Car parking free was 5 mins walk, ( in the storms). Would stay again, but eat else where.

Restaurant was next door. Breakfast was good selection. Evening meal my steak was the same temp as the plate, cold. This was replaced ( F.O.C ) then the tomatoes were cold. My wife had Sunday roast Pork, it was generally cold and mashy.

Excellent staff and service location

The only thing we find wrong with "Premier" is that it can be chilly in the room!! We are in our later years and find that it takes time to warm up the room,when we come in from our travels. We have been to a few and it is the same in every one of your hotels. Every thing else is spot on!!!! Yours sincerely, Mrs R Johnson

Perfect location and very friendly staff. Just love the hospitality.

The water pressure for the shower is too low and very inconvenient for shower.

When we arrived at Reception to checkin, the Receptionist Gary was more than helpful as well as very friendly. There was an error on his computer in relation to our booking but he resolved the issue straight away presenting excellent communication and customer services. We mainly dealt with Gary and his Manageress who were excellent. The location right next to the Marina was fab and it was very quiet, too. We would consider staying there again either as a couple or family.

We went to Caernarfon as a base to climb Snowdon. It was too far away in a gorgeous location right on the harbour front. Met the same high standards of any premier inn but the staff made it the best we've stayed in so far, really friendly local staff with lots of local knowledge.

No complaints, exactly what you'd expext from any premier inn.

Good size bed, close proximity to town.

The air conditioning fan was noisy and the bathroom extractor fan was extremely noisy.

Bed was very comfy plenty of space in the room for myself, husband and 3 children. Hotel were pleasent, mix up with room rate was soon sorted. Lovely food in the restaurant next door. Room was clean, could do with a bit of tlc though.

Nothing really could do with having a few more sachets in the tea/coffee facilities.

The staff at the premier inn and table table where fantastic. Couldnt complain about any of it .It was spotless and the car park which people said was away from the hotel was hardly away, ive walked further to the end of my garden!!!!!!! We are returning around christmas and will definately stay there again.

Itis a fine location, good access by car, pretty location beside dock and close to the town.

Shower was not clean, grout stained on walls, second bed not made up, had to get sheets etc from reception.

Everything was in a great location. Not far to walk and in a very good location. Nearby restaurant very good.
